About: I have owned and cared for dogs and cats for over 30 years. Animal husbandry is my passion. Understanding animal behavior is crucial and I insist on a meet and greet to ensure we are all compatible. I am retired and have an open schedule to meet the needs of your favorite fur baby. I’m currently at a time in my life where I want to spend more time with animals. Being retired frees me up to do just that. I live a simple quiet life now and would enjoy sharing my skills of caring and loving your family fur baby. At the clients home is my preference. I feel your pet needs the security of their own familiar space and home when you are gone. Also to have all their treats and toys and beds allow them to interact with me in a safe environment. Walking playing and snuggling 24/7 when you are not home is my goal!

About: I am a licensed veterinary technician who has worked with dogs, cats, exotics and farm animals alike. I graduated magna cum laude from Baker College's vet tech program and received my license in 2025, but have been living and working with animals most of my life. I have also been regularly volunteering for animal rescues in the Mount Pleasant area since 2022. I am certified to care for animals with all temperaments and levels of needs, including kittens, puppies, the elderly and disabled. I can provide in-depth care that covers all the bases. I am knowledgeable in nutrition, exercise, toileting, enrichment and grooming/sanitation. I am also trained in specialized care such as medicine and fluid administration (any route), monitoring vital signs and blood sugar, animal behavior, syringe or hand feeding, dissability management (seizure disorders, diabetes, Cushings, arthritis, blindness, deafness, etc.), wound treatment, and assisting with advanced hygiene and mobility needs. Animal welfare and preventative care are some of my life's greatest passions. I am deeply attentive to detail and the nuances of animal stewardship. My schedule is flexable, so I am able to adjust my time fairly easily to accommodate the requirements of each family and their pets. I do not take the trust you put in me as animal caregiver lightly, as those are your family members too. I will work diligently and lovingly to keep your pets safe, healthy, and happy. I want to give you the greatest reassurance possible that you may rest easy knowing your pets are in good hands! I have a very open schedule, making me readily available for a wide variety of pet care needs. I am making pet sitting and daytime care/walks my primary work. This will make my routine easy to customize with my clients while having their requirements as a top priority. I do have chronic health issues that I may need to take time off for (appointments and rest days), but I will be upfront and schedule those things in advance so it is not a burden on any client. As of now, I will be doing daytime and overnight pet sitting at a client's home, as well as offering walk services. I currently do not have a space of my own available for boarding services, but everything else I am completely open and flexible with. I am always willing to work with a client and their pet's needs. On top of my standard of meticulous care and endless affection for these animals, I want to customize my care for each client to their particular needs. I will let you know if something is beyond my expertise, but because of my degree and license in veterinary nursing, my capabilities are broader than most sitters, making it much easier for me to take on more complex or in-depth scenarios. I am also someone who wants to keep clients as up-to-date and informed as they need during my care so I strongly believe in consistent communication. Your trust is to be earned so I am an open book to your questions, concerns, and specifications of care.

About: I have been caring for a wide variety of animals my whole life, from cats to horses to dogs of all sizes! Large breeds are my specialty, as I have grown up around Great Danes, Saint Bernards, and Newfoundlands my entire life, and feel very comfortable handling them. I have cared for many senior and small breed dogs as well, so your pets will receive the upmost care no matter the age or size! I love working with as many unique personalities and animals as I possibly can, and will work tirelessly to make sure they receive the care they need. My schedule is often very open, especially during the summer when classes are out, so I will communicate well to work around YOUR schedule! I will do what it takes to get your pets the care they need when they need it. Safety is priority number one when it comes to caring for pets, for both me and the animals. I am sure to follow whatever instructions are given to me to the strictest degree so you don't have to worry about your pets safety while you're away. When going for walks I always maintain firm a firm hold on the leash, even with bigger dogs. I have been walking with large breeds such as Saint Bernards and Great Danes for over a decade, so I feel very comfortable remaining in control. I always carry pepper spray with me as well, just as an absolute last resort in the very rare chance that anything would happen.

About: I've cared for dogs since I was 11, caring for my childhood dog all the way to age 16. I have 4 year and counting working in the veterinary field. I'm comfortable caring for older and more medically complex friends if needed. I recently moved to Michigan from Maryland and am settling in to the new normal. About: When I have been a sitter in the past I was in charge of admitting medication few times a day. Feed dogs separates if they had special feedings. I also did overnight stays up to 5 days. I also walked the dogs a couple times a day. I also have watched up to four dogs at a time. I currently very open at this point in time. My availability will be everyday from 10am on to10 p.m. and every weekend I am also available, but my hours are more flexible. A family-friendly pet environment. We also have fur babies here to keep company. We also have four kids for extra love and attention and outside play. We do not have a fenced yard and I also live by a busy one-way

About: I’ve had dogs for 10 years, and have frequently watched dogs for friends and family. Experience with both puppies and senior dogs, including dogs with mobility issues and limited eyesight. (I accept pitbulls and pitbull mixes) Currently working part-time with a flexible schedule, leaving a vast amount of free time and wiggle room to be able to provide doggy supervision I have varied experience, from watching puppies to helping out older dogs, along with caring for dogs who have mobility issues and/or limited eyesight.

About: I have grown up living with and caring for animals. I have taken care of animals at all life stages from young puppies/kittens to senior dogs/cats. I have administered medicine and have attention for details and care with specific pet needs. I am patient and am willing to work with most any pet! I currently have 3 cats who are my babies. I've worked with small dogs and frequently handle dogs up to 100lbs. I love the outdoors and making sure your family members have the best care possible while you are away!
