About: Hi there!! My name is Paige LeBlanc, I am a 24 year old recent graduate of the University of Tennessee. I moved to Nashville in 2022, far away from my family pups, and miss them SO dearly. I have grown up around dogs and some cats my whole life, specially Australian Shepherds and Border Collies. I know how to properly care for them and really enjoy spending time with all animals. I am very responsible, trustworthy, and treat every dog & cat like my own. I am also extremely detailed in each visit and will provide many photos and a detailed summary of exactly what happened during my visit. I am so excited for the opportunity to help take care of some Nashville pets in my free time! I work a typical 8-5 Monday through Friday, but my schedule is pretty flexible. Depending on what time I have meetings I can take care of your pets. I am also available any week day after 5pm and on weekends that are marked available. I am open to any service necessary. I have experience raising an 8 week old Australian Shepherd, and also caring for a blind and diabetic senior Aussie that required insulin shots twice a day. Safety is always my top priority and my motherly instincts always come out when caring for mine or other’s dogs & cats. About: I have over 20 years experience professionally caring for dogs in my log home full time. I’ve been boarding dogs seven days a week in beautiful setting since 2004. I’ve worked with animals my entire life and also own 2 horses, 5 goats and 3 barn kitties. They are kept at the farm just a few miles away from home. I specialize in Golden Retrievers. I grew up with them and have 3 of my own and the majority of my boarders are Goldens and Labs. Sweet, happy, well socialized pups are all welcome. I don’t board any small breeds or bully breeds. Nothing against either but my boarders are best suited with large breeds with similar play styles who enjoy respectful play with other pups. Visiting pups enjoy active, safe, nurturing, personalized, and professional care. TLC and unlimited playtime make it a dog’s retreat, it’s like summer camp for dogs! All dogs are well socialized and enjoy playtime and the company of other dogs. I provide excellent care for dogs of all ages and activity levels and can accommodate special needs. From puppies to seniors, all are welcome and treated like members of the family. My clients have total peace of mind when traveling knowing that their pup is having a vacation too! Every dog goes home happy and stress free. I have decades of experience working with dogs, excellent references as well as first-aid training. I have been boarding full time for over 20 years. Our daily routine starts about 6 am with breakfast and ends around 9:30 pm with last potty break. Throughout the day we have unlimited play time and lots of time for naps as well. I firmly believe rest and peaceful nap time is just as important as active social time for a balanced boarding experience. I have a large fenced in yard with 2 paddocks and secure gates for assured safety. All playtime is supervised. Whenever the pups are outside, I am outside with them. Inside they enjoy all the comforts of home. Lots of dog beds and comfy furniture for relaxing. All pups are crated at night in XXL crates. I provide dog beds for their crates and owners are welcome to bring a blanket from home to make it extra cozy.

About: I've been around dogs literally all my life! From arriving home from the hospital until March 2015 I've always had at least one dog in the home. After my dog's passing I had to fill the void left by his absence so I decided to care for other dogs. I'm very energetic and active and would love the opportunity to provide love and care to your pet during your absence. I work from home full time so you can rest assured that your beloved dog is receiving great attentive care for their entire stay. Please advise me if your dog does not get along with other dogs so that I can try to make an accommodation if possible. This may result in additional fees as this limits the number of pups I can care for at a given time. I do book on and off of Rover.com so I may already have a stay scheduled off app. I am located just northwest of Nashville, 7 minutes from downtown! I work from home full time so I am flexible in providing daily exercise, frequent potty breaks, and outdoor time where they will be closely monitored. I do have a large back yard that is fully fenced in. I prefer to keep your pets routine as consistent as possible to their current schedule so I will ask about their feeding times and preferred activities. ● DAYCARE - 7:00AM - 7:00PM Early and/or late drop off/pick up times are subject to additional fees. ● BOARDING - Drop off as early as 7:00AM (or a pre-arranged earlier time as I try to accommodate individual needs as early as 5:00 am and such) with pick up within 2 hours of the drop off time on the day of departure. Pick up times outside of the 2 hour drop off will most likely result in a half day or rate or full day rate as Rover.com automatically calculates the rates. ***Arrangements can be made for different boarding needs such as later arrival for which a later pick up time on the departure day would be appropriate. I'm super flexible and can most likely accommodate last minute changes and unforseen circumstances. I want to minimize any worries for you and your fur babies. ❤️🐕 Rest assured that your dogs safety and security is a priority. Also, crate trained or the ability for your pet to be crated is preferred (exceptions can be made) to ensure your pets safety while unattended & to reduce the likelihood of any harmful events occurring. I am home full-time but there may be instances where I may need to run a quick errand, shower, etc. that may require for me to be away for a short time. When I'm at home your pup will have access to roam freely throughout the space.

I say this because when you have 5+ animals in the house at all times, you learn at an early age what is safe for your pets and what isn't. Along with the very important behavioral knowledge that comes with each baby's unique personality that can end a situation in a disaster depending on how you handle it. I have been working with animals for my whole life, but if you want details on professional settings, I actively volunteer at Nashville's Humane Society and a Wildlife Rehabilitation Center in Joelton. I have been volunteering for roughly six years. I also worked for a while in a veterinarian's office and learned medicinal skills for pets in an emergency situtation. And also the best way to cut your baby's nails. I am available Monday through Friday, but I am in school so I have a bit of a scattered availability. Monday- I have class at noon, so I am available anytime after 1pm. Tuesday- Unfortunately I have class all day so this day would not be ideal. Wednesday- I have class at noon, so I am available anytime after 1pm. Thursday- I have class until 5 pm, so I am available anytime after that. Friday- I have class at noon, so I am available anytime after 1pm. Saturday- This day depends, so just speak with me and I will let you know my availability for this day specifically. Sunday- This day depends, so just speak with me and I will let you know my availability for this day specifically. When I enter a client's home, my first response is to locate the dog's favorite spots, whether that be the couch, or their dog bed. I feel this to be important because for a lot of dogs, invading on their personal space initiates a territorial response that could upset the dog. I am vigilant and pay close attention to ensure no destruction or rebellion is occurring while the owner is away. In regards to walks, a long walk is always the best walk. We have to get that energy out!
