We didn’t know if we could find anyone who would tick every box when it came to leaving our Charlie in their care for a month while we were away, but Gen and Alex made us feel confident in them after Charlie’s first meet and greet!!! Charlie took to them after his second meet and greet (Gen suggested a second one to make sure that Charlie was 100% comfortable with them, which was wonderful). We booked a day camp for Charlie to become better acquainted with Gen and Alex before his long stay and the entire experience was great for Charlie and he settled right in for the day… Gen sent photos and updates to us to help us as we adjusted to leaving Charlie and it really did let us see that he was well taken care of, happy and having a great time. About: I've been working with, caring for and training dogs since 1993 when I got my first pup (an Old English Sheepdog) and read the Brian Kilcommons book "Good Dogs Great Owners". About: I have attended and completed puppy training sessions for all of my 4 pets over the past 35 years. We have loved 2 Springer Spaniels and 2 Labrador Retrievers which are energetic breeds and love the outdoors. Outdoor walks, playtime puzzles and toys to keep doggies engaged and happy is the approach. Most of our family and friends have pets that we have looked after and boarded over the years. Looking forward to getting to know some new furry friends! I'm retired and have great flexibility in my schedule. I also intend to only focus on 1 pet at a time so they will have my full attention. I have a fenced yard and love in a very quiet neighborhood with sidewalks providing safe walking. I'm also close to a sports park that also has a lovely path system and has the opportunity for socialization with other walkers.
