About: I have a deep love for animals and extensive experience caring for them. Along with being a dedicated pet sitter, I'm also a certified wildlife rehabber. This means I'm skilled in handling a wide range of animals with care and compassion. Your pets will be in safe, loving hands with me, and I'll treat them like my own. Looking forward to meeting you and your furry friends! Pet care is a big part of my daily life. Whether it's my own pets or the wildlife I rehab, I'm always surrounded by animals. I find joy in making sure they're happy and healthy. My day usually starts and ends with feeding, playing, and caring for them, so your pets will fit right into my routine! I will treat any and all animals the way I would treat my own with a lot of love and compassion! Small animals to large I love them all

“Leslie was our first experience using Rover. She has been kind and professional from the start. She stayed at our home with our two dogs. She kept me informed of when she was there and when she wasn’t and she sent numerous pictures! We already have her booked again and hope to continue having her watch our pups.”

“Sydney did a great job watching our dogs. It’s probably the best experience I’ve ever had with a dog sitter. She is dependable and reliable. She sends pictures and communicates often. She made it easy for me to enjoy my vacation. 😁”

About: My motto is: "Dogs, kids, and mosquitos love me!" Darned if I know why--must be one of my "superpowers" as they say. I have taken care of senior dogs, most recently for two weeks with Georgia near Bangor, Maine. I spent 3 and a half months with Xander in Berkeley, California. Also a month with Lucy & Charlie (Brown?) in Topanga County, CA. I've also enjoyed being with Toby, Latka, and Sookie in San Diego CA. Plus, Luna and yes, another Luna in Los Angeles. Special skills include a long attention span, creative mind, ability to play for hours, up and at 'em early in morning. Also: laying down with dogs and not waking up with fleas! I am a freelance journalist and author and write at home. Thus, I rarely leave the house, except to go to a library to work on writing books there. (Four so far, working on #5!) Xander, Sookie, Toby, Latka...if only dogs could speak! I sat with one who did sing when I played harmonica... I have enormous patience, enormous experience, and love my fellow creatures enormously.

About: Hello, my name is Alana and I am so glad you have considered me to watch your fur baby! For over a decade I have taken care of almost every animal under the sun including dogs, cats, rabbits, goats, chickens, cows, and so many more! What sets me aside from others is my love for all animals, and my dedication to ensuring their needs are met. Currently, I attend Saginaw Valley and am slowly earning my bachelors degree in social work. I also work within the public school system with individuals with disabilities. My schedule works perfectly for individuals looking for drop in’s every 6-8 hours or if you are looking for an overnight sitter. If your pet requires more frequent visits, I would suggest contacting a sitter who can accommodate this. When taking care of your fur babies, their safety and mine is always my number one priority. In order to maintain a safe environment, I suggest that we schedule a meet and greet before the day of the service request. This way your pet will know me, easing some tension when you are gone. Furthermore, when in your home I ensure that I remain calm and follow directions as laid out by you in order to fulfill your pets needs.

About: My passion for animals started very young; as a teen I volunteered my time at the Humane Society, where I really learned how to successfully handle animals. I was also involved with a TNR program handling feral cats. Currently I have a homestead with chickens, geese, ducks, guineafowl, quail, pigeons, pheasants, pigs, dogs, cats, rats & fish. I have a spot in my heart for ALL animals and do not discriminate when it comes to caring for them (including large livestock). I have 5 dogs who are my life & I’m happy to pass that same care along to the pets in your home. I’m currently working part time which gives me plenty of time to take care of your pets. I am available from 6am-3pm Wednesday through Friday but feel free to send a message asking about time aside from those hours. I am very cautious when it comes to leash safety but ask if there is anything I should know about in regard to your pets safety to please let me know.

“Therese was outstanding in every way! She visited our dog prior to our first time booking so that we could meet her in person. My Jack Russel fell in love with her! When she came for our vacation, she was an hour early so that the dog wouldn’t be so traumatized with us leaving. She sent pics and videos of our dog which we really appreciated! Our dog has severe separation anxiety but felt so comfortable with Therese! We are so appreciative!”
