“Nicholas has been pet setting for me for more than 20 years. He is really sweet and gentle with all my animals, and with time has learned over the years tips for training and having dogs mind by gaining their trust and affection. He is well trained as he’s lived on a farm for most of his life, and dogs, cats, and horses have been part of that life. He follows direction well, and is totally reliable. He sows up rain or shine. You won’t regret Nicholas being your pets caregiver.”

11. Vivian M.
About: I was born and raised around dogs, cats, reptiles. Have always have such a love for animals and animal care. I started pet sitting part time two years ago to pay my way through college. I work a 8-5 Monday-Friday. Sat-Sun off. Anytime outside of that it’s basically my normal routine! A lot of people enjoy the fact I work a main job-not at the home 24-7 but am there for nights. :) Every initial meetup I take detailed notes on my IPad. Who’s who, who eats what, who is more needy, their ages, when to walk, how to walk, who gets what treats. Since I work at an office I have very good note taking abilities, that definitely helps me stand out. Especially for reoccurring clients so they don’t have to always repeat themselves. We just go through old notes to make sure nothings changed!

16. Isador L.
About: I've worked on farms growing up, everything from dogs, and cats to chickens, horses and cows. I, myself own a husky, boxer and a cavalier, so I have experience ranging from vastly different breeds and sizes of dogs as well as energy levels. I raised puppies and kittens, as well has fostered and adopted dogs and cats. I've taken care of both senior dogs and cats, as well as more trouble maker types too. I work as an assistant for a DVM and have lots of experience going around my neighborhood taking care of their pets as well, this can be anything from letting them out periodically, walking/playing with dogs, feeding them, and administering medicine. I've pet sat ranging from anywhere between a weekend to a few weeks. I would love to extend my service to others as well, as pets are my passion. I am a part time college student with a lot of free time, so overnight pet care or play time visits 2-3 times a day are not a problem for me. I have myself 3 very friendly dogs, my cavalier spends her night in her crate, an elderly boxer as well as a fun loving husky, about 6, who loves dog parks, dog beaches and most of all, dogs. Everyone is very friendly, spayed/neutered and calm. Our cats are very use to dogs and typically spend most of their time outdoors. They have a large outdoor play area, safely fenced-checked often. Based off preference, they are easily separated and do not need to make contact if desired.

Heather is incredibly dependable, always ensuring pets are well-fed, exercised, and given plenty of attention. Her calm and caring demeanor makes her perfect for handling even the most high-energy or shy pets. I’ve seen firsthand how attentive she is to each pet’s needs, whether it’s sticking to specific routines, administering medication, or just giving them endless belly rubs and cuddles. Heather genuinely treats every pet as if they were her own, and that level of care is rare to find. I trust her completely with my furry friends, and I know anyone who books her through Rover will feel the same!”
