Lisa was so great! She sent us updates and pictures of our kitties each visit and even brought them extra toys to spend time playing with them every day! One of our cats is very shy, but Lisa quickly built his trust and made friends. It was so nice knowing we had someone to trust to take good care of them while we were gone.
William is a wonderful and very friendly pet sitter. He came to visit prior to the job and do a meet and greet. I was impressed with all his zoo background work and you can tell he loves animals. My cats were happy and he sent me a picture to update how they were doing. He followed instructions, and was prompt. I will be using his services again for sure. Highly recommend.
I can’t say enough good things about Jenea. I had a health emergency and was admitted to the hospital. I contacted her very short notice and she stepped right in to help me out with my kitty. Not only did she take care of my kitty while I was in the hospital, she brought my trash can in from the curb and brought my mail in. She was a godsend in my time of need. I highly recommend her to take care of your fur baby!
This was our first time using Rover. The entire process was simple, easy and the match with Jackson and our girls was great. Normally, I worry when they go to the kennel for the weekend and wondering if they get the outside time. Jackson sent pictures of our girls each visit and gave amazing updates.
