About: As a veterinary assistant with hands-on experience in both general and emergency practices, I bring a unique level of skill, knowledge, and compassion to every pet I care for. I’m trained in handling animals of all sizes and temperaments, and I’m confident in giving medications, and managing senior pets with special needs. I also have experience working with puppies—including potty training, crate training, and building confidence with positive reinforcement. Whether your pet is young and energetic or older and in need of a little extra TLC, I tailor my care to meet their individual needs. Beyond my clinical background, I’m a lifelong animal lover who knows that pets are family. I treat every animal in my care like one of my own. I understand how important trust is when someone else is looking after your pet, and I’m here to give you peace of mind while you’re away. I’m currently working full time, but I am able to take time out of my day to let your animals out throughout the day! On weekends I can stay with them full time! When caring for pets in their own home, my goal is to maintain their usual routine so they feel safe, comfortable, and stress-free while you're away. I follow all care instructions closely, from feeding and walks to medication schedules and bedtime routines, and I always take time to bond with your pet through play, snuggles, or quiet companionship depending on their needs and personality. As a veterinary assistant, I’m confident handling pets with medical conditions, anxiety, or special requirements. I make sure your home stays tidy, your pet feels loved, and you stay updated with regular messages and photos. I treat every home with respect and every pet like family.

“Wow! We feel we really lucked out with Kristie! Not only is she experienced and professional, she was available with our short notice of travel plans. Kristie provided great communication and photos and made being away from our dogs so much easier. We highly recommend her services!”

“Allison was a great sitter and friend for Smitty for the three weeks we were out of town. There were many visits involved over this time period and Allison did a good job communicating with us about Smitty's various walks and play-times, what kind of mood he was in, whether he drank some water after play-time, and other info. She really cares about Smitty and enjoys the work. We highly recommend Allison!”

“I’m so glad to have found Kyle to watch our two cats on a recent vacation. I appreciated his communication both beforehand and during his visits. I felt totally at peace knowing our cats were in his care. We will definitely be looking at Kyle’s calendar again when we go on our next trip!”

Her support made our day that much more relaxing. Thank you, Sophie!”

“Tara really helped us out by taking care of Monarch when our normal sitter was unavailable and we had a funeral to attend to. Monarch gets a little anxious and jumpy with new people but Tara didn’t give up on him and eventually won him over. Tara took good care of Monarch.”

About: I've been caring for pets at home for 20+ years. I'm a cat and a dog mom, though I also have experience working with birds and reptiles at work as well. I'm a Licensed Veterinary Technician, the veterinary equivalent of a nurse. I started my career in veterinary medicine in 2020 and became licensed in 2022. I worked in animal emergency medicine for three years and have worked in day practice for about a year and a half. I have a lot of experience medicating animals and would be happy to assist with this when needed. Caring for animals is not only my hobby, but also my career. I love all animal kiddos of the furry, feathery, and scaly variety 💓 I work 10-12 hour days at work, but when needed I am usually able to leave my job over lunch to take care of pets (mine or someone else's). I believe leashing pets is very important, as well as following pet parent instructions carefully. And of course, I will use my knowledge as an LVT to provide the most safe and thorough service possible.

About: I currently work the doggy day camp at Petsmart. I have worked with the Humane Animal Treatment society and Bronston Animal Shelter with socialization and training. I had dogs growing up and trained them and cared for them. I have even walked dogs for the people around my neighborhood. Also, I have a dog of my own. I do have a puppy that is 4 years old, but he is very friendly. I live near a park so the dogs can run/play and I know my puppy would love to join if allowed. I’m currently looking for a job, so I have plenty of time to spend with your furry friend. I am available any time of the day. I keep my puppy on a strict schedule. Lots of time to play, go for walks, and training times. I feed him around 9:30 am and 7 pm

About: I have been around and cared for many different pets in my life, ginuea pigs, dogs, cats, fish, and birds. I have grown up primarily with dogs and ginuea pigs, currently I have one furry baby named Evie. I work dinner shifts at a restaurant, but I am at work no longer then 7 hours at a time, and after work I can still stop by and care for your furry friends!! I will follow any instructions given for any furry friend, as a furry mama, I completely understand that what works for your furry friend works!!

About: I have grown up in households filled with animals! Being away at school, I miss the friendly animals from home. I have 3 dogs, and 3 cats at home. I love to take walks and I am excited to meet your pets! I am working part time at a restaurant, so I have plenty of day time that I need to fill. What better way than with some animals I currently live in an apartment, so dog walks or care at your home would work best! I am open to playing with your pet, feeding, taking walks!

“We are new to Rover and so to find someone like Max so close to home has been a blessing. Max was very communicative with stories and pictures and made our time away stress free. Our dogs were in good hands with Max! We will call on him again and definitely recommend his services.”

About: I’ve recently moved to Michigan from Denver and would love to start up pet sitting again! I have years of experience, I’ve been a sitter since freshman year of college. I look forward to meeting you in person first for a meet and greet! I work full-time but mostly remote. I work for Denver County Department of Human Services. My typical day is working on my laptop doing documentation and occasionally going out into a field once to three times a week. I have the friendliest dog, Duke, he can come with me to the home if that is something a client is interested in or stay with my boyfriend at our house.

About: Hi! I’m Caroline — I’m 25, and animals have always held a huge place in my heart. I grew up with pets and started caring for animals for friends, neighbors, and families when I was younger. Whether it’s a goofy pup who loves long walks or a snuggly cat who just wants company, I truly enjoy getting to know each pet’s unique personality. I see animals as family, and that’s exactly how I treat them. When your pet is with me, you can count on them getting plenty of love, attention, and care — the same way I’d treat my own. I know how important it is to feel confident leaving your pet in someone else’s hands, and I take that trust seriously. Looking forward to meeting you and your furry friend! Currently, I am attending school online. So I have lots of free time. I am pretty flexible with times and able to do lots of potty breaks! I love being outdoors, so your furry friend will most likely be out enjoying a nature walk or playing at the park with me! If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll stay cozy inside with some playtime or relaxing together. I also love taking photos, so you can expect cute updates throughout the day to see what we’re up to!

About: I’ve been an animal lover my entire life. I currently have one amazing boxer named Trudy. At one point I was lucky enough to have 4 dogs and 3 cats of my very own along with a coop full of chickens. I have had the opportunity to foster 2 dogs from a boxer rescue in Michigan and loved every minute of it. I have plenty of experience handling all kinds and sizes of dogs. After a recent job change I have much more time on my hands and am home the majority of the day. I currently “dog nanny” for a family with 3 dogs in town a couple of hours a day. My dog Trudy gets along great with other dogs and doesn’t mind sharing the couch or bed. I’d be happy to allow your dog to roam free in my home or crate them if necessary.

“Caroline regularly takes care of my large Geman Shepherd, Winter. My dog, who is very apprehensive around new people, quickly learned to trust her. Caroline ensures that Winter is fed the proper amount at the correct times, that she is taken outside regularly, and goes on frequent walks. Every time she visits, Caroline provides detailed updates on Winter's activities and plenty of photos of them having fun. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for someone to care for/walk their pets!”
