“I wish that I could give Sarah more than 5 stars. Not only did she make Rocky feel safe and comfortable, she was an extremely conscientious guest in my home. We had daily contact which I found very reassuring. It's hard to be separated from a beloved pet for a whole week but thanks to Sarah I didn't have a single concern. Travel is physically difficult for me due to old-age, but if I'm fortunate enough to take another trip, I will plan it around Sarah's availability.”

“Anna was great! Our pets were well taken care of and she was respectful of our home. She sent us photos as requested too. Will definitely book with her again.”

“Shaylin was an amazing dog sitter. She stayed with our boys who have horrible separation anxiety.she made sure that Larkin and Blaze knew that they were going to be ok while we were gone. (It was the longest we have ever left them) Shaylin feed, walked, played and made sure that both boys had their potty breaks. She would provide us with pictures through out her stay. I would highly recommend Shaylin to anyone. She will be our regular dog sitter for sure from here on out.”

“We had a great experience with Amy! She watched our two dogs, Zed and Bow, for the day. It was clear from the moment she arrived that she’s experienced and truly enjoys being around animals. She was attentive to their needs and communicated with us to let us know everything was going well. She sent us photos of them relaxing throughout the day, which helped give us peace of mind. Both pups were happy and relaxed when we got home, always a great sign! We’d absolutely recommend Amy and hope to book with her again in the future.”

“Lucy is beloved by my pets and she is great at communication and making sure she understands their needs. I will be a customer on repeat as often as she’s available!”

About: I have many years of experience watching dogs, cats, and other small creatures. As a family we have had dogs of varying sizes and temperaments; including working breeds. I do have experience administering medications and bottle feeding. I also volunteered for many years at animal shelters. My schedule is week on week off. So, on the days I am watching your pets I will be completely available for whatever their schedule requires. I am very easy to contact and will provide frequent updates about your pets. I am very reliable and will treat your pets as my own. I know the worst part of a vacation is leaving my pets and the best part is squishing them when returning.

“Annika was so good with our difficult fur baby! She was able to get him to eat (he gets anxious easily) and to take his pills (he has an intense pill schedule!) House was still clean when we got home. She sent pictures and an update every couple of days like we discussed. Very happy with our first Rover experience and so was our dog! :)”

“Both of our animals warmed right up to Candice as soon as she came in for our meet and greet. My dog usually barks at strangers but didn't this time. Candice was friendly and knowledgeable. We were able to leave our home for a few days feeling comfortable with the booking knowing our animals were in good hands. She also sent plenty of updates and photos and left our home cleaner than we left it.”

About: I’ve been caring for dogs for over six years, including my own Husky-German Shepherd mix Misky, who has taught me so much about energy, loyalty, and communication. I’m experienced with feeding, walking, bathing, and understanding different dog personalities and needs. I’m also very comfortable with cats and understand their unique temperaments. Friends and neighbors trust me with their pets because I treat them like family. I’m currently working part-time at the Student Activity Center at CMU, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of time to care for and play with your pets! As an extrovert, I bring positive energy and easily bond with animals and people alike. Pets love being around me because I make sure they feel engaged, happy, and loved. I’m available for any pet services all week (unless i’m booked or busy, which should show up on my profile). I dont plan on working a lot of hours this summer so you can pretty much book me anytime! I have a secure, fenced yard at my apartment for doggies. My apartment has all the amenities for both cats and dogs. I also live with my girlfriend so the times where i’m at work/busy, she cares for the pets so they’re not alone for extended periods of time. I’m experienced in supervising playtime, offering structure, and making sure every pet feels safe and welcome. I can easily crate your dog if needed and follow any specific care instructions you provide. Your pet’s comfort, safety, and happiness are always my top priorities.

“Highly recommend. She was prompt, sent regular updates and took great care of our pets. The dogs were happy and well cared for when we arrived back home. Will use her services again.”

I have plenty of experience with multiple dog breeds and I don't discriminate. I have experience taking dogs for walks, feeding them, giving medications, bathing them, cleaning up messes, and playing with them. I know how important it is for your pets to be well cared for, so I hope to provide the peace of mind of knowing your pets are happy and taken care of! I currently work part-time, so I have plenty of time available! I typically work 10-20 hours a week but will still be available on my work days for check-ins and walks! I do have my own dog, so if you request me for house-sitting please note I will either have to bring him with me, or I will not be able to stay full time as I'd have to go home to take care of him as well. I have plenty of experience with multiple types of dogs. I have been doing research on dog body language and understanding their cues so I will know how to listen to their boundaries to make them as comfortable as possible! I practice positive reinforcement training so if you have a stubborn dog, know I'll be able to handle them well!

About: I have not only taken care of different animals including dogs, cats, bunnies, fish, hedgehogs, and more, since I was around 10 but I loved every minute of it which I feel is the most important part! I am currently a student at Central Michigan University but am on summer break until August which frees up most of my days! I am willing to work around anything! I love taking pets on walk or out to play as many times a day as I can, along with making sure to give them plenty of attention when I’m with them!

About: I have a deep love for animals and extensive experience caring for them. Along with being a dedicated pet sitter, I'm also a certified wildlife rehabber. Looking forward to meeting you and your furry friends! Pet care is a big part of my daily life. Whether it's my own pets or the wildlife I rehab, I'm always surrounded by animals. I find joy in making sure they're happy and healthy. My day usually starts and ends with feeding, playing, and caring for them, so your pets will fit right into my routine! I will treat any and all animals the way I would treat my own with a lot of love and compassion! Small animals to large I love them all

About: I'm a stay-at-home mom of two-legged babies and fur babies . I have a big fenced-in yard where the pups can run and play. We will leave the door open when it's cool out so they can come a go as they want. I have 2 German shepherds myself and grew up with dogs, so theres not much I can't handle. We can play ball or just sit on the couch and snooze the day away. Pup must be OK with kids, the loud noises that the kids make and must up to date on shots/ vaccinations. Crate trained is a plus, but not a must and no aggressive behaviors are allowed. If you have any questions please ask me and I will respond in a timely manner. I'm currently a stay at home mom of 2 kids. I'm trying to get back out into the world force and thought rover would a good way to start with for the flexibility. I have a fenced back yard to run and with a big deck so if sunbathing is your pups thing they will be happy. I also have trees that prove shade if they like to nap under the trees.

Lucy was so patient and kind with my huge baby! This was the first time in 8 years I’ve ever left Gracey with a sitter because of her severe anxiety. Lucy came to visit us a few days prior and I was so pleased to see her interact with my dog. It calmed my fears and I was actually able to enjoy my night out without worry. Thank you Lucy! We will definitely use her again.

Sydney did a great job watching our dogs. It’s probably the best experience I’ve ever had with a dog sitter. She is dependable and reliable. She sends pictures and communicates often. She made it easy for me to enjoy my vacation. 😁

Lucy did great with our pug. She provided pictures and updates and went for a couple of walks. Will book her services going forward.

Lucy is beloved by my pets and she is great at communication and making sure she understands their needs. I will be a customer on repeat as often as she’s available!
