“Kimmy & Michael were AMAZING to our golden doodle Jeaux. Jeaux was very well taken care of and always had dog friends to play with while there. Their sweet children were outside playing with the pups in their huge fenced in back yard both times we pulled up to their home. Kimmy & Michael shared their adventures by photo with us the whole time of our vacation, it was great. HIGHLY recommend.”

“Alysha was absolutely wonderful with my dog, Gucci. She was extremely patient, kind, and attentive, which made me feel completely at ease while I was away. Gucci takes a little while to warm up to new people, but she took the time to make him feel comfortable and cared for. It was clear that she genuinely loves dogs and treats them with compassion. I am so grateful for the excellent care she provided and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and dedicated sitter.”

“Susan loved our 14yo Lucy for a full week! She also worked with me at the beginning of our reservation when our plans changed, and I’m very grateful for that. I will definitely be using her again.”

“A Lifesaver in Fur and Friendship: Thank You, Roger! When my family was thrown into chaos due to an unexpected medical emergency, we had no idea how we were going to care for Stella — my mom’s beloved (and very opinionated) pup. Enter Roger, our last-minute, Johnny-on-the-Spot superhero. From the moment he stepped in, Roger treated Stella like one of his own. He didn’t just walk her regularly — he made sure she got the exercise, attention, and affection she needed to feel safe and loved during a confusing time. He even embraced her quirks, including her very vocal opinions about dogs, horses, and — to our surprise — oxen on TV. Most sitters would’ve run for the hills. Roger? He laughed, turned down the volume, and gave her a belly rub. He let Stella sleep in his bed, kept her routine steady, and most importantly, gave us peace of mind when we needed it most. We still don’t know when my mom will be released from the hospital, but knowing Stella is in Roger’s care has been a huge comfort. He’s been there every step of the way — reliable, kind, and endlessly patient. If you’re looking for someone who will go above and beyond for your pet — not just a sitter, but a true companion — Roger is your guy. We are beyond grateful.”

“Louie seemed happy and well taken care of when we picked him up from his stay. I’d be comfortable bringing him back to Allyson. You can tell she cares about animals and their wellbeing.”

“Such a relaxed booking, honestly. So simple and Ms. Candy was so nice. Sent plenty of pictures and did what we asked… also, our two Great Danes came home exhausted because of all the land to run and water to swim in. Will be rebooking.”

About: I’ve had multiple dogs growing up as well as lots of other animals! I often dog sit for my siblings and love having them. I like my home to feel like their home with little adjustment. I work at 5 am and come home for lunch and am back home by 12 and am home for the rest of the night. I live right by my job and they are very flexible with me. I love being home in the evenings and having someone to take walks with is ideal! My apartment is open to pets, furniture included unless specified. I will happily keep pets off your furniture if needed. I take regular walks with a leash for exercise to make up for the lack of hard at my house.
“I boarded my dog with Megan & Jaime for the weekend, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was warm and welcoming, and she made my dog, Taj, feel right at home. Her house is beautiful and has a huge fenced-in yard—perfect for dogs to play and relax safely. She even sent me a photo of Taj lounging in the yard, which gave me so much peace of mind knowing he was happy and well cared for. Taj even came home with a new toy! I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and loving place to board their dog!”

“This was the best experience we have had so far on Rover! Lindsey was phenomenal at taking care of our extremely active dog. Received daily photos of my dog and constant communication about how his day went. Will be booking again!”

“An amazing sitter. I went on a 5 day cruise and was so nervous about leaving my fur baby with anybody. Thankfully, Tenashia took my very last minute request and the experience was a 10/10. Very responsive when I checked in on him. She cared for my dog as if he were hers, and I couldn’t be happier. Super friendly, when I met her I knew my baby was in good hands. Will definitely book again.”

“Very friendly. She took wonderful care of our 2 dogs and cat. They definitely didn’t not want to leave. She gave updated and did a meet and greet before hand to get to know them. We will be back”

“Abby graciously accepted our booking request and provided a warm, loving home for Bear while we were out of town for the week. Leaving our boy behind is never easy, but Abby, Eli, and their pups made it so much easier. We knew Bear was in great company and would be well cared for. We received several updates and photos throughout the week, and it was clear he quickly made himself at home. More importantly, he looked comfortable, happy, and encouraged to do so. It gave us such peace of mind knowing he was being treated like part of the family. We wouldn't hesitate to book with Abby again!”

“Karyn’s always a great sitter for Lou! Sends plenty of updates and was so kind to work with a change of pick up time at the last minute. Lou is looking forward to staying again!”

