About: I've just recently moved to Pomona Park with my 10 year old female boxer. I know how to take care of high energy dogs. I'm looking forward to meeting You and your dog. I'm currently retired and am looking forward to getting out and doing lots of walks. No dog is too big or too small. Let's go for a walk! I come by and take your dog/dogs for a walk. When we get back, I'll make sure they have food and water before I leave.

About: I have many years experience with dogs. I currently have a German Shepard pup who is like one of our children. I believe in healthy, homemade treats and lots of exercise! Walks are a favorite of ours as well as homemade ice cream treats in warmer months. In cooler months, we have a heated garage to play in and still do walks, just shorter. I have 2 small children who love animals and are respectful. I am a big fan that animals should be treated with love and respect. I look forward to caring for your animals and making them apart of our family! Just like people, animals need companionship. We will always strive to do our best to make your family to feel safe and comfortable at all times. I work overnights and from home so there will be lots of time for play and love in our daily routine. Walks are always fun and needed, so I plan on at least 2 a day depending on the age of dog. I do not have a fenced in yard but have walking leashes where they can safely roam our back yard. We love walks and use harnesses for safety. I also have a large crate if needed while your pup visits.

About: Growing up my family always had cats and dogs, so I’ve been around them my whole life. Pets bring so much love and fun into your life, they are a part of the family and they are so important. I will care for your pet like they are my own. I have a 5 year old poodle named Lola who I love with my whole heart. My qualifications- I’ve taken care of older cats for a neighbor, I’ve housesat for friends and family who have pets, and I volunteered at an animal shelter for over a year, where I would clean kennels, take dogs on walks, play with cats, and organize and paint the shelter. Thank you for considering me as your pet-sitter! ❤️ I have flexible hours, because I work as a door dasher, but pet-sitting/walking is my preferred job, so I can be available whenever I am needed. In my home, my dog Lola has access to food and water 24/7, and I take her outside every 4 hours or so during the day. She lets me know when she needs to go outside. In your home, I can provide any feeding/walking schedule that your pet is used to. I’m very easy-going and adaptable to anything.

About: Very patient and attentive with all my fur babies. Anyone who has ever owned a pet knows how much of a labor of love is required to be a pet parent. I’m always open to providing as much needed walks and belly rubs as possible so that your fur baby gets all the necessary attention. I have plenty of time to help with pet care. I try to make my schedule as flexible as possible, more or less depending on the pet owner needs. I usually make sure the environment is pet friendly and hide all small items that any pet could accidentally ingest, make sure that all of their toys are near, and medications that they need are nearby also. Sure that they have plenty of water and food for their liking or dependent on the specifications of the owner based up their pets needs. And try to make sure that they have something that smells like their owner near so they aren’t weary of their absence.

About: I have parented dogs, cats, puppies and kittens for over 30 years. I love all animals and would care for almost any type. Same day availability. I’m retired and available any time. I work part time remotely as an accountant. I have a fenced yard, a garage, and an extra bedroom. I will spoil your fur babies as if they were my own. I speak all species of cat and dog, but I’m not fluent in bird. 🤭😉

About: I’ve Been a pet owner my whole life. If it weren’t for my two Dobermans I never would’ve learned to walk. I’ve taken care of sick and injured dogs and tended to my fur baby until her last breath at 15. I will treat your fur baby as they are my own! About: I have cared for domestic pets of all kinds - cats, dogs (all sizes), birds, turtles, lizards, etc - as a sitter and for fun. My aunt (whom my mother lives with) is a dog trainer as well as a breeder (Cavalier King Charles Spaniel) 25+ yrs. I grew up volunteering my time doing puppy evaluations, crate-training, potty-training, etc. I frequently babysit my friends pets while they are away, and have cats of my own at the house! I recently resigned my job as a firefighter, and have extra time in my schedule to have a side gig I care about. Walks, hikes, runs and swims if the dog is active! I understand each pet as it’s own needs and individual personalities. I care for other pets as they were my own, and I hope to make a great fit as a sitter for you! I am available 24/7 for pet care (overnight or drop-ins) as I recently resigned from my job to move to FL with my partner. I am currently looking for a full-time job. So call me! I live in an apartment complex with a large, fenced in dog park. It’s location is safe, next to a middle school. We have plenty of empty space to watch pets over night in separate rooms, or let them roam free depending on their personal needs. Additionally, the complex is located next to an outdoor recreation area with walking trails and sidewalks.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life. My neighbors trusted me to watch their dogs as well. I now have 3 big dogs of my own! I can fall in love with any dog regardless of size or temper. In my eyes all dogs need the same amount of love! I am in between jobs at the moment but looking for a part time job as well as this. I also have a 6 month old baby and I am adapted to being a mother at the same time. I make sure they have their water bowls filled. Also will make sure to feed them based on what feeding schedule they are on at the time, and take them for walks daily. Also I’ll make sure they get enough love and affection while their owners are gone.

