I have one cat who is quite shy and typically hides from visitors (even family members who visit regularly), but Elizabeth managed to earn his trust on the very first visit. My other cat requires an inhaler twice a day and can be quite squirmy, but Elizabeth administered the dosages without any issues. Elizabeth sent updates after every drop-in visit, complete with cute photos. She even watered my flowers outside. I was able to enjoy my vacation knowing that my pets and my home were in good hands while I was away.”

About: The two loves of my life were my dog, Abby, and my dog Bronx. Abby was a Siberian husky and Bronx a 15” lemon beagle. Bronx was part of my life for 20 years and just recently passed. I honestly can’t imagine a life without animals in it, and one day I wanna be able to reflect back on my life, knowing that I did as much as I could to help as many animals as possible, which is why becoming a part of ROVER is so appealing. I have an incredibly flexible work schedule that will enable me to schedule my work hours around my hours caring for animals. I truly believe that animals are every bit as important as we are, and I think pet owners will be able to rest easy, leaving their pets in my care, knowing that their health and safety will be of the utmost importance to me! I have a two-story condo that they would be able to spend most of their time in with me. I also have a heated garage that I’ve converted into a safe and comfortable area for animals to play in. I volunteer at the Humane Society in Kansas City while at school where I work directly with the shelter dogs. I have house sat for multiple family friends and am ready to take on new pups and cats! About: I have never not had a dog…or multiple!😊 I’ve grown up with Labrador Retrievers. With that being said, I can handle the chewing, the energy, the hours of stimulation, and the endless snuggles! I have raised multiple puppies into adulthood, with two currently being my own! From potty training to tricks, to walking on a leash, I have done it all! I also have had family dogs that’s we have had until 12-14 years old that have required special needs due to age. I am a nurse who once wanted to become a vet so I am super flexible from an experience standpoint!😊 I am a night shift nurse who works just a couple days a week! With that being said, my schedule is flexible and I’m almost always home! We are extremely active people who go on multiple walks a day, and I typically run a couple miles a week as well! Weather permitting, we are outside 95% of the time. My dogs are always enjoying the sun on our large deck that overlooks our woods, outside running in the woods, or playing fetch in the yard. We have 2 young and friendly labradors who love to play and meet new friends! We own 2 acres, half of it being woods with trails! This would be for the guests who have a great recall or have halo collars😊 For the ones who struggle a little more with recall, we have a 3 car garage with a doggy door to go in and out of a fenced in area (in pictures)! Also a large deck to catch some rays on, as well as plenty and plenty of walks! I want your pup(s) to feel as comfortable as possible and never want to leave😊 I am extremely flexible and want to stick to their routine as much as possible!

“Our dog Louie is occasionally leash reactive and aggressive with other dogs. He also was adjusting to life changes at our house and has some anxiety. We needed a sitter who could meet his needs and Bethany was great! She was also available on short notice and a great communicator both prior to and during his stay.