“Absolute great overall experience. Cooper loved his stay and was giving amazing attention entire time. Brianna stayed updating us and made his stay comfortable for him and us being away from home. Will definitely rebook in future.”

“Vanessa is awesome! Every time we go out of town Vanessa is the only one I feel comfortable leaving them with. It’s a fun, safe place for them to visit and enjoy themselves.”

“She really took good care of my girl. The photos sent everyday made me know she was great. My first experience and I was gone for 7 days. Will be Summer babysitter and I highly recommend.”

“Uriah has been a huge help for me checking in on the dogs while I’m at work! She is reliable and does a great job keeping me updated throughout the day! Would recommend her for your pet needs.”

“Allison was terrific. She sent pictures everyday, gave them food, water, and affection. She cleaned up after them and provided me with peace of mind. I would recommend her and Rover. I will using Rover and Allison again.”

About: I’ve been caring for cats my entire life and have experience with cats of all ages, personalities, and needs. From playful kittens to senior cats, I understand the importance of providing a safe, comfortable, and stress-free environment. I’m familiar with feeding schedules, litter box maintenance, administering basic care, recognizing changes in behavior, and giving each cat the patience and attention they need to feel secure. I genuinely love being around cats and treat every one as if they were my own, making sure they receive plenty of care, affection, and companionship while their owners are away. 🐾💛

About: I’ve been caring for cats for most of my life and have experience with cats of all ages, from young kittens to senior cats. Growing up, my family always had cats, including both indoor and outdoor cats, which gave me a strong understanding of their unique personalities, behaviors, and care needs. Over the years, I’ve provided drop-in visits and overnight pet sitting for friends, family, and neighbors. My experience includes feeding, refreshing water, cleaning litter boxes, administering medications, playtime, and providing companionship while owners are away. I understand that every cat is different—some are social and playful, while others prefer a calm, quiet presence. I take the time to learn each cat’s routine and personality so they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in their own environment. Whether your cat needs extra attention, medication, or simply a reliable caregiver, I’ll treat them like one of my own.

“We had a great experience with our dog sitter! They stopped by for a drop-in potty break for our three dogs — Beamer, Jax, and Beau — and took great care of them. It gave us a lot of peace of mind knowing someone reliable was checking on them while we were away”

