“Lily did a fantastic job with all three of our kitties! She was consistent with cleaning the bowls and the litter box, and kept us updated with photos! Thank you again for taking care of our kitties!”

About: I have been caring for a wide variety of animals my whole life, from cats to horses to dogs of all sizes! Large breeds are my specialty, as I have grown up around Great Danes, Saint Bernards, and Newfoundlands my entire life, and feel very comfortable handling them. I have cared for many senior and small breed dogs as well, so your pets will receive the upmost care no matter the age or size! I love working with as many unique personalities and animals as I possibly can, and will work tirelessly to make sure they receive the care they need. My schedule is often very open, especially during the summer when classes are out, so I will communicate well to work around YOUR schedule! I will do what it takes to get your pets the care they need when they need it. Safety is priority number one when it comes to caring for pets, for both me and the animals. I am sure to follow whatever instructions are given to me to the strictest degree so you don't have to worry about your pets safety while you're away. When going for walks I always maintain firm a firm hold on the leash, even with bigger dogs. I have been walking with large breeds such as Saint Bernards and Great Danes for over a decade, so I feel very comfortable remaining in control. I always carry pepper spray with me as well, just as an absolute last resort in the very rare chance that anything would happen.
“We had a great experience with Neika as our dog sitter! She was always prompt and reliable with every appointment, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. Her communication was stellar—she kept us updated consistently and made sure Daisy (Dog) was well cared for and comfortable the entire time. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the pets she looks after. We would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy sitter!”

“Shawna was so kind and attentive to my girl Athena! She even watered some plants she noticed were dry!! I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for pet care :) This was my first time using rover so I was nervous but it truly couldn't have worked out better!!”

“Madison was so sweet with our needy cats who always get sooo lonesome when we’re gone. She sent us lots of photos after each visit showing her doing all the special things besides feeding for them. She went above and beyond. We so appreciated her! Thank you so much, Madison.”

“Isaac did really well on our first in-home visit with our German Shepherd, Luna. For a dog that has massive separation anxiety, she was very calm when we got home. I think having Isaac come to the house to let her out and feed her, instead of taking her somewhere to be taken care of, made a big difference. I would not hesitate to ask Isaac to take care of Luna again.”

About: The reason that you should trust me with something as special and loved as your canine friend is because of how deeply I care about animals and their happiness. Not only do I love dogs I also love training them! I have successfully self trained a service dog and have also trained many of my friends and family’s dogs in standard obedience. I have taken care of dogs from 8weeks to 12 years and feel confident in my care for them. I have a passion for teaching which is probably why I love training so much! In line with my love for teaching, I work at an aftercare program! I love this job because it only requires my to be out of the house for a short 2 hours everyday at 3. This makes it easy to be able to spend as much time as possible with your furry friend! Although I am new to this app, I am not new to dog sitting. I have plenty of references and I am completely open to meet and greets with the dog or with my dogs if you are feeling uncertain!🥰 - Pet care fits very well into my daily routine because I have very few commitments on a daily basis where I have to be out of the house or unavailable. I am highly flexible with a lot different types of schedules and routines, and I can guarantee that I will always make an effort to try and accommodate my schedule with what you and your fur baby need🥰 - Baths - Walks - Feeding - Potty training - Medicine administration - Car rides - Play time - Training - Cuddles - TAPLYO(treat every pet like your own) - Anything else you can think of message me so I can add to my list!!

About: One of the best things about life is our pets. I grew up with three dogs who were my bffs, and I have several friends who have cats. I have tons of experience with house and pet sitting for long durations (several weeks at a time). I am responsible, clean, detail-oriented, and love taking dogs on walkies! Every pet I sit for, I treat as my own and shower them with love and snuggles! I currently work part-time at Home Depot as a cashier and part-time at Olive Garden as a server. If I'm not working, I'm usually watching a movie or show, reading a book, writing poetry, or going on a walk and enjoying this beautiful summer weather! I am constantly tending to what the angel- I mean pet- needs. Whether it's a potty break, a little treat, dinner, a snuggle, I am on the job!
“Brooke was wonderful and caring. She took great care of our cat for over two weeks. Brooke does seem to prefer to visit later in the evenings, which wasn’t a problem once I figured this out. We will definitely be using her again.”
“Very detailed with Hanks and let me know everything was going on and if anything seemed different so he wasn't afraid to call and double check everything with my pup. Highly recommended”

“Brittany was very professional, did a meet and greet before hand, sent me updates and photos once in the home, and treated my animals with love and respect. Would absolutely book again.”

Frequently asked questions about Rover
As of September 2026, there are 104 sitters on Rover offering Cat Sitting across Coleman. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.
Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.
House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialization or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.
Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Coleman. On Rover:
- 94% of sitters can help with special care needs
- 100% can help with giving oral medications or injections
- 88% can help with daily exercise
You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
