“If I could leave 10 Stars for Jessica, I would! We have two cats that are 6 1/2 years old. Up until a few weeks ago, they were healthy cats. Unfortunately one of our cats was diagnosed with diabetes 3 weeks before we left on our 11 day trip. We had to begin injecting insulin twice a day. Less than a week before we were leaving; tests showed that her blood sugar had not dropped and we would need to double the insulin dosage twice a day, BUT this required her eating a minimum amount of food before receiving the injections. Jessica handled the situation like a pro! Our cats have always been "nibblers throughout the day" on dry food that was available to them. We had to change the food that the diabetic cat was eating and give the other cat the old food. We left Jessica with a very complicated feeding & injection situation that we didn't have time to perfect before we left. We left her with new prescription food we had gotten from the vet the day before we left so we had no idea if she would eat or handle it well. Jessica would sometimes be at the house for over 45 min coaxing the diabetic cat with different mixtures of food so she could give her the injection. She cleaned the litter box twice a day, give them fresh water, and love each time she was here. She even shared details that she read on the internet about a diabetic cat and shared that information with me. She sometimes had to try 3 or 4 different food combinations to get her to eat before the injection. She also had to make tough judgement decisions on how much insulin to give her if she wasn't eating well. Whew - very stressful and we sure wish she wouldn't of have to handle that, but she always made the right decision when I read her notes. Jessica's communication was so detailed and through for each visit. She would tell us what she would eat or if she vomited or send us funny pictures to ease our worries. I looked forward to her updates twice a day. Our minds were eased and we were able to relax during our time away to know that we left our pets in very responsible, compassionate hands! Jessica went above and beyond in her responsibility to us and Rover. I highly recommend Jessica for the care of pets.”

About: I've had pets all my life. I've had dogs, cats, fish, and birds. I've had big dogs and I've had small dogs. I've had short hair cats and long hair cats. I love animals and they like me too. I currently work part time so I have a lot of free time. I think this should fit right into my schedule. This will give me a chance to work outdoors some of the time. I care for pets in anyone's home is like a pet, that is what the are. Obidience, nutritional diet, exercise, play, and nap time. Very important for a healthy pet.

About: Growing up I have always had 2-3 dogs in my home at a time whom I have attended therapy animal training classes with, and now I have my own little furball named Professor Wigglebottom. I have experience working with and handling dogs with leash reactivity (my current little guy is reactive) so that is not an issue for me. I have also been house-sitting dogs for neighbors and various co-workers since the age of 15. Neighbors, friends, family and coworkers have also relied on me to walk, feed, and bathe their pets while they were on vacation or out of town. I am currently working full-time as a Graphic Designer but I am available after 6pm on weekdays and often any time during the weekends for visits. I always take into account the needs of your fur baby, as each dog is different and requires varying different levels of care and attention.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs for years. I do have a golden doodle named Owen. We are a dogs family. I love taking dogs for walks and making sure they are living their best life. I work full time from home. I take my dog on several walks a day. I live near Waveland Golf course. Lots of trails near by to go for walks I have a fenced in yard. I have a dog named Owen who has been socialized and loves all dogs. He will help entertain any guest we have in our home.
