I have experience caring for animals of all kinds, including dogs, cats, horses, goats, and chickens. Whether it's daily walks, playtime, overnight boarding, bathing, or administering medication when needed, I treat every animal with the same care and attention I'd give my own. I currently work part-time, allowing me plenty of time and flexibility to care for your pets. I’m available most weekdays and weekends for boarding, and weekdays for walks. About: Ever since a kid animals have always fascinated me ! I loved playing and watching them grow as if they were my kids (which our pets are). I’ve watched dogs for coworkers and even friends , though the time was short many of the animals enjoyed their time with me being their sitter! About: Animals have always been a big part of my life. Growing up, I helped care for a litter of three dogs and later helped care for our senior dog through arthritis and other age-related health challenges, which taught me patience, compassion, and attentive care. I currently have a chocolate Labrador puppy that I’m actively training, giving me hands-on experience with puppy routines, basic training, and positive reinforcement. I’ve also cared for other pets throughout my life, including fish and hamsters, so I’m comfortable caring for a variety of animals. I’m especially available on Fridays and Saturdays, making weekends a great time to book walks, drop-in visits, or pet sitting. During the week, I work Monday–Thursday from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM and Sundays from 7:45 AM to 12:30 PM, but I’m available before and after those hours. No matter the day, I’m committed to providing reliable, attentive care and making sure every pet gets the time, exercise, and love they deserve. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I take the time to learn each pet’s routine, preferences, and any special instructions so they feel safe and comfortable while you’re away. My journey began at 18 as a bather and kennel tech, but my passion led me to work alongside some of the most skilled veterinarians in the field. ​Following the loss of my children’s father, Justin, I found myself at a crossroads, needing a career that allowed me to be there for my kids while still honoring my calling to work with animals. This led to my current mission: opening my own boarding facility in memory of Justin and my beloved rescue dog, Elsie, who stayed by my side from the day I met him until just days after his passing. ​When you trust me with your 'fur babies,' you aren’t just getting a sitter; you’re getting a professional dedicated to their health, happiness, and safety. While I was stationed at Fort Polk, many of my fellow Soldiers would go on leave, travel home for the holidays, or be away for training. About: I sit for a few families on the regular for there vacations. My girls love extra dogs over to play ! And hangout with ! I work from home so they wouldn’t be alone too much ! Open schedule I have two dogs of my own so a daily routine is a must for them and me. From food to kennel to bathroom breaks my schedule revolves around the animals I have and take care of.. they have free roam of my house downstairs . And I normally let them outside to play ever two and half hours since I work from home they have plenty of toys inside and out to play with I have a fenced in yard for them to run around in, two dogs of my own, lots of toys to play with also toys to chew on.. loads of treats and lots of love !

About: I’ve loved and cared for animals for a very long time you can even say my whole life. I’ve raised cats, dogs, birds, chinchillas, even a chameleon from babies to adults. I’ve potty trained many puppies, taught them tricks, and even cared for pregnant mommas with puppies. Cats are more of my specialty though i’ve litter box trained them, taught them to walk on a leash, tamed feral cats/kittens. I also volunteer from time to time at the Acadiana Animal Aid shelter helping care for cats/dogs in need of homes. I’m currently working full-time. I work an 8 hour day normally from 8 am - 5 pm, my hours are flexible though. I also have a 1 hour lunch I can take. I’m completely free most weekends. I have a mostly fenced yard where my dog Huck loves to play, it is a little small but we make do with the space we have. My dog and cats gets fed twice a day morning/evening. If I’m caring for an animal in a clients home I can visit in the mornings/lunch/evenings depending on the care needed.

In a client’s home, I always follow all provided instructions closely and do my best to keep your pet’s routine as normal and consistent as possible whether that’s feeding schedules, walks, playtime, or any specific care needs. “Our 70lb puppy can be a handful! We know. Lol. He is such a sweet dog, but might have a bit of an unhealthy attachment to his family. He definitely developed some big anxiety along the way and we have had difficulty kenneling him anymore. He needs some special attention to help calm him and he needs to know he's loved. We almost had to cancel our trip, but Tabitha agreed at the last minute for a meet and greet since he had never been around cats. She agreed to board him after we saw he was unfazed by the cats. She definitely cared for him very well! He didn't come home traumatized from being separated from us. He is active and moving as if nothing ever happened! He has a mean bark, but if you can get past it, you'll see he is just very protective and can be just so sweet. Tabitha went out of her way to make him feel at home!!! She is definitely a very loving animal person and I wouldn't hesitate to use her again and again!! Thank you Tabitha!”

About: I have loved dogs all my life. I’ve not been without one for as long as I can remember. It brings me joy to see happy animals of all kinds. I have even befriended the ducks that live along the bayou of my home, to the point where they eat out of my hand. Rest assured that my love for animals will bring you comfort knowing that your pet will feel as loved with me as if you were right there with them. I currently work full-time, which is why I can only keep dogs on the weekends. However, I work just one block from my home so I get to check on my dog everyday at lunch. It’s my favorite part of my work day! Therefore, I can accommodate your pet during a weekday but that would mean your dog may have to stay in a kennel for up to four hours at a time until I can come home for lunch. I get off at noon on Fridays and off weekends so weekends are when I can spend time with your dogs. Dogs in our home can come in and out as they please because we have a doggy door. We have a fenced in yard where dogs can go to the bathroom or sunbath in the back anytime they want. They can also sleep on the couch because we have covers over the furniture. Anytime that we cannot have eyes on them for a period of time the dogs will be separated by a barrier or kenneled.
