About: I’ve had multiple dogs growing up as well as lots of other animals! I often dog sit for my siblings and love having them. I like my home to feel like their home with little adjustment. I work at 5 am and come home for lunch and am back home by 12 and am home for the rest of the night. I live right by my job and they are very flexible with me. I love being home in the evenings and having someone to take walks with is ideal! My apartment is open to pets, furniture included unless specified. I will happily keep pets off your furniture if needed. I take regular walks with a leash for exercise to make up for the lack of hard at my house.

My journey began at 18 as a bather and kennel tech, but my passion led me to work alongside some of the most skilled veterinarians in the field. ​Following the loss of my children’s father, Justin, I found myself at a crossroads, needing a career that allowed me to be there for my kids while still honoring my calling to work with animals. This led to my current mission: opening my own boarding facility in memory of Justin and my beloved rescue dog, Elsie, who stayed by my side from the day I met him until just days after his passing. ​When you trust me with your 'fur babies,' you aren’t just getting a sitter; you’re getting a professional dedicated to their health, happiness, and safety. About: I have had my own dog for 11 years; since I was a little girl. I have experience in pet sitting, feeding, and dog walking! I would love to care for your babies and help in any way I can! About: I’ve loved and cared for animals for a very long time you can even say my whole life. I’ve raised cats, dogs, birds, chinchillas, even a chameleon from babies to adults. I’ve potty trained many puppies, taught them tricks, and even cared for pregnant mommas with puppies. Cats are more of my specialty though i’ve litter box trained them, taught them to walk on a leash, tamed feral cats/kittens. I also volunteer from time to time at the Acadiana Animal Aid shelter helping care for cats/dogs in need of homes. I’m currently working full-time. I work an 8 hour day normally from 8 am - 5 pm, my hours are flexible though. I also have a 1 hour lunch I can take. I’m completely free most weekends. I have a mostly fenced yard where my dog Huck loves to play, it is a little small but we make do with the space we have. My dog and cats gets fed twice a day morning/evening. If I’m caring for an animal in a clients home I can visit in the mornings/lunch/evenings depending on the care needed.

I am also reading on how to become better skilled at taking care of my own dogs and about their health, also read articles including potty routines and leash manners. I provide gentle support for older pets, making sure they feel comfortable, safe, and loved. My environment is always clean. Pet care fits easily into my daily routine since I home all day, I can give pets plenty of attention throughout the day. Having a safe home and a fenced-in yard allows me to provide frequent potty breaks, playtime, and exercise in a secure environment. I enjoy making pets part of my everyday schedule, ensuring they feel cared for and never alone. About: I sit for a few families on the regular for there vacations. My girls love extra dogs over to play ! And hangout with ! I work from home so they wouldn’t be alone too much ! Open schedule I have two dogs of my own so a daily routine is a must for them and me. From food to kennel to bathroom breaks my schedule revolves around the animals I have and take care of.. they have free roam of my house downstairs . And I normally let them outside to play ever two and half hours since I work from home they have plenty of toys inside and out to play with I have a fenced in yard for them to run around in, two dogs of my own, lots of toys to play with also toys to chew on.. loads of treats and lots of love !

“Our 70lb puppy can be a handful! We know. Lol. He is such a sweet dog, but might have a bit of an unhealthy attachment to his family. He definitely developed some big anxiety along the way and we have had difficulty kenneling him anymore. He needs some special attention to help calm him and he needs to know he's loved. We almost had to cancel our trip, but Tabitha agreed at the last minute for a meet and greet since he had never been around cats. She agreed to board him after we saw he was unfazed by the cats. She definitely cared for him very well! He didn't come home traumatized from being separated from us. He is active and moving as if nothing ever happened! He has a mean bark, but if you can get past it, you'll see he is just very protective and can be just so sweet. Tabitha went out of her way to make him feel at home!!! She is definitely a very loving animal person and I wouldn't hesitate to use her again and again!! Thank you Tabitha!”

About: I've been in love with animals all my life. They were deep childhood friends and I feel a special bond with them. I grew up on a hobby farm and in 4-H. I am now a retired RN, and I'm enjoying being surrounded by animals again. I have taken care of domesticated cats, dogs, rabbits, hamsters and gerbils, guinea pigs, and birds. Any animal needing help or love grabs my heart. It is my goal to give this love to your cherished companion when you are gone. I also know how hard it can be for you to be separated from your pet, and am very conscientious about sending updates, pictures/videos and communicating anything else that needs to be communicated. I am working part time, and have afternoons, evenings and weekends available. I am hoping to build up a regular client base and have more time available soon. I live in a small home so I prefer to take care of your loved ones in your home. I am able to overnight: house-sitting, cleaning, and pet-sitting. I have plenty of time for walks, check-ins, and play-time on the days I am working, and welcome all-day care in your home on my time off. I am situationally aware and keep an eye on the environment at all times when walking your pup and playing, as well as on any potential escape routes or hazardous items if eaten or drunk. I am very respectful of your pet's space and routine and take my time to sense in to what will make them feel the most loved, the safest, and the most comfortable while you are gone.