““I’m so grateful for the wonderful care she provided for my cat, Gracie. She was always on time, dependable, and truly attentive. I highly recommend her to anyone needing a pet sitter and will absolutely use her again.””
About: I have been around dogs of all sizes. My dogs are both over 55 pounds and full of energy. I can handle any energy level as well. I look forward to working with you and your dogs in the near future! I am a full time behavior tech at an ABA clinic. I work 8:00-3:30 Monday thru Friday, but am free any other time of the week. I am willing to take care of your babies in your home! I provide a loving environment and will love them like I would my own.
About: I have been taking care of dogs since I was 9. I have experience in everything from walking to whelping. I love animals and would love to meet and care for yours! I am currently training to be a dog groomer on weekday mornings. I’m available for drop ins and walks after 1pm. On weekends I’m not out of town I would love to hang out with your babies as well! I have transportation to get to your babies to check in, feed and water, or walk them. I bring water on walks to help them with the crazy summer temperatures and weather and am able to easily read their body language to make sure they are healthy and happy.
About: I would humbly refrain from making the statement that I am better than my counterparts, as that is not for me to judge. I will say that I am an incredibly caring and empathetic individual, and that translates well to how I operate animals as well as people. I grew up with dogs and cats inside of my home, and I was always very attentive to them in terms of playing, petting, feeding, and making them feel cared for. My experience as a sitter only spans about a year altogether, but as a mother of human children, I understand the responsibility that comes with monitoring and caring for any member of someone else’s family. Animals are never excluded in that💙 I have two children, one of which is in daycare and the other in grade school. During the summer months, my availability would be from 7AM to 5PM, as I’d have to pick my youngest up from daycare by 5:30PM. From August to May, my availability would be 7:30AM - 5PM, as this would grant me time to drop my oldest off to school before beginning a day’s work. At the moment, I can only offer care in the home of clients, as my landlord does not allow pets to be present on the premises. Having said this, I am flexible in the number of services I am willing to offer in the home of clients. I want each individual to feel confident in the care their pet is receiving while they are away. I will do what I can to ensure this is the case 💙
About: I provide top of the line animal care for all domesticated pets. I'm most comfortable with dogs and cats, but there isn't anything I can't handle. I have pet sat for many different families for about 6 years. I love giving endless affection to each pet and love to exercise with them. It is very important to me to know the routine for each client and try to make this experience as comfortable as possible. I used to run a dog care facility, The Dog Stop, which includes boarding, daycare, and grooming. I'm properly trained in this field of work. I have worked in the veterinary medicine field going on 6 years now as a veterinary nurse. I am trained in both a general practice setting and emergency room care for pets as well. I attended both SLCC and UL in Louisiana to pursue my degree in Animal Science. I personally own a 7 year old black male house cat named Xander, and two young and very loving female mixed breed dogs! I am currently working full-time as a veterinary nurse at Urgent Veterinary Care in Austin, TX. I have also worked at PAZ veterinary clinic in Austin, TX as a veterinary nurse. I started off my veterinary technician career in Lafayette, LA at Lafayette Veterinary Care Center over 4 years ago. I am always looking for ways to spend more time doing what I love which is caring for fur-babies! I will cater to any and all needs necessary for each individual client. I am very comfortable with any at home therapeutic treatments, medications, training, dietary restrictions, etc.
About: I have experience working in multiple veterinary clinics, which gives me a deeper understanding of animal health and behavior than the average sitter. I’m comfortable caring for pets of all ages, including puppies and senior pets who may need extra patience or special attention. I’ve also been pet sitting and boarding for over three years, so I’m used to keeping pets comfortable, sticking to routines, and making them feel safe while their owners are away. I treat every pet like my own and focus on making sure they feel loved and stress-free. I recently moved to Lafayette from Pineville, I’m looking for new clients. I am available any day of the week. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because caring for animals has always been a big part of my life. I plan my schedule around the pets I’m caring for so they get regular walks, feeding times, playtime, and attention throughout the day. I make sure they stay on their normal routine so they feel comfortable and stress-free while their owners are away. I can provide your pet with safety and a lovable environment while in my care. Their physical and mental needs will be met to my best ability.
About: I’ve grown up with 2 English bulldogs my whole life. I work at a dog daycare with every breed and size imaginable. I love animals I work park time at my dog daycare facility. But if you message me in advance I will make you and your beautiful pup my top priority! I currently do not own a pet but I always had my English bulldogs following me around my parents house so I’m always aware of my surroundings and making sure I didn’t step on them

About: I have over 10 years of hands-on experience caring for cats and currently share my home with three of my own. Two are happy indoor companions, while my third is harness-trained and enjoys going on walks and even joining me on outings in a carrier backpack — so I’m very comfortable working with cats who have unique personalities, enrichment needs, or established routines. I understand that cats thrive on consistency and a calm environment. I take time to learn each cat’s individual preferences, whether that means interactive play, quiet companionship, maintaining litter box routines, or simply respecting a more independent personality. I’m experienced with kittens as well as adult and senior cats, and I’m comfortable administering medications when needed. My goal is always to reduce stress while you’re away by keeping your cat’s routine familiar and providing attentive, gentle care tailored specifically to them. I prioritize a calm, low-stress environment and let each cat set the pace for interaction and care.
About: Ever since I was a little girl I’ve loved animals. I currently work remotely Monday-Thursday 8:30 AM-4:30 PM so I’ll be home just about the whole day with your furry ones! Potty breaks, walks, and movie nights here won’t be a problem! I have a large yard next to my house so potty breaks won’t be a problem. Also I have an adult fixed Shih Tzu that loves naps, belly rubs, and playing to keep your fur one company!

“Kimmy and Michael were awesome and sent multiple pictures even though my dog was only with them during the day. I had movers at my house who stayed later than expected but Kimmy and Michael were super flexible with the pick up time which was a lifesaver. They have a large yard and my dog came home exhausted!”

It's a true dog-friendly domain! · Active & Attentive Care: I believe in tailored care—whether your dog is a high-energy adventurer needing long walks and fetch sessions, or a cozy senior who prefers gentle strolls and plenty of couch cuddles. · A Stress-Free Environment: I provide a calm, clean, and pet-only home (no children), ensuring your dog receives my full attention and doesn't feel overwhelmed. · Constant Communication: You'll receive regular photo and video updates, so you can relax knowing your furry family member is having a great time. I treat every guest with the same love, patience, and respect I'd want for my own pet. Let's connect, I can't wait to welcome your best friend for their very own vacation. I work 4 to 6 hours a day; the rest of the time, I am at home. I always take them out to the yard before I leave, and I make sure they have food and water. When I return, I take them out to the yard again, and we go for a walk, following our established routine. They usually stay indoors, except for morning and evening walks and bathroom breaks in the fenced yard, which last approximately 30 minutes, three times a day. The dogs eat according to a schedule set by the owner, and they have the freedom to move freely around the house and lie down wherever they want. I have a medium-sized mixed-breed dog who usually ignores other dogs and sometimes plays with them if he likes them.

