About: I grew up being around dogs my whole life. We typically had at least 2 and they have always been treated as family members. I lived with a cat in college and brought my own baby home shortly after. We have two cats at home, and I would love to spend even more time with animals!! I work full time and live in the same city. Depending on the weekend, I don’t typically have a lot going on and would love to be around animals more. I am pretty active so I would gladly take walks! We have two cats that are strictly indoor. They basically have free rein of the house. I understand that pets can be reserved around unknown people, so I am willing to build that trust and just hang out if needed.

About: My first dog sitting job was when I was in freshman year of high school, roughly six years ago. My piano instructor was going to be out of town and had asked me to care for her dogs named Joey & Monica. Ever since I have dog sat a couple dogs from different families. I also have two dogs of my own. I take very good care of my dogs, they are my best friends. I provide food and water, and meals on times. Taking dogs out on a walk or to the dog park. I can administer medication - my dogs are frequent vet visitors. I can provide grooming as well and following owner instructions, and providing companionship. I’m currently a part time worker at Costco, and self-employed as well with teaching piano in my home a couple hours a week, as well as some college classes in the morning and afternoon during fall and spring. My dogs are my everything. I feed them two times a day, typically between 8-9 am for breakfast and 5-6 pm for dinner. My pomeranian is a very picky eater so I have to feed him with my hands but sometimes he’ll eat on his own, my corgi on the other hand LOVES food. I potty my dogs every 1-3 hours. We love going to the dog park. Sometimes we go on walks around the neighborhood too. Since it’s very muddy outside I also bathe them everyday after the dog park. I brush their teeth and clean their ears every two days. Sometimes when nobody’s going to be home, we keep them in a big playpen area so they don’t wander around and chew on stuff they shouldn’t be, but that is only for when we aren’t home but other wise they run around in the house. They are also crate trained as well.

I will treat your home as a guest in it; I’m tidy and will clean up after me and your pets! What is helpful for me to know is what your pet’s typical day looks like, if they have any favorite or important parts to their routine, and ways they like to get stimulation (walk, play, puzzles). Where do they sleep? As much information as you can tell me about your pet is better so I can keep things as normal for them as possible!

sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
