About: Animal lover willing to spend time and give love to pets of all kinds! Have had experience watching other peoples animals, both cats and dogs, long and short term. Have taken on responsibilities such as walks, baths, grooming, playtime, and more. I currently have a very flexible schedule, so it will be likely for me to be able to accommodate everyone! I am available both weekends and weekdays, from earlier in the morning to later into the evening. Not currently able to take in any animals at this time, but would be able to watch them for a short period of time during the day or to stay and watch them at their owners house
“I've got a senior dog with health issues who has been wearing the cone of shame. Jackson never gave up and continuously showed up to take care of my pup, make sure her needs were met until she adjusted just fine. Working odd hours is stressful, but knowing my pup is being taking care of with consistent care has helped me so much. Also, his communication is clear and he's very friendly!”

“Jeremy is a great Rover walker. It’s so hot outside that we needed to bump back the time of the walks and just mostly play indoors and he is very accommodating. Our dog loves seeing him each day!”

“Needed a walker on Thanksgiving and was so stressed that I wouldn’t be able to find anyone. Thank goodness for Christine! Would definitely recommend!”

“Madeline was so prompt and thoughtful in her care for Cooper! The detailed walk recaps and photos mean so much to me when I’m stuck at work away from home. I will absolutely re-book.”

“Julia is great with my dog Abel. She assessed for exhaustion or overheating, is great with communication and updates and makes sure he is comfortable. He is a happy boy after his walks with Julia.”

“Aryanna is an absolute GEM. I’ve been using Rover for years now and she is hands down one of the best sitters I’ve found on the app. We were in Austin for two months and I was so lucky to find such a trustworthy, reliable, caring, and communicative walker and sitter for my pup Maizy while we were working or out with friends. Maizy requires extra attention on walks as she is quite the sidewalk surfer (i.e., will eat anything and everything she comes across), and Aryanna keep an eagle eye on her at all times, even pulling things out of her mouth when she would try to sneak something. She was also really great with Maizy when she was sitting for us and thunderstorms rolled through, checking in to see if there was anything she could do to make her more comfortable and ensuring she felt safe. Aryanna always gives very detailed notes after every walk or visit and was incredibly communicative which I appreciated so much. She gave me so much peace of mind during these two months knowing Maizy was in the best hands and I will absolutely work with her again when we are down in Austin next. If I could give Aryanna more than 5 stars I would!!!”

“Jenna was so sweet with my mini Aussie Bucket. He is anxious & shy so when I got home and he was happy and taken care of -it made me feel so relieved that I found a good Walker! Will be booking her regularly!”

About: Animals have been a big part of my life growing up and I love making connections with them. I did some pet sitting during high school and through college. I have two animals of my own and I love them so much. I work from home full time so I can provide exercise and play time often to make sure your animals are happy and healthy with my flexible schedule. I work from home and can bring my laptop anywhere. I need to be more active during my day instead of sitting and this would provide me a way to get moving! Mutually beneficial! I have a fob access secure apartment. I am surrounded by a lot of walkable areas and parks. my own animals are on a feeding schedule so I can easily follow others. Giving animals the stimulation they need is important to me.
About: I've helped take care of family pets since I was 10 years old, and my partner and I have 2 dogs together who I absolutely adore ❤️ More than 50 happy pet parents across Austin know me as a reliable, communicative, adaptable, and trustworthy pet sitter! My two fur babies are currently in training, and through this process I have learned a wealth of obedience skills that I can implement when caring for your pet. I also loved training my first puppy, Lucy, and before she passed later in life, I helped care for her when she was struggling with bladder cancer. I cared for my parent's three dogs, including one fur baby who was very sick at the time and needed medication and medical attention multiple times a day. I've cared for other friend and family pets through extended home stays and quick drop ins for walks and feedings. I work remotely, so I have a lot of flexibility to care for your pets throughout the day and evening. Beginning in October 2025, I will be a full time pet sitter!! I am available weekdays and some weekends, and can accomodate short notice requests. I am also an active person, so if you have very energetic dogs who need to get their zoomies out, I am more than happy to take them on runs, long walks, or play fetch with them! I have a keen attention to detail and am very particular about how I care for myself, my dogs, and my home, so you can rest assured that I will care for your pet exactly as instructed! I am also very safety minded and will make sure to protect your pet, other animals, and other people they may interact with when in my care.
“Taylor is great! She follows instructions perfectly with Shiner, being that it’s so Hot outside, She walks him very briefly on the grass then plays ball with him in back yard!”

About: Hi! I’m Sheila! caring for them most I’ve grown up with family dogs and have been caring for them most of my life. I currently have two wonderful dogs, Steel and Venus. Both have larger than life personalities and very different needs. Steel has had several medical needs over the years, which has given me extensive hands on experience with administering medications, managing special diets, and providing extra comfort and attention during recovery. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet, especially when they have medical or behavioral needs. Whether your pup needs playtime, snuggles, a walk, or specialized care, I’ll treat them like one of my own pups. I currently work part-time, overnight Friday and Saturday, and have open availability during the week. My days are super open and my day to day schedule is extremely flexible. In my home, I follow their regular routine as closely as possible. Whether that’s feeding schedules, walks, medication, or quiet time. I have two friendly resident dogs, Steel and Venus, who are socialized and used to having other dogs around. I always do slow, supervised introductions to ensure everyone feels safe and gets along well When in someone else's home, I treat your home with respect and your pet with the same love and attention I give my own. I keep communication open with regular updates and photos, so you feel confident your pet is in good hands

About: Hi, my name is Izzy! I am originally from Michigan, and became an Austin transplant about 6 months ago due to my job. I have always had animals in my life from a young age. I grew up with horses and spent most of my childhood working on a farm. I absolutely love all animals! I had dogs growing up, and adopted my cat, Stinky once I graduated college. I also just applied to be a volunteer at Austin Pets Alive. I have a hybrid work schedule, so I have some flexibility on weekdays, and am almost always available on weekends. I typically work from home on Tuesdays and Fridays. I live in an apartment complex, so would like to have jobs where I can go to the clients home. I would love to take your pets on walks or just give them attention and care!
“Malery has been great! She has been walking my dog Tink most days for about a month, and Tink is so excited to see her each morning. She has great communication, and when something came up, she let me know if plenty of time so that I could ask another walker to come. Will most definitely ask her to help again!”

Jessica S.

“Happy to have Jessica as a dog walker and house sitter whenever I have to leave town. Thanks for being so awesome and taking care of miss Frida!”
Mia R.
“Mia is an animal lover. Before she left for college she took care of our cat when we were out of town. She survived a storm with local flooding and a power outage and stayed in a hot house to make sure our cat was ok. She is a distance runner so she could both dog walk and for active dogs she could dog run! She is a responsible and dependable young woman. Opel Kitty and I will both miss her.”
Isabelle C.

Ashlynn is amazing! She’s been taking Ford on walks 3-5 days a week the past couple of months. She’s always on time, quick to reply and sends daily updates. We are lucky to have her help, since we have to work in the office. We can tell she cares and loves for him, which is all you can ask for!!

Kim is amazing with my dog — he absolutely adores her! He gets so excited every time he sees her, and it’s clear he feels completely comfortable and happy in her care. It gives me peace of mind knowing he’s in such good hands. She’s always on time, super reliable, and goes the extra mile by sending me photos during their walks, which I always appreciate. I can’t recommend her enough!
