“As a first time client I was completely unsure what to expect and/or the general way that we would interact. To my great relief and mild angst I found that it couldn't have gone any better. From a business perspective Cyndi was a consummate professional and a valued asset to this organization. As a pet owner I found Cyndi to be caring and respectful in welcoming our dog into her home and I don't know what more I or anyone else could ask when entrusting their pets into another person's care. I value her dedication and would certainly do this again should the need arise.”

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
