About: I am my mother’s daughter. She loved animals more than anyone. We rescued dogs, cats, bunnies, birds, chinchillas, ferrets and hampsters. Beyond rescuing, we helped care for friend’s and neighbors’s animals as needed. I am a real estate agent and therefore my schedule is very flexible. I am available for pet care most days and times. I walk daily and would love to have furry friend company. I currently do not have a pet in my home. I do not have a fenced in yard I do however I do have a park with a mile and a half loop right next door.

My main mantra is “Help you have a stress free trip.” I fully understand that leaving your pet (baby) is stressful. I will send you daily photos and updates. I obtained my Masters in Social Work in 2020 and am a licensed social worker. I’m currently practicing PRN medical social work. I am able to create my own schedule and primarily be home with the pets. I am a HUGE homebody and am here with them majority of the time unless I am doing a home visit that day (typically takes 2 hours) or running an errand. The only thing I request be brought is your pets favorite food and whatever medication they are currently taking. It can also be helpful to bring whatever bed is comfortable for your pet to sleep on. If your pet is a bed sleeper, that is OK as well! My main focus is to make you and your pet as comfortable as possible. Many folks provide me with some type of written or typed instruction. This helps me provide you with the best care possible so that whenever they come home, your pet has continued their consistent schedule. This is optional but totally cool to provide! My two babies: Benni and Bowie. They will bark at first and then in an hour they will be cuddles with your pet on the couch. It’s the weiner dog in them. 😂. They love all animals and seriously go into a small depression when your pets leave! They are highly socialized and non aggressive. Please message me with any questions you may have. In case of emergency I am fifteen minutes away from the emergency veterinarian after normal veterinarian hours as well. I work part time 25 hours per week. About: I’ve had animals all my life. Dogs and cats. I would love to provide a place for your fur baby to stay! Lucy, my dog, is 3 years old, very sweet dog. My cat, Desi, is a laid back cat that welcomes visitors. I am a registered nurse. I work full time. 4 10 hour days. Off one day a week and on the weekends. I allow my animals to sleep with me, so yours would be allowed as well! I have a fenced in back yard. I can also kennel your baby if you desire. About: I have more than a decade experience caring for pets from puppy to senior. I'm comfortable administering medication and can make accomodations for maximum comfort. My home sits on the Coal River and provides a serene setting for your pup's stay. I'm currently working part-time which allows me the availability to play with your pup and take for walks. Booking three days in advance is preferred. When I'm away, the dogs have plenty of toys for play and soft places to nap while doggy TV is on. I have a good sized fenced yard and pet friendly sunroom and family room and two friendly dogs that can play with your pup! We have a gravity water bowl and can follow any special feeding instructions. There are two cats in the home. There is a self-service dog wash in town we can use if ever needed in a muddy situation and you feel comfortable with me transporting your dog in my car.