About: I have loved all animals from a young age but have an especially soft spot for dogs. I have worked with a pitbull rescue in the past, volunteered at rescue events and shelters and my sister has been a vet tech for over a decade. I currently have 7 fur baby rescues of my own that I have found wandering the streets all different sizes and breeds : ) I work full-time but from home. I have a constant rotation in place for letting pups out to potty, play, and spend one on one time with them. I am almost always home except for a few hours throughout the week to workout or run errands. My personal pets have an underground fence that keeps them in the yard, however I have 3 large covered runs under the carport each with a grassy area and shop fans, cots, and large water basins if extended outdoor time is required other than a leash walk for your baby. Indoors I have 2 bedrooms designated for pups as well as a living area. I rotate groups throughout these areas as well as outside during the day as I have dogs of all ages and activity levels.
“Thanks for everything Susan! Buddy had a great time and came back exhausted. My fur baby means the world to me and I needed someone who would take care of him like me. We will be making more appointments in the future!!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats since I can remember. We have always been a family of pet lovers. Pets are more than just pets to me; they are family! I’d be happy to assist in caring for your loved ones as if they’re one of my own. I am currently self-employed and able to adjust my schedule as needed by my Rover clients. About: I’ve been drawn to dogs, horses, cats, and pretty much any animal with four legs (well even the ones that only have 3 limbs and are rescues) since I was little. I’ve never not had some sort of rescue dog. I am used to taking care of special needs and making sure animals get lots of attention and love. I am asked by friends and neighbors to take care of walking, feeding, and loving their pets while away. I haven’t met a dog/cat that I haven’t fallen in love with. I am also available to walk your dog daily. I stay at home with my father who is 80 years old in a four bedroom house. Your pet will get round the clock attention with frequent exercise, petting and feeding with your schedule requests. Your pet will be very loved and well taken care of. I am also experienced with special needs with medications or modifications that you may have. Your animal can spend time in the house and I also have a large fenced in yard. If an indoor pet your animal will have their own room (I have two extra bedrooms). If you prefer they can sleep in my room on pet pillows. I will take your pet on walks and they will also have a large backyard to explore. My dog (Copper) will stay with my father if I am going to your home. Light housekeeping and meal prep are available if needed for an additional fee.

Inside I have dog beds and toys and a lap for cuddling. My two dogs are friendly and have had plenty of exposure to other dogs through my fostering.

About: I have raised and trained two puppies and I have also been a pet sitter for several families, caring for pets of all ages. I love to care for animals and provide them with lots of attention. I currently have a puppy who is very playful and she will be a great playmate for any dogs that like to play. I am happy to accommodate any special needs that your dog may have, and I enjoy taking dogs on walks if they like that. My schedule is generally pretty open for doggy daycare and boarding. I have a lot of availability but the days and times that I am available vary week to week. I am a massage therapist working part time out of my house, so when on a day that I have clients coming I will not be taking dogs. I am almost always available for overnight boarding. I have a fenced in yard and a puppy of my own that will give your dog company and entertainment. I am happy to take your dog on walks, feed and play with them, and give them snuggles if they like that.

