About: I am a former Zookeeper and Vet Assistant, with a degree in Zoo Animal Technology. Now providing loving, reliable care, and let's not forget adventures, for your critters. Puppies, kittens, seniors; housesits, walks, drop in's, administering medications, I've got you covered. I am currently taking care of pet friends full time. I do my best to adhere to their routines, to ensure a safe, fun, stress free environment. If a pet schedule needs to be altered, it will be discussed with you first. When in pet client homes, your rules and preferences will be followed. And since I am a full time critter sitter, the fur kids will be given lots of attention. I was also reminded on a daily basis growing up, that I wasn't raised in a barn. No messes will be left!

About: I grew up with dogs and recently lost my best friend, a corgi, Teddy. As a long time dog-owner, I understand how much anxiety goes into leaving your dog with someone else. I will treat your dog/s as if they were my own. I have much experience with aging / elderly dogs and dogs with special needs (dogs with leash aggression, anxiety, allergies, and prosthetic limbs/wheel chairs). My goal is to get to know you and your dog, and provide tailored service to meet your wants and your furry loved one's needs. I am happy to provide updates and pictures of our time together too! Both the dogs and myself appreciate the breaks within the day! I have a fenced in yard and multiple ring cameras to ensure everyone's safety. Neighboring houses do not have dogs; it is a quiet and peaceful environment.

About: I've had cats and dogs in my home since I was a child. Since 2020 I have been traveling the country--and beyond--as a full-time, nomadic pet sitter. I have taken care of dogs in Malibu, California; horses and pigs in Ocala, Florida; Ragdoll cats in South Queensferry, Scotland; goats in Oakland, California; and giant bunnies in Oceanside, Washington. I've given medicine to old animals, including insulin injections for dogs and cats. I'm basically the Mrs. Doubtfire of pet care. I travel sometimes with my companion, Cheri Isabella, so sometimes there will be two of us taking care of your animals. I am a full-time pet-sitter. I spend most of my time working as an online writer and illustrator, so I will be around to give your pets as much attention as they need. I do not have a home so I am not able to board pets. I can only take care of pets in their own home.

About: I grew up taking care of my family's dogs (feeding, bathing, walking, playing with) and I started cat sitting for neighbors when I was ten. I am currently working a part time job from my home, so I have a lot of flexibility to walk, feed, or watch your pets overnight. I won't be able to board animals in my house but because I have two dogs of my own I understand how precious our animals are and promise to treat your animals with the same love and care I treat mine with.

About: Hey there! I'm a gal who doesn't own a dog (just 3 cats!) who works from home some days of the week and is happy to take care of your pooch! I joke with my friends and family that I'm a kennel for their pups when they go out of town - why not help out other local friends! I have owned dogs my whole life but just don't have the time to own one currently so I'm happy to help out those that need someone to watch their fur baby! We have a wonderful large fenced yard in a quiet part of St. Helena. Your dog can have free access to the home and our fenced in yard. Quiet neighborhood next to vineyards where the pup can play! Happy to help you out - bring on the dogs! I love them all and am a fun and active person who will take wonderful care of your pet ( just ask my friends how obsessed I am with my cats Grover, Fat Freddy & Ralph!!). Thank you! I work from an office most days with the exception of event weekends and some evenings. I do sometimes have to leave during the day but your dog would be in a secure home with us. Fenced yard on the vineyard and close by lots of walking and vineyards. We do have 3 cats so I prefer your dog to be cat friendly or be able to take some hissing from them.

I am committed to treating your dog the way you would while you are gone. A little more about me: I was born & raised in farm country with cows, horses, geese, chickens, cats, dogs ... you name it. I've been an animal lover from a young age and i've had / cared for horses, dogs, cats, rabbits, fish, birds etc. I started dog / house sitting in my late teens for friends and family. What sets me apart? Dogs of all sizes have stollen my heart but none more than the big breeds people often shy away from. I love Canes, Danes, Rotties, Pitties, Mastiffs, Dogos, Presas ... the bigger the dog the bigger the heart! Having been a mom to a papered Rottweiler as well as a Rottweiler rescue I can say no one dog is easier than another, they are all so unique and individualistic just like us. After rehabilitating and training my rescue Rottie to be a service dog I began helping others train their dogs as well (by referral only). It's been 1.5 years since my last Rottie love transitioned to the rainbow bridge and though I am not ready for another one of my own I do have the time and love to give to the pups of others. Then her evening and morning 1-hour visits were 1) absolutely on time as agreed, 2) featured many photos of his various activities, 3) the completed checklist of meals, litter box, etc. and 4) great info on his behavior, especially since this was the first time she cat-sat. That he hissed at her on first visit, was chill and lovey on his second (sounds like him). Katie has made it her business to know as much as she can about cat behavior (she is a cat owner), such as why female cats may like their rumps rubbed while my male cat might not. She is also just a lovely, attentive, curious person. So glad she's in the neighborhood.”