About: Growing up we had 17 golden retrievers. 14 of them were puppies. I now have two of my own and love to be around them. My family has been involved in training. I also worked at 2 different animal hospitals where I was a kennel technician. I have 2 daughters . Currently I am going backed to school to become a dog trainer. I am always available and try to accommodate in any way I can. I appreciate hanging out with animals and doing everything I can for them. I am CPR certified for dogs. Me and my children enjoy animals so if we aren’t doing school work, or helping other animals I am outside training or practicing with my dogs. I have a fenced in yard so my dogs and I are always outside playing. They love to play with the toys and run. We practice training a lot of the time.

About: Hey! My name is Bethany 😁 I love handing a helping hand when it comes to our best friends. Lived my whole life having pets. Currently i have 2 cats, 1 bunny, 1 betta, and 6 aquarium snails. I studied and graduated as a veterinarian assistant from a votech high school. While In school we worked on dogs twice a week. Taking care of them included grooming, baths, exercise, feeding, giving medications, and sometimes just cuddles. A few days outta the year we would have birds, lizards, bunnies, or even horses. If you decide to book me just know your fluffy baby is my number one priority. I’ll take care of them as if they were my own!! I work part time overnight from midnight til about 4:30/5am and then the remainder of the day I am home with my son and animals. I take care of pets as if they were my own children. About: Howdy! I’m a EMT student trying to incorporate my love for animals in with keeping in shape for my next career. I’ve lived and worked on farmland all my life — I’m not phased by aggressive *livestock*, much less a reactive dog! I spend a lot of my time currently training dogs for people in need, and working with shelters to help their nervous dogs develop some adoptable skills. I’ve also been volunteering with disabled animals (wildlife and domestic alike) since I was in middle school, in rehab facilities and as a home foster, and I’m very accustomed to delivering meds to all the most resistant patients. They’re a part of my daily function — they eat when I eat, I don’t go for runs without them, and if I’m going to any pet-friendly store they can behave in, they’re already in the car. My pets and any others in my care are not only my first priority in terms of safety, but in fun! My career and lifestyle has had me naturally trained in pet aggression and reactivity, including muzzles and muzzle training, crate training, heavy leash pulling etc.

About: I love Rover! I mean, what better job exists than to get paid to spend time with other people's animals? My name is Dan, and I have been around animals my whole life. Currently I am a cat dad of two girls, but I am also comfortable and familiar with dogs, rabbits, and other animals as well. I currently live in a large three bedroom. The property is out in the country, but only a few miles away from Gainesville, so it's far enough to be away from the sounds and stress of the city without really being in the middle of nowhere. It's not the fanciest place, in need of remodeling, but it is calm, comfortable, and pet friendly. There is no smoking inside. The property is not fenced, so I will be keeping everyone inside, except for supervised walks, etc. I am able to board cats, most dogs, and other animals as well. I work from home in addition to doing this, so when I do have a furry guest, I am home twenty four hours a day. I like to actually spend time with the animals I have visiting, so if you have a super playful dog- or one that just likes to hang out on the couch next to someone- I'd probably be a good match. If I am not boarding anyone at the moment, I can walk dogs, feed cats, etc, as well, as long as you are not too far away from where I live. Things I require: 1. I need to meet your animals first (especially for dogs). 2. If I don't feel comfortable , or I feel like an animal is not comfortable with me, I will not confirm the booking. Animals are just like people, we all have those we like and don't like, so don't take it personal if I decline a booking. 3. I do need emergency contact and vet information. I hope I never have to deal with any emergency, but it is better to be prepared and ready, than to be running around scrambling if something does happen. 4. Of course, I need as much food, etc, as is needed for the stay. Things I offer: 1. Lots of attention. Of course, some animals- especially some cats- aren't really keen on it, and that's okay! But if they are, I love to play with my guests! 2. I don't mix animals from different families. 3. I don't charge extra for extra cats, and I only charge a little bit extra for extra dogs. I have been doing this off and on for some time now, and while I don't have as many clients as I want to have, my reviews are good and solid for a reason. I have my own two cats who take up all my time when I'm not out taking care of other people's animals, or otherwise working. The only time I'm usually not available is if I have already made prior commitments. I treat animals like they are children, because to me, they are. My own two are my favorite people in this world, but I love animals in general. I especially enjoy cats, friendly dogs, and giant rabbits. 😃 I like to treat each cat, dog, rabbit, etc, as the unique personality they are. Some cats, for example, are a little more standoffish than others. The best thing to do with them is to not push them. Nobody cat or human likes someone standing in front of them demanding attention ! Some dogs, for example, are very laid back and really just want to lay next to you and snuggle. Others are always ready to play! I am knowledgeable about safety, and when I am doing a drop in visit, I always keep an eye out for anything that doesn't look right. When I am dog walking, I like to go places that are less traveled, I keep my attention fully on them, and on everything going on around us. When I am with your animals, they are my first and only priority.
