We traveled from the U.S. to Canada over the holidays and booked Andreas through Rover to watch our puppy during our international travels. We had the best experience with him! From the beginning, Andreas was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. We felt safe and comfortable with him right away. As a gay couple, meeting strangers can sometimes feel daunting for me and my wife for safety reasons. Andreas was nothing but warm, friendly, and respectful toward us. When we arrived, his home was absolutely charming, with a cozy holiday atmosphere and a beautiful Christmas tree. He captured our puppy by the tree in stunning photos, and they looked professional — we felt like we had a complimentary holiday photo shoot! Most importantly, Andreas was gentle and attentive with our usually anxious puppy. She likes to be held when she’s in a new place, and Andreas patiently sat with our puppy in his lap for hours until she felt completely at ease. He made sure she was comfortable throughout the duration of her stay and even offered helpful advice when we asked. Throughout her stay, Andreas sent updates that were reassuring without ever feeling overwhelming to us. We highly recommend Andreas! About: We have taken care of many Dogs over the years between the 2 of us. No special trainings or skills just basic training with lots of patients and love We both work from home 8am to 5pm. So we are here for your puppers through the week. We both have weekends off. We have part of the front/side of our yard fenced. I also have an invisible fence that can be used if your dog is trained on it. I take 2 15min breaks and half hour lunch during the week. Can take them to Krull Park that is nearby after I get done with work, and on the weekends. Go out have fun. We got you! We have a fenced in yard in the side/front of the house. We also have deep steaks with long cable leashes for them to roam around on the other part of the yard. If your dog is trained on an invisible fence, we have one also with a extra collar. Will never take them off leash unless they are in the fence, on the cable, or in the house.

“Mindy is an excellent, patient and understanding dog sitter. She watched our puppy for a few days, and made more progress with his loose leash walking than we’ve managed to! She’s a real animal lover, and it shows. Our puppy was super exited to see her when I dropped him off on his third day with her. He got to play in the backyard with other dogs, get accustomed to cats thanks to Mindy’s social Bengal mix, and got plenty of walks, exercise and cozy naps. She sent me photos and videos throughout the day.”
