She came home rested and without any signs of over exertion, which can be difficult to manage while other dogs are boarded. My only concern was that I had become used to Rover hires providing a daily update; I had not explicitly asked for this and Donte sent one unprompted update (on Christmas), but he was very quick to respond when I reached out to check in on her. He also offered an important observation at pick up about the length of my dogs back toenails, indicating careful attention to the dog’s wellbeing.”

There is nothing more comforting than being able to trust that my pup is getting all the love and care I would give him when I’m away. Saya & David make sure Henry gets out multiple times a day. They take him on walks (even though Henry tends to be a menace on a leash 😂) and they have the best enrichment toys for him to play with. They make sure he’s fed and gets all the pets and snuggles. I will book with them every time I have to leave my favorite guy - Henry and I can’t recommend them more! We’d give them 10 stars if we could!!”

Kiwi still has bursts of playful energy, while Luna enjoys a slower, calmer pace — and Olivia balanced their different needs beautifully. We came home to two happy pups and that says everything. Sangeetha will be our sitter of first choice from here on out!”

Stephanie and James were absolutely amazing with my pups while I was away! One of the most important things for me when leaving my fur babies is communication—and Stephanie exceeded all expectations. She kept in touch throughout the entire stay, sending frequent updates and adorable photos without me even needing to ask, which meant so much to me. From the moment we arrived, Milo and Luna were welcomed with such warmth and care. Stephanie and James created a safe, cozy, and loving environment that truly made my dogs feel right at home. Upon arrival our dog is always happy to see David. We have boarded with him a couple times a year for several years. David loves the animals and we are confident that our dog is age and we'll cared for every time.
We are so thankful to Carly for giving Snoopy such a safe, fun place to stay. He was having so much fun in the pictures and videos she sent. We would definitely book with her again.
