We took our dog for an initial Meet and Greet and I just knew that our Boxer dog, Breck was going to be in excellent hands during her six-night stay. They have a very clean and welcoming home, both of which are very important to me. Mika and Andrew took the time to get to know Breck and let her get familiar with their home. They answered my questions thoroughly and made Breck and I feel at ease in their presence. Mika and Andrew did an excellent job giving us updates, pictures and sweet videos throughout Breck's stay. It was very comforting to know she was in such great care. I feel she was truly loved and cared for as if she was an integral part of Mika and Andrew's family. Our flight home was slightly delayed. Mika and Andrew were very accommodating and understanding of our later than anticipated pick up time. Upon pick up, Breck was packed and ready to go home. She was happy, healthy, calm and content. To be honest, I think she was a bit sad to be leaving Mika and Andrew! Again, I highly recommend Mika and Andrew to care for your fur babies. Top to bottom a five-star experience! About: When I was 8 years old, some of classmates in school started talking to me about their pet cats they had. It was at that moment I knew I wanted a cat too, so I went home and begged my parents relentlessly to let me get a cat. After a few days my mom budged and she took me to the pet store to take home a new fuzzy friend and he remained my best friend for the next 12 years. We took on another cat a few years after getting the first one and I made sure that both them were equally loved and today have 3 of them. My mother did pet sitting for multiple years, primarily dog sitting at our house, with a few house visits for cats that I joined with. I helped with administering medications, cleaning litter-boxes, and playing with the cats. I frequent cat cafes often and I always stop for stray cats I find when I'm traveling. The cats I meet seem to be magnetized to me and always seem very happy to see me despite never having met them before. When I travel, my cats will sit outside my room door and meow loudly to be let in, and then when they are let in and realize I am not in there, they mope around and bug my mother instead. My schedule is very open because I am in the process of looking for work as a SCUBA Diving Instructor. I am available all 7 days of the week and almost any time of the day. I understand that it's easier to get a camel through the eye of a needle than it is to get a cat to do something it doesn't want to do. I understand cat behavior and body language, and the importance of respecting their boundaries. I'm willing to brush, feed, play with, provide medications, clean litter-boxes, and any other needs that your cat has.

About: I have cared for animals ever since I was a child. I am a caretaker by nature after years of working in healthcare. My significant other is a dog lover himself and has experience training labradors and helps out with animal care a lot since he works a lot from home in the garage. I work part-time 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) otherwise I am home with my 2 year old and 13 year old boys. I also have a playful four- year-old yellow lab female. Depending on your preferences (and your pet’s comfort level), my kids may join me for some or none of the time. We’re flexible and will prioritize what helps your pet feel relaxed and loved. Thank you for your time! I’ve worked remotely for 14 years, which gives me the flexibility to provide care either in my home or yours. I’m typically available on weekdays and many weekends, too. We do not have a fenced-in yard, however, our family loves to spend time outdoors and go on walks. We would love to include your pet(s) in our adventures, if you're comfortable with us doing so!

We took our dog for an initial Meet and Greet and I just knew that our Boxer dog, Breck was going to be in excellent hands during her six-night stay. They have a very clean and welcoming home, both of which are very important to me. Mika and Andrew took the time to get to know Breck and let her get familiar with their home. They answered my questions thoroughly and made Breck and I feel at ease in their presence. Mika and Andrew did an excellent job giving us updates, pictures and sweet videos throughout Breck's stay. It was very comforting to know she was in such great care. I feel she was truly loved and cared for as if she was an integral part of Mika and Andrew's family. Our flight home was slightly delayed. Mika and Andrew were very accommodating and understanding of our later than anticipated pick up time. Upon pick up, Breck was packed and ready to go home. She was happy, healthy, calm and content. To be honest, I think she was a bit sad to be leaving Mika and Andrew! Again, I highly recommend Mika and Andrew to care for your fur babies. Top to bottom a five-star experience! We look forward to using them in the near future.”
