“Janine is amazing! She was very attentive to our diabetic cat and showed him tons of love and affection! She administered daily insulin shots as required twice a day. Janine also sent us daily photos of her visits, which were appreciated. Our cat fell in love with her ♥️. We highly recommend Janine for your pet sitting needs. Thanks again Janine, you were awesome!”

“Robyn is fantastic! Great communicator, timely, attentive to details, responsible, but most importantly our sometimes shy pup Brix LOVES her and has clearly been happy and relaxed each time we come home. She a Dog Whisperer(!) Highly recommend!”

“Samantha did a great job caring for our cat for a long weekend away. She was very communicative and brought in our paper, trash & recycle bins (and removed a dead mouse surprise that kitty left 😲). We would definitely use her again.”

“Hannah is awesome. Flexible, consistent, great with the pets. She is great at communicating and filling us in on how everyone is doing when we are on trips, and leaves you with a peace of mind that is invaluable when you are away. We will continue using her for both our dog and cat needs,”

“Teresa was great and we felt so comfortable leaving out cats in her care! Tereza clearly has a love for cats and all pets. She was on time, played, fed, and cleaned up after them. We will be rebooking in the future for sure!”

“Karen was so wonderful with our beloved kitties! I can tell from the photos that they really loved her. It is such a good feeling when you’re so far away to know that your pets are being cared for by a kind, responsible, and engaged animal lover. We feel very fortunate to have met Karen and look forward to a continued relationship with her! ?”

“Adele was wonderful with our dogs during her visits. She consistently sent detailed updates and notes about each visit, which we really appreciated. We’d be happy to have her back anytime we need help.”

About: I’ve been pet sitting on and off for the past 10 years. I love not only doing the regular tasks but spending actual time with them playing with toys and teaching them new games! I am a college student at American University and I am home in Newburyport for the summer. I have lots of availability and am always open to moving things around to fit better into your schedule. I am very active so I love to go out on multiple walks a day which I can bring pets on. I have a big yard that dogs can go out and play in and my neighbours have 2 very kind dogs to keep them socialising!
“1st time booking with Stephanie and she was nothing short of amazing! One of my kitties is a diabetic and she took such great care of her, the communication was wonderful, she made sure to keep me updated throughout the weekend. 10/10 will book again with her! 💕”

“Felicia is an attentive, patient sitter. She took care of our 2 senior cats (18 & 19 yrs old) who have multiple health issues for nearly a week. She sent photos & updates on their status, moods, etc. We are so grateful & highly recommend Felicia!!”
“Michelle was an amazing and informative sitter for our cat. They were always prompt and responsive and gave great information about their visits. We looking forward to booking them again! ?”

About: I grew up with cats and medium and large dogs (along with other smaller critters), regularly took care of neighborhood dogs (overnight stays and walks), and I still take care of my parent’s 95 lb dog and cat when they’re out of town. I travel occasionally for work and personal reasons so haven’t yet committed to having my own pet (yet!). I love having a dog companion on my regular walks/hikes. I have a hybrid work arrangement where I’m part time in the office in Newburyport and part time at home in Amesbury. My schedule varies based on work/personal travel schedule and can be pretty flexible depending on the day when I’m at home. I’m happy to take dogs for walks near your home as needed (as short or as long of a walk as you’d like) and also happy to stay overnight to take care of pets.

“Tiffani was amazing watching my two cats. She was very responsive and sent me updates with plenty of pictures everyday. I can tell my cats were well taken care of and happy! Very grateful to her and would use her again!”

Salisbury cat parents share their Rover experiences
We just moved here last week and were gone over Christmas so we had to find someone reliable to take care of our cat, Pancakes, on very short notice. Laney was extremely reliable, communicative, and helped relieve an area of stress for us over this holiday season. We will definitely continue to use her for cat care and also to take care of our pup in the future.
