“Pros: we got our dogs back in one piece and they seemed to be fed and happy, so I guess I can’t complain too much. Negatives: *this is just constructive criticism and left 5 stars because I don’t want to affect the rover’s status as they seem to have many other happy reoccurring clients.* the only pitfall for us was that we only received 2 updates on our dogs 7 day stay and we had to ask for them. We only received 1 pic of each dog. This left us with a bit of anxiety while we had limited service and out of the country. So we would have liked more unsolicited updates just to ease our minds.”

Having the ability to focus on work travel and have full confidence that my best friends are being well taken care of is truly a blessing. I have an older dog in the mix right now that requires medications and detailed updates if she is not feeling well… I fully trust Nya to take care of them both like they are her own. They came home in good spirits despite my older pup having some stomach trouble from new medication during the last day of the trip. I can tell they enjoy being a part of your household. “Angelo is a wonderful Pet Sitter (from a human perspective). He is communicative with daily pictures and very responsive to questions. His home, yard, and set up are perfect for pets. He follows all of your requests even when you forget to send the brush. He doesn't take too many pets at once. He doesn't force them into cages. My dog came home happy and tired, which is a good thing because she was active. I only wish pets could speak and tell us about their experience! Angelo sends a sweet note and homemade treats home with the dog too! I will definitely go back to Angelo.”

“I would give Heather 10 stars if it were possible! We’ve boarded our dog on several occasions and it’s always been a tough experience because she doesn’t eat very well and has seemed depressed while we’re gone. Our experience with Heather was the complete opposite; our dog was content and happy the entire time, something we didn’t think was possible while boarding 😅. Heather was very communicative and sent photos and videos of our dog every day while we were away. Her facility is also very clean and well kept, and feels warm and inviting as opposed to the large dog crates we’re accustomed to with other boarders. Heather obviously loves dogs and we were so grateful that she took such good care of our dog while we were gone for 10 days. I can’t recommend her and her services highly enough, this was hand down the BEST boarding experience we and our dog have ever had.”
