“Zaira communicates quickly and thoroughly. Machete didn't want to eat his kibble so Zaira provided him her wet food after asking me, which he happily ate. Machete had a great time meeting new friends, and we really appreciate Zaira's flexibility with drop off / pick up time for boarding. She had only a few dogs (her own and possibly 1 other with machete) so he was able to acclimate more quickly. We will definitely use Zaira again when we're in the niagara area.”

Lola had a good time and got along well with Bev’s dog, Daisy. An added “perk” is the fenced in back yard where I knew Lola could do her “zoomies” safely. “We took our two year old Westie to Jen and Brents for an overnight stay to see how she would do. Maggie loved being there. She was so well cared for that when we came to pick her up it was like a quick 'Hi!!' and kiss and she was off. We where curious to see how she would fair at betime but she snuggled in on their bed (although she is a 'bed hog!!!' or I say a 'pillow hog?'. but felt right at home. They spent time playing with her with her toys, making sure she had lots of outside time. Maggie loves to be outside. So we would highly recomend Jen and Brent to take care of your beloved pet anytime if you are looking for exceptional care. We will be using them again for sure.”

If I could give 10 stars I would! Dana and her family Rock! They were amazing with my 14 yo 5# Pomeranian, Roxie, was is a tri-pod. Roxie settled in nicely with Dana's super chill pups, and Dana. Dana sent us pictures of Roxie during her stay, while we enjoyed all Niagra Falls has to offer. We definitely recommend her and her family! We would (will!) Rebook with her next time!
