She was flexible working with our drop off and pick up schedule and I look forward to booking with her again if the need arises!”

“Christopher was Great!! I reached out last minute to see if he could keep my 2yo Catahoula, and he immediately responded and was available. He kept me updated with texts and pictures of how she was doing, and she was worn out and happy when I picked her back up! Would definitely book again!”

“OMG! I would highly recommend Sydney to anyone needing dog boarding in Nashville. At first I was nervous about leaving both my dogs with a total stranger outside my home state, however as soon as I saw Sydney and exchanged a few words about my dogs, I immediately got a sense of trust. "When you know, you know!" I can't explain it, but trust me, she is such a sweet and kind person who was so understanding of all my requests for my 12 year old female finicky dog and my 5 year old male energetic super social dog. It just so happens that she has the same breed of dog as I have and they all got along well. She sent me pictures of their walks, when they were eating and napping. This helped me relax and enjoy my mini vacation, because I knew they were in good hands! My dogs really enjoyed themselves with Sydney and I am so grateful we found her on this site. Without a doubt, I highly recommend Sydney for your dog boarding needs. I know where my dogs are staying on my next trip to Nashville... ; ) Thank you, Sydney!”

“Sara was an excellent sitter! This was the first stay away from home for Lily, our beagle we adopted six weeks ago. Lily is an anxious girl, afraid of new people and settings, but Sara and her dog Louie made Lily feel right at home. She settled in well and was content snoozing and lounging around with Louie. I highly recommend Sara as a sitter. She is accommodating and cares about your pet’s specific needs.”

“She was amazing! She sent photos and videos of Luna throughout the day. Made her home comfortable and allowed Luna to just do Luna things. I believe she enjoyed her stay very much.”

“Sarah was exceptionally caring with my cats. She was very thoughtful, making sure she completely understood the instructions I provided. There were some complicated aspects regarding access to where I live, but she was able to sort everything out perfectly. She also got along very well with my cats, sent me lots of pictures and videos of them while I was away, and attended to all my cats' needs. I'm very grateful to her.”

“Noelle has so many five star ratings for a reason. She is kind, compassionate, responsible, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure your pet is well taken care of. We have two cats, one with special-needs suffering from IBD who takes several medications in different forms multiple times a day. Noelle has been incredibly kind and responsive, staying with our cats while we’re on unavoidable travel. She sends pictures, updates, and when we get home, the house is spotless, and the cats are happy. We’re so grateful to have found her!”

About: I’ve always had a soft spot for cats and understand that every cat has a different personality. Some love attention and playtime, while others prefer a calm, quiet environment and affection on their own terms. I’ll make sure your cat feels comfortable, respected, and cared for while you’re away. I’m happy to follow your cat’s normal routine, including feeding, fresh water, litter box cleaning, medications (if needed), playtime, and lots of love. I’ll also send regular updates and photos so you can relax knowing your cat is in good hands.

About: i have had cats all my life! i currently have a 12 year old cat. i understand that a lot of cats need their own personal space and some are more social! i usually cat-sit around 4 times a year for a week at a time and have been doing this for 4 years :)
About: Hello! My name is Bridget. I have a passion for all animals and would love to help make sure your dog is taken care of to your standards. Experienced volunteer dog walker at the Nashville Humane Society. Please let me know if you have any special requests. I am flexible and understand that every dog is unique. A happy dog and happy owner is my ultimate goal! I work full time in healthcare which makes my day time availability limited. I am available early mornings and after four. I can provide mid day breaks occasionally if requested. I can assist with household tasks. Hiking and walks at the local greenway can be arranged. I have a fenced in patio and a dog park in my community!

About: Looking for a loving companion for your dog (or cat) while you're away? Look no further! My immense love of dogs started at quite a young age. And after much begging to my mother, we rescued my childhood dog from a humane society shelter in Ft. Worth, TX, and the rest is history. With me, you can rest easy knowing that your beloved family member is receiving all the love and care possible. Animals are not a job, but a life passion of mine! My first pet sitting experience, at the age of 6 (under the supervision of my mother), is one I won't soon forget. The neighbors had tasked me with watching their cat while they were away. The only problem was that they had forgotten to leave us a key to the apartment. Times like this one taught me to be quick on my feet in emergent situations. In the end, we were able to secure a key, and the cat was safe and well cared for. Over the years, my experience grew immeasurably, and even included a long standing stint as a "dog nanny" when her dog mom and dad vacationed. Expect for your furry family member to receive extra doses of love, top-notch care, walks, play time, snuggles (at no extra charge), and more! If you hire me, know that I look at this not as a job, but as a life passion. Your little (or not so little) loved one will be in great hands! * Willing to lock in prices for regular clients!! :) *** Please note that I do work 8 hour shifts 3-5 days per week right now. If your baby has separation anxiety, this is probably not the best fit. I do always make sure my dogs get good walks, treats, and food in before my shifts. *** I live at the end of a cul de sac that offers plenty of outdoor and walking space! I also live alone, so no roommates or other dogs (although I do sometimes have multiple Rover clients at once pending the dogs do well with each other, so please let me know if your dog must be booked solo). I am in between jobs at the moment, so Rover is my full time income. This means extra quality time and love for your babies! If your dog is crate trained, feel free to bring it along, as this can provide a sense of comfort and safe space them. I do have a camera that I sometimes use to check in on the dogs, should I have to leave to run a quick errand or something.

