About: I am a former Zookeeper and Vet Assistant, with a degree in Zoo Animal Technology. Now providing loving, reliable care, and let's not forget adventures, for your critters. Puppies, kittens, seniors; housesits, walks, drop in's, administering medications, I've got you covered. I am currently taking care of pet friends full time. I do my best to adhere to their routines, to ensure a safe, fun, stress free environment. If a pet schedule needs to be altered, it will be discussed with you first. When in pet client homes, your rules and preferences will be followed. And since I am a full time critter sitter, the fur kids will be given lots of attention. I was also reminded on a daily basis growing up, that I wasn't raised in a barn. No messes will be left!

About: Hello pawrents! Thanks for considering our family. My husband Cesar and I provide in-home dog boarding on a private vineyard in Calistoga, CA. Dogs stay in our home and are integrated into real family life — with structure, supervision, fresh air, and plenty of rest. Our days are simple and consistent: frequent potty breaks, time outside, and daily walks morning and night around the property. We love dogs with big personalities, shy dogs, curious dogs, seniors, puppies — all breeds are welcome. The goal is always the same: a safe, predictable routine where dogs can settle in quickly and feel secure. Harley’s Dog Sitting was inspired by our beloved dog Harley, who shaped the way we approach care — patient, attentive, and respectful of each dog’s personality. That philosophy continues today. OUR HOME This is a busy, real household with young children and visiting dogs, so we prioritize boundaries and consistency. Dogs are welcome on furniture during the day, but dogs do not sleep in bed with us. We also have a Mini Australian Shepherd rescue, Ginger. She’s a sweet part of our home but prefers distance from new people. You may hear her when you arrive — that’s normal — and we always manage greetings carefully. EXPERIENCE & SAFETY Mandi has cared for dogs for 17 years and has emergency/animal CPR training, plus experience with medications and senior dogs. Cesar has been walking and caring for dogs for years as well. We work remotely, so someone is usually home during the day, but we do not offer constant care — dogs must be comfortable being left alone for a minimum of 2 hours. Insurance note: Rover’s protections apply to Rover bookings. We also carry additional third party insurance. OUR POLICIES (Quick Version) 1. Spayed females only (exception: puppies under 4 months). Unneutered males are welcome. 2. Pick-up & drop-off by appointment only between 8:00am–6:30pm. Please text/call 15–30 minutes before arriving, then text upon arrival. 3. Dogs must be current on vaccinations and on flea/tick + heartworm prevention. Vet records required for new clients. 4. We may post photos from stays on our website/social/Rover. By booking, you agree to photo use. 5. Crates are required overnight and during meals. This supports routine, reduces stress, and is important in the event of an emergency evacuation. 6. Please do not pack toys. (We keep a controlled toy setup here to avoid guarding issues.) NEXT STEP If you’d like to request a stay, click “Contact Mandi M.” and send a booking request through Rover. You can message with questions first — nothing is confirmed until both sides approve the booking. WHAT TO PACK Please bring: food + feeding instructions, leash, and a collar/harness. We provide beds and bowls. If your dog uses a specific crate style/size, you’re welcome to bring it — otherwise we have crates available. Mandi and Cesar work from home full time. This enables us to enjoy spending time with your dog with frequent vineyard views and potty breaks. However if your pet needs constant care, please let us know before booking. We have a large outdoor space at your dog's paws. Between the vineyard and the river, there's a wonderful world to explore! The vineyard is partially fenced, however, we keep dogs on leashes during their outings at all times unless they have reliable recall at the owner’s discretion. We utilize crates to keep dogs separated during mealtimes and when unsupervised (at night). We also have a gate setup outside as an extra barrier. In addition to Rover's insurance, we have a 3rd party insurance policy because your dog's care is our priority.

About: My husband and I have been caring for dogs in our home while owners are away for 20 years.All dogs are welcome, especially older dogs we play in the yard and go for walks on local trails. We have references galore! Also offer cat boarding.. 1 cat at a time ..we have a nice 2×3 ft cage we keep in a quiet area. I am committed to treating your dog the way you would while you are gone. A little more about me: I was born & raised in farm country with cows, horses, geese, chickens, cats, dogs ... you name it. I've been an animal lover from a young age and i've had / cared for horses, dogs, cats, rabbits, fish, birds etc. I started dog / house sitting in my late teens for friends and family. What sets me apart? Dogs of all sizes have stollen my heart but none more than the big breeds people often shy away from. I love Canes, Danes, Rotties, Pitties, Mastiffs, Dogos, Presas ... the bigger the dog the bigger the heart! Having been a mom to a papered Rottweiler as well as a Rottweiler rescue I can say no one dog is easier than another, they are all so unique and individualistic just like us. After rehabilitating and training my rescue Rottie to be a service dog I began helping others train their dogs as well (by referral only). It's been 1.5 years since my last Rottie love transitioned to the rainbow bridge and though I am not ready for another one of my own I do have the time and love to give to the pups of others. About: I grew up taking care of my family's dogs (feeding, bathing, walking, playing with) and I started cat sitting for neighbors when I was ten. I am currently working a part time job from my home, so I have a lot of flexibility to walk, feed, or watch your pets overnight. She came twice a day at the times we agreed upon (even over the holidays) to feed him, give fresh water, change litter and take care of whatever else he was accustomed to. About: I’ve had dogs since I was 5 years old. I have experience with both small and large breeds. It will be all love and play that your furbaby won’t even notice you’re gone! I work full time on weekdays (11am-6pm), with a 30 min commute, and am available early mornings and evenings. On weekends I am free almost all day. I have a dog at home and cannot care for more at my place due to limited space. I am happy to care for others at their home.

About: I’ve watched hundreds of animals and treated them lovingly and like my own every time; I have 20+ years experience ranging from French bull Dogs, Terriers, Retrievers, Blue Heelers, Huskies, Labs, Pits & Mutts galore. Currently, when I am home, I am available. There are no interferences. I love to walk and hike and do so every day; having a pup of my own is a goal, until then, I’ll enjoy every dog sitting opportunity & treat yours like gold! I will adhere to any ground rules set forth by owner. I do have a fenced yard where I hang out. I also have one older cat who keeps to herself. At least, I walk dogs twice a day that I care for. I do my best to understand their parents rules at home to emulate them in my own, or enforce them in theirs, I.e. dogs not allowed on furniture etc. I enjoy running with pups if they like to as well. About: Dogs are just happy here, I have great regulars and most of the pictures are of happy dogs in my lap. This is a safe, home away from home,for your dogs. Dogs feel like they are on vacation, where they get to play with their friends. We have Twenty four years of experience, I ran a poodle kennel for ten years. I have always had dogs, and cats I am not against reptiles. We always have full-time people at home twenty four hours, day and night. We can provide indoor -outdoor or private rooms for dogs or cats. I have a fenced yard, a park across the streetvwith fenced areas for off-leash play, and a grassy yarea behind my home. Every thing is safe and secure.

About: Hey there! I'm a gal who doesn't own a dog (just 3 cats!) who works from home some days of the week and is happy to take care of your pooch! I joke with my friends and family that I'm a kennel for their pups when they go out of town - why not help out other local friends! I have owned dogs my whole life but just don't have the time to own one currently so I'm happy to help out those that need someone to watch their fur baby! We have a wonderful large fenced yard in a quiet part of St. Helena. Your dog can have free access to the home and our fenced in yard. Quiet neighborhood next to vineyards where the pup can play!