About: Hi! I’m a passionate pet lover with over 2 years of hands-on experience working at a busy doggy daycare. During that time, I cared for dogs of all sizes, breeds, and personalities from high-energy pups to shy seniors who just needed a little extra patience. I’m experienced in group play supervision, feeding routines, basic training reinforcement, and recognizing dog behavior to keep every pup safe and happy. I treat every dog like they’re my own and focus on creating a calm, fun, and loving environment while you’re away. Whether your dog needs playtime, cuddles, or structured care, you can count on me to provide reliable, attentive, and compassionate service. Your pet’s comfort and safety will always be my top priority! Scheduling-wise, I currently work part-time as a barista and typically have short 6-hour shifts, so I’m never away for too long. This allows me to stay flexible and attentive when caring for pets. I’m great at planning around my schedule to make sure your pet gets consistent care, attention, and plenty of love while you’re away. I live in a quiet, safe neighborhood that’s perfect for pet care. The area has low traffic, peaceful surroundings, and plenty of space for calm walks and fresh air. It’s a very pet-friendly environment where dogs can feel relaxed and comfortable, whether they enjoy lounging indoors or going on slow, stress-free strolls outside. The calm atmosphere makes it ideal for pets who thrive in a cozy, low-noise setting.
About: All my life I have always had a furry friend and that love is more unique than any love you could get. One thing I live by is loving and treating every pet like they are my own and I have experience from new born puppies to helping with the needs of senior dogs/cats and everyday I am still learning. I am available most days out of the week as long as it is in advanced and can accommodate your needs. I’m available every weekend and holidays! I currently have 1 dog that lives with me but unfortunately will not be able to care for any at my own home. At your home I can work with whatever task you are given me and can be flexible if for example, told there is no fenced yard or if the pet needs to be kept outdoors. I will not be able to stay over nights but can care for pets as long as I need to!
About: I’ve been caring for animals my entire life and currently share my home with three dogs and three cats of my own. Animals have always been central to my life, and I understand how important it is to know your pets are safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for while you’re away. In addition to lifelong pet ownership, I have extensive experience in dog rescue. At one point I was actively caring for and rehabilitating 14 dogs at once, working with animals from a variety of backgrounds, temperaments, and medical needs. That experience taught me patience, strong observation skills, and how to quickly recognize changes in behavior or health. I’m comfortable caring for pets at every life stage — energetic puppies and kittens, adult animals with established routines, and seniors who need extra time and compassion. I also have hands-on experience with special needs pets, including administering medications, maintaining detailed care schedules, and assisting animals with mobility challenges. Most recently, I cared for a senior pit bull with hind-end weakness who required lifting assistance to stand and walk, along with consistent medication management. Providing calm, steady support for pets who need extra help is something I truly enjoy. My goal is to keep your pet’s routine familiar and low-stress while providing dependable care, lots of affection, and clear communication so you always know how things are going at home. I treat every pet as if they were my own and provide regular photo and message updates so you always know your pet is safe, comfortable, and happy while you’re away. I currently work part-time as a work-from-home contractor, which allows me a very flexible schedule and makes it easy to adapt my day around pet care needs. Because I’m home much of the time, I’m able to provide consistent attention, regular check-ins, and reliable care throughout the day. I plan my schedule around the pets I’m caring for to ensure feeding times, walks, medication schedules, and companionship needs are met without disruption. Whether it’s short visits, overnight stays, or extended care, I’m able to adjust my routine to prioritize your pet’s comfort and consistency. When caring for pets in a client’s home, my priority is maintaining their normal routine and environment as closely as possible to reduce stress. I follow all instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, walk routines, medication needs, and any specific behavioral or medical guidelines. I approach each home with respect and responsibility, keeping things clean, secure, and exactly as I found them. I understand the importance of trust when someone is caring for both your pets and your space, and I communicate regularly so you always know how things are going. With experience caring for animals of all ages—including rescues, seniors, and pets with special medical needs—I’m comfortable adapting to whatever level of care is required. My goal is always to provide calm, attentive care so your pets feel safe, understood, and well cared for in your absence.

“Amanda was incredible. She accepted my same week request. After drop off she gave me an update within the first 30 minutes of having him and continued to update me throughout his stay. Boomer was loved and cared for, definitely will be using her service again!”

“Tamara did an amazing job taking care of Rico. I was very nervous, when I had to leave him, but she constantly informed me of how he was doing, and took plenty of pictures. I had a great trip , and didn’t have to worry about how Rico was doing. I recommend Tamara 100%”

“Charlotte was amazing, and we will definitely be using her for our future boarding needs. She kept us updated the entire time with lots of pics and we could tell our pup had a great week with her.”

I’m comfortable with high energy dogs, shy pups, and everything in between! I can’t wait to meet you and your furry best friend! I’m a teacher during the week, so my pet care schedule fits perfectly around that! I’m available in the afternoons/evenings on weekdays, and I have full availability on weekends, holidays, and throughout the summer. This allows me to give pets plenty of time, attention, and consistency when their owners need it most. I have a dog of my own, but I live in an apartment, so boarding in my home isn’t ideal. My dog is friendly so play dates are definitely an option if you’re okay with it! I prefer caring for pets in their own environment where they’re most comfortable. In a client’s home, I always follow all provided instructions closely and do my best to keep your pet’s routine as normal and consistent as possible whether that’s feeding schedules, walks, playtime, or any specific care needs. My goal is to make your pet feel safe, comfortable, and stress free while you’re away.
