About: Hi there! I am an avid animal lover with 17 years of experience caring for cats and dogs of all personalities, breeds, ages, and energy levels. I have had 4 dogs and 3 cats of my own, 12 foster dogs (not at the same time!) and have cared for many animals through Rover. I offer drop-in and dog walk services in the Hudson/Stillwater area. I work remote and have plenty of flexibility and availability to help fill in when you want a little help caring for your fur family. No upcharges for holidays either! Whether in your home, in your yard, or out and about, the safety of you pet, and their needs are top priority. About: My lifelong passion for animals began on our family’s organic dairy farm in Menomonie, Wisconsin, where I learned the dedication required to care for animals of all sizes. Over the years, we have opened our hearts and home to our friends' pets, gaining extensive hands-on experience with everything from energetic dogs to gentle bunnies. As a homeschool family, someone is almost always home to provide continuous love, attention, and structured care. We spend plenty of time outside so your pet will have lots of opportunities to exercise and spend time in the sun. Your pet will enjoy full access to our house and a large, securely fenced yard perfect for safe outdoor exploration. Located in a peaceful, dog-friendly neighborhood, we offer a warm, reliable, and attentive home-away-from-home where your pet will be treated like family.
About: I have been animal sitting, more specifically dog sitting for two years consistently now, but have taken care of animals for 10 years. I tend to take on extended stays, which include taking care of the home. The longest stay I’ve had was two months for two sweet yorkies. Not only can I take good care of your animals, but my job as a nanny has honed my house keeping skills! I have two mini Aussie-doodles and an orange cat at home, my pride and joys :) all animals deserve a lot of love, and doing this job is a total win for us both! I am timely, clean, organized, and I LOVE taking soooo many pictures of all of the animals I get to meet. Meaning I will be sending you lots of photos you can treasure while you are away and when you get back! I am available for boarding any day of the week! I work 7:30-3 PM on Monday-Thursday, and 7:30-1:30 PM on Friday. I do not get a lunch break, so the animal would need to get through the day without being let out until after the above times. I am not busy without my out of work lifestyle, meaning I would be in the home (for boarding) when I am not at work. This would exclude time for going to the gym. Drop in’s are available any time I am not at work! After chatting and meeting with my clients, we will find the perfect routine for your fur baby! I understand each animal has a different daily routine and has different needs, so I can accommodate to that! I ensure quiet, playful, and gentle environments with lots of pets, cuddles and attention to keep the animals stimulated and happy.
About: I grew up being around dogs my whole life. We typically had at least 2 and they have always been treated as family members. I lived with a cat in college and brought my own baby home shortly after. We have two cats at home, and I would love to spend even more time with animals!! I work full time and live in the same city. Depending on the weekend, I don’t typically have a lot going on and would love to be around animals more. I am pretty active so I would gladly take walks! We have two cats that are strictly indoor. They basically have free rein of the house. I understand that pets can be reserved around unknown people, so I am willing to build that trust and just hang out if needed.

About: Being a dog owner is one of the most rewarding experiences to me! I enjoy the love, passion, and intelligence they have. I completed The Ultimate Canine Communication Masterclass by Larry Krohn, and working on a couple other courses with the intention of eventually getting certified in dog training. A lot of what I learned in those courses relate to proper equipment, dog behaviors and body language, communication, and foundation. Which all play in a role in caring for and keeping your pet safe and having fun!
About: The two loves of my life were my dog, Abby, and my dog Bronx. Abby was a Siberian husky and Bronx a 15” lemon beagle. Bronx was part of my life for 20 years and just recently passed. I honestly can’t imagine a life without animals in it, and one day I wanna be able to reflect back on my life, knowing that I did as much as I could to help as many animals as possible, which is why becoming a part of ROVER is so appealing. I have an incredibly flexible work schedule that will enable me to schedule my work hours around my hours caring for animals. I truly believe that animals are every bit as important as we are, and I think pet owners will be able to rest easy, leaving their pets in my care, knowing that their health and safety will be of the utmost importance to me! I have a two-story condo that they would be able to spend most of their time in with me. I also have a heated garage that I’ve converted into a safe and comfortable area for animals to play in. In addition to that, I live in Woodbury, literally surrounded by parks, full of walking paths that will be ideal for a dogs exercise. One thing I would like pet owners to know is that I’m not doing this for the money, I’m doing this because I’m newly single and alone and can’t think of anybody better to spend my time with than animals in need. I wouldn’t just be some dog watcher, I would be their friend that plays with them and loves being with them.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs of all kinds since I was 10. I have always been an animal lover and have instilled that same love in my children. I would welcome your pet into my home and treat them like I would want someone to treat my family’s dogs - with lots of love and attention! You can trust me to take great care of your pet while you are away. I live on three acres so there is lots of room for your pet to safely walk, play and sniff around! :) I am also willing to do drop in visits in your home if you prefer, while you are away. I am available for pet sitting, walking and boarding mostly on evenings and weekends. I will also have availability over Christmas break and I am off over the summer, so my availability will open up quite a bit during those months. I have two friendly dogs and two friendly cats that are used to dogs. I would take your pet out on a leash since our yard is not fenced. I would let them out several times a day and feed them on a set schedule. They can sleep in a crate or possibly in a bed if that works out.
About: I have spent my whole life with dogs, caring for our family dogs over the years and dog sitting for friends. I enjoy going on long walks and would love to have a buddy join me, big or small. I’m a graduate student and tend to be available either before 9am or after 5pm. I spend a good amount of time working from my apartment but sometimes have to unexpectedly run into the lab. I’m typically more free during the days on the weekend. I live in an apartment, and will not be able to host dogs here. the apartment is dog friendly so there is a chance i could bring a dog over temporarily, but not overnight. (though I wish i could!)

You and your sitter can agree on a care schedule that fits your pet’s routine and the sitter’s availability. Pet Sitting can be booked as a one-time or recurring drop-in visit. If you need overnight care or dog walks, you may also be able to book House Sitting or Dog Walking through Rover with the same sitter, provided they offer those services.
Before booking, confirm:
- the timing, length, and frequency of visits;
- the care instructions the sitter should follow;

Not every sitter offers the same services, availability, or booking options. Review their profile and discuss the care you need through Rover before booking each service.
If you would like updates while you’re away, you can discuss with your sitter how many or how frequent you’d like those updates to be. The Rover app allows sitters to send photos, videos, and messages about your pet, including how many pee or poop breaks occurred. Only sitters who have never booked with you before can schedule a Meet & Greet on Rover; however, you are welcome to coordinate one in Rover messages with sitters you have previously booked. This can be helpful if you have a new pet or routine you want to go over with your sitter.
Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Meet & Greets are a great way to prepare your pet and sitter for longer stays or first-time bookings. Read our tips for your first Meet & Greet .
sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