“She went above and beyond for us during an emergency with our cat, Gato. She was so kind and compassionate and stepped in to help coordinate care, drive him to the vet, and stay with him through the process. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and genuinely caring.”

“Micah was reliable, consistently communicated with me, and treated my dear Maui to a lot of her daily rituals and preferences, going above and beyond. I will definitely look to have Micah back again for my next trip.”

About: I have dealt with every type of cat growing up. The mean ones, sassy ones, playful ones, cuddly ones—you name it! I am blessed to own 3 cats and truly call them my best friends. I would be happy and honored to take care of yours! ❤️

“Ariana was great with my pup! She was flexible and accommodating, which I so appreciate. My pup came back tired and happy from daycare with Ariana and her pups, so I know she had a good time! Would totally recommend her to watch your kiddos!”

“Christine was amazing. I had to go on a work trip and couldn't leave our sweet Maggie alone at home while my husband was at work due to separation anxiety. Christine did doggie daycare for us and Maggie adored her. She was flexible, responsive, sent us a ton of pictures, and spoiled our girl. Hopefully we can use her every time moving forward :)”

“Robin was amazing! What a blessing that we had the chance to find her. She took great care of our 2 small dogs and made them feel welcome! She was extremely attentive in taking care of them and their needs. Thank you Robin!!”

“We are very selective about leaving our little boy with anyone. But, we immediately felt comfortable with Megan and Kerry. They were great and Mokee had a good time. After we're away from him, he normally goes wild to see us again. This time he was "ho hum, you're back." Oddly, that makes me happy! 😂”

“Luigi had tons of fun at daycare today, thanks Ashley! Loved seeing all the pictures taken throughout his day and happy to hear he did well on his leash/walks too :)”

“Taylor is amazing!!! She genuinely cared for Jackson. He was really sad when we left and she made him feel loved. When we returned, we could tell he had a great time with Taylor. We knew he trusted her when Taylor sent a picture of Jackson napping and he was lying upside down. He only does that when he trusts people. We will definitely reach out to Taylor again for day care.”

“Kelsey was great! My energetic Basenji pup had so much fun with her and he was very well taken care of. She kept me posted with how things were going and she worked with my busy schedule, too. I highly recommend her, and so does my pup!”

“Xue was great, Hoochu immediately loved her! She was very good at communicating everything and she was able to take care of him even though it was a very short notice. I will definitely book with her again!!”

“My girl, Maya had the best time at Amanda’s! You can tell she and her daughter truly care about the dogs as if they were their own. She was flexible with me because I have crazy work hours and kept me updated with pics throughout the day. Would definitely recommend!”

“Emily took wonderful care of my fur baby, Sugar, while we were visiting Nashville. She has a large fenced yard where the dogs can play, and I appreciated the extra safety measures she took. Emily put Sugar’s collar on in addition to her harness in case she somehow got loose, which showed me she was thinking ahead and treating Sugar like one of her own. Before I left, Emily carefully introduced Sugar to the other dogs and made sure everyone got along and that Sugar was comfortable. That gave me tremendous peace of mind. I felt completely comfortable leaving my girl in her care, and it was obvious Sugar was well loved and well cared for while we were away. I would happily trust Emily with Sugar again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and conscientious pet sitter.”

