About: I'm a lifelong cat owner and recently adopted a 6-year-old Newfoundland/German Shepherd mix who's the bestest boy. I'm a frequent pet sitter for my aunt's high-energy black lab, and love hiking with my pup. Whether your pet is playful, shy, or just needs a buddy while you're away, I’m happy to help. I'm currently working part-time, so I'm available Monday-Thursday from 1:30-5pm (potentially earlier or later, depending on location), and all day Fridays (although Friday I will be working, just remotely). About: I've been taking care of my household pets since I was about 10 years old. I love animals of all types, and I am especially partial to big dogs. Currently my schedule is very open. I do theatre in the evening, but I can be up and taking care of pets as early as is necessary. I live in an apartment that has plenty of space for all types of pets. About: I've been caring for friend's and neighbor's pets since I was a teen, and I would love to come give your pets some affection and exercise while you're busy or away! I've lived with many dogs with many different personalities, and have experience working with reactive, anxious, and high-needs dogs. I adopted my (2yo) dog as a puppy and have been learning a lot about puppy training too! I practice positive reinforcement training and I'm happy to turn our walks and play time into opportunities to work on your pup's training. I'm available to come play with your dog, take them for walks, and make sure they get lots of loving attention! I currently work as a field botanist and my schedule is variable throughout the year. When I’m in town I can be available most times of day with advance notice. I try to keep my calendar updated a month or two in advance with my availability. I find treats to be a great way to befriend most pups- unless you have particular treats for your dog, I'll typically have treats to share! If your dog takes some time to warm up to strangers, or has trouble walking in places where they may interact with other dogs, I am more than happy to work through their needs with you and the pup.

A little bit about me first, so you can see if I would be a good fit. I am twenty-four years old, and a business student at Pima, where I am going into my final year of my Associates degree. Luckily, all of my classes for this upcoming semester (Fall '25) are online, so I can spend more time with the pets under my care. I also work part-time (no more than 30 hours a week) at a doggie daycare and boarding kennel by Harrison and Irvington. Background & Experience: I have owned a wide variety of animals throughout my life. I have owned large dogs, small dogs, and cats. Currently, I have a 20 gallon fish tank, but my family used to have a huge tank for two Tiger Oscars that I would help take care of.
