About: I’ve grown up with pets my entire life, and am currently a dog mom to my wonderful fur baby. Throughout the years I have been entrusted to go to peoples houses and care for their dogs, take care of dogs in my own home, and have even been entrusted to care for newborn puppies until they were old enough to go to their homes. I have a special place in my heart for dogs, and I absolutely love any opportunity to meet all kinds of new furry friends and personalities!

About: I have a cat and dog of my own, I’ve pet sitted for weeks at a time for family and friends over the past 5 years, nothing professional but my dog is 7 and my cat is 4. They’re living happy healthy lives I’m sure I’ll have no problems taking care of yours! I am working part time, most of my shifts are 7am to 11 no set dates but I won’t accept any offers I can’t comfortably accomplish If you have a special routine please let me know, routine aside meals and water refreshments twice a day(unless more is needed) potty breaks at least 4 times a day, walk’s enrichment of all kinds throughout the day. I will listen to your animals.

I’m comfortable with different routines, energy levels, and personalities—and I always make sure every dog feels safe, happy, and cared for. Mondays–Wednesdays are my off days and my most flexible time. About: Hello Pet Owners- I am a guy living in Shoreline. I am trying to come away from a 30 year career and work my way into a quiet, peace-filled retirement. Hopefully one filled with wonderful dogs. I have owned dogs virtually all of my life. They are my children, and are treated as such. I care deeply about them, their welfare, and their happiness. Over the years I have dealt with medications, blind dogs, cancer, three legged dogs, and wheelchair dogs like Gracie. My current dog, MoMo is sweet as pie, but quite lonely, and wants a few new companions. I live in Shoreline, and access two different dog parks for exercise and social activity. I drive a new pick-up truck so your dog will ride in comfort. I have both Venmo and PayPal, to make payments electronic and easy for everyone. I also have a fully fenced yard, if you and your dog are searching for warm, comfortable overnight accommodations. Please reply and we’ll discuss arrangements, rates, and build a system of comfort and exercise for your dog. I am trying to retire, which for me, involves lots of time with dogs. So I am readily available to care for your pets in a daily, weekly, or whatever basis works with your schedule. My dog, and so yours as well, will be well attended to. I don’t allow dogs on the furniture, and I prefer to not use cages, but am happy to if your dog is used to or prefers that type of structure to be comfy. I have plenty of dog beds for comfort, I use all naturally made and healthy dog treats. I have a fully fenced yard which is occasionally visited by brave squirrels, so activity and amusement is plentiful. There are a number of toys, ropes, balls, bones and other chew toys for those dogs who simply need some time to chew and think about life in general. Dogs are put out when they need it, and let in when it’s time to nap. Just as it should be.

I love being active myself and running with dogs. I’ve only been able to have one outdoor cat in the past. They usually like being inside. In the house I can snuggle and keep them good company.

“Margaret is extremely conscientious and dedicated. She did say thorough call to understand my dog's behaviors and needs. Since Carly is a dog-reactive rescue with a traumatic history, and we have been working with a trainer, I am always reluctant to have someone new walking her. It's hard to be sure they will reinforce her training and ensure a calm walk, even if they encounter other dogs. Margaret made sure to understand and use the same equipment and commands and techniques we are using to give Carly the exercise she needed while my partner and I were sick. I would have no qualms having her house-sit and stay with Carly. I know she is trustworthy and genuinely cares about the animals she spends time with. I would highly recommend her for anyone, especially those who are nervous about their dogs with others. Carly is friendly and loves all people, and she has a little separation anxiety and more than a little territoriality around other dogs. And yet Margaret handled her expertly and lovingly, gaining both her trust and mine. She even suggested ways to help training progress with fewer treats and more praise as Carly improves her threshold around other dogs. Margaret not only came through on short notice, but she instantly built a relationship with both us and our dog which means she will be my go-to walker and sitter from now on.”