The frequent updates made me SMILE HARD throughout my work day. It felt great knowing that he was was having a great time and getting some engagement instead of being home alone. About: My passion for animal welfare extends beyond pet ownership. Over the years, I have volunteered with animal shelters and rescue organizations, including the Humane Society and ProCanine, assisting with the care, socialization, and well-being of dogs and cats awaiting adoption. As a vegetarian and lifelong animal advocate, I am deeply committed to treating every animal with compassion, patience, and respect. My volunteer work has given me experience working with pets of different ages, temperaments, and backgrounds, including animals that require extra attention, reassurance, or specialized care. I also have experience supporting basic veterinary care needs, including administering medications under guidance, monitoring animals during recovery, recognizing signs of illness or discomfort, and assisting with transportation to veterinary appointments. These experiences have helped me develop a strong understanding of animal behavior, health, and safety. Whether caring for a playful puppy, a senior cat, or a rescue animal adjusting to a new environment, I strive to provide attentive, reliable care that helps pets feel comfortable, safe, and loved. I part time as a substitute teacher and residential faculty member. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to provide reliable pet care before and after work, as well as on weekends. About: Hi! I’m Tricia. I’ve always loved animals and enjoy giving walks, belly rubs, and plenty of attention. I don’t have a pet yet, so looking after other people’s furry family members is how I get my fill of paws, whiskers, and tail wags. I’ve been around dogs since I was 10, when my family brought home Cassie, our German Shorthaired Pointer. Since then, I’ve lived with a Husky, a Weimaraner, a big Labradoodle, and a sassy cat named Cheddar. I’m used to zoomies, shedding, and pets with big personalities. Someday, I hope to adopt the oldest pit bull at the shelter. I understand it takes a lot of trust to let someone into your home to care for a beloved family member. Taking care of pets is a natural part of my day because my schedule is flexible and I can work from any location. I love being outdoors and staying active, so I truly enjoy walks and playtime. I plan my day around each pet, making sure they always get the attention, exercise, and care they need When I look after your pet at your home, I follow their normal routine and your instructions for feeding, walks, and care. I work from home full time so I am flexible in providing daily exercise, frequent potty breaks, and outdoor time where they will be closely monitored. I do have a large back yard that is fully fenced in. I prefer to keep your pets routine as consistent as possible to their current schedule so I will ask about their feeding times and preferred activities. ● DAYCARE - 7:00AM - 7:00PM Early and/or late drop off/pick up times are subject to additional fees. ● BOARDING - Drop off as early as 7:00AM (or a pre-arranged earlier time as I try to accommodate individual needs as early as 5:00 am and such) with pick up within 2 hours of the drop off time on the day of departure. Pick up times outside of the 2 hour drop off will most likely result in a half day or rate or full day rate as Rover.com automatically calculates the rates. ***Arrangements can be made for different boarding needs such as later arrival for which a later pick up time on the departure day would be appropriate. I'm super flexible and can most likely accommodate last minute changes and unforseen circumstances. I want to minimize any worries for you and your fur babies. ❤️🐕 Rest assured that your dogs safety and security is a priority. Also, crate trained or the ability for your pet to be crated is preferred (exceptions can be made) to ensure your pets safety while unattended & to reduce the likelihood of any harmful events occurring. I am home full-time but there may be instances where I may need to run a quick errand, shower, etc. that may require for me to be away for a short time. When I'm at home your pup will have access to roam freely throughout the space.
About: I have been caring for cats, dogs, and other animals for over 20 years, and have experience with pets of all ages and personalities — from playful kittens and puppies to sweet senior companions. I also have volunteer experience at an animal shelter caring for small animals, including rabbits, guinea pigs, and mice. I especially gravitate toward animals who may be shy, nervous, or need extra time to feel comfortable. I’ll create a safe, loving environment for your pet ❤️ and give every pet the attention, respect, and care they deserve while their family is away. Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine. I enjoy having animals in my life and make time to provide attentive, reliable care. I am able to plan my schedule around visits and walks, ensuring that each pet receives the time, attention, and consistency they need. I understand that pets thrive on routine, and I will make sure to follow their normal schedule, including feeding, walks, playtime, and any special instructions from their family. I believe pets are happiest when they can stay in the place they know best, surrounded by their own smells, routines, and comforts. I provide care in my clients’ homes and take the time to learn each pet’s personality and needs. I’ll follow your pet’s normal routine, provide loving attention and companionship, and keep you updated with photos and notes so you can enjoy peace of mind while you’re away.

“Katie was so sweet with Murphy, she graciously let us do a meet and greet beforehand to make sure he and Margot were buddies (they got on famously), and was very communicative about his time there, and was diligent in administering his twice daily medications.

“Janey was so great with our pup, Steve! She was very on top of making sure he had everything he needed before we left and keeping us updated while we were away. He’s a big snuggler, and she made him feel right at home welcoming him on her lap and in her bed. Would love to have Steve stay with Janey again!”
“My puppy's stay with Austin was fantastic, and he took amazing care of her. About: I'm newly home all day and want to help out folks who need someone who will truly care for their furry friend. I'm a dog lover and have two rescued doodles. They are both dog, cat, and kid friendly and can't wait to make new friends! My dogs get one walk a day, plus potty breaks in our yard, as needed. This is how I take care of our Rover friends, too. I do more walks when the Nashville weather isn't scorching! My priority is to provide the care that your dog needs. I have a fenced-in backyard and love all doggos. I can't wait to meet you!
