About: As a former college athlete and current student, I bring energy, reliability, and care to every pet I watch. I grew up on a small farm where I regularly cared for dogs, cats, chickens, and goats, so animal care has always been a part of my life. I have two dogs of my own and truly treat every pet like family. With a flexible schedule and a love for animals, I’m here to give your pet the attention they deserve. Pet care fits easily into my routine because I only have classes on Mondays and Wednesdays, and I’m free every day after 4 PM. I’m also fully available on weekends, which gives me plenty of time to dedicate to caring for pets. With my flexible schedule and active lifestyle, I’m able to give each pet the attention and energy they need, whether it’s for walks, playtime, or overnight stays. I don’t offer in-home boarding, but I’m totally happy to stay at your place so your pup feels safe and comfy in their own space! I’m super respectful of people’s homes, follow all your instructions, and make sure your dog sticks to their normal routine. I’ll give them tons of love, attention, and playtime, and of course, send you plenty of cute updates. I also have lots of references from families I’ve petsat for, so you can feel extra confident while you’re away!

About: I have a Bachelors in Biology, with a special interest in animal behavior (I took several classes on this!). I am also a parent to a sweet cat named Lainey, who I adopted last year. Additionally, I helped walk my dad’s dogs (medium size, one is a blue heeler) for a year or two. I don’t have a full-time job currently, so I have a lot of free time on my hands! I can come almost any time of the day to check on or walk your lovely pets. I have my own doggie bags, but please provide me with your dog’s typical walking equipment. About: I volunteered on a husky farm throughout my childhood (there were lamas too!). Additionally, I worked as a kennel assistant at a vet clinic during high school and college. Here, I gained professional experience caring for dogs and cats. I currently work remotely, so I will have plenty of time to care for and play with your pet(s)! About: I’ve had dogs my entire life! Currently I do not have my own dog, but I have 3 grand pups that I watch regularly! Fitz and Poppy are brother and sister golden doodles (age 4 and 1) and Chonk is a Great Pyrenees / Labrador mix (age 1). I’ve watched them since they were puppies. In addition to owning and watching dogs, I partnered with my daughter in opening her Dog Park Bar - Ruff Canine Club - in Richmond Virginia for a year and a half - helping her to open the facility and then worked as a manager to get them up and running. During my tenure there, I dealt with a variety of dogs and temperaments. Not having a dog currently (ours crossed the rainbow bridge a few years ago) has allowed me the joy of watching my grandpups - and now want to provide that same loving, trustworthy service to other dogs and their humans. I currently work remotely part-time doing embroidery design work with no set hours, so my schedule is very flexible and can accommodate a variety of dog owners’ schedules. When I am watching my kids’ dogs, we keep a routine. Mornings are at least a one mile walk, followed by ball toss and fetch time in our fenced in back yard. We do have a pool, and the dogs are not allowed out unless I go out with them. During the day, there are periods of play and rest time and another mile walk in the evening. I have gates set up in the kitchen for when I have to run an errand (but I know I can leave them as they are used to it). Initially I would do drop-in visits and walking, and once a trusting relationship is formed, I would welcome in-home stays - either at my home or yours.

About: I have always loved animals since I was little. My family has fostered dogs my entire life so I have been around dogs of all breeds, sizes, and ages! Additionally, I have worked at two doggy day cares and loved every second of it! I have also been dog-sitting for around four years. I am raising/ training a dog for the guide dog foundation! I got him when he was 12 weeks old and will have him until early next year! Additionally, I have two personal dogs and a horse. I also have experience with guinea pigs, rabbits, and hamsters! Unfortunately, until summer of 2026 I am unavailable for overnight dogsitting because of my guide dog in training. I will be flexible this summer when it comes to walks and visits!
