About: Hi! I’ve been around animals my entire life, and caring for them has always been part of my everyday world. From a young age, my life has revolved around animals and helping them become the best versions of themselves. Some of my earliest experiences were with cats, including a feral rescue named Misty I bonded with closely as a child. I tend to connect well with animals that are more troubled, reactive, or unsure, and I’m often able to bring out their calmer, more trusting side. Later on in my life, my experience expanded significantly through raising and caring for Golden Retrievers. Growing up around breeding and long-term dog care taught me responsibility, consistency, and how much attention animals need at different stages of life. I’ve been involved in raising dogs from newborns to adulthood, and many of the dogs I’ve helped raise have gone on to become unforgettable adventure companions for their families. Over the past fifteen years, I’ve gained extensive experience working with animals through long-term, hands-on care. My background as a Golden Retriever breeder has given me perspective on how different animals can be, even within the same breed. Every animal has unique preferences, behaviors, and ways of communicating, and learning to recognize those differences has been a major part of my experience. I’m comfortable managing multiple animals at once and handling a range of needs without becoming overwhelmed. I’m most accustomed to larger dogs, but my experience raising puppies has given me the delicacy and awareness needed to care for smaller animals as well. I’m especially familiar with puppies under six months old, including their unpredictable behavior and the extra attention they require. I’ve also worked with dogs that can be semi-reactive in certain situations. While I’m not willing to take on dogs that are broadly aggressive, I retain the right to assess the dog before accepting. I’m most comfortable with working with dogs that are borderline reactive but not reactive-aggressive. I can recognize signs of stress or reactivity, and can manage dogs that are generally well-functioning but may need thoughtful handling in specific situations. I currently have a flexible schedule and am available for drop-ins and walks throughout the day, generally between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, unless I’m staying at a client’s home for house sitting. Animal care already shapes my daily routine, and I’m used to structuring my day around feeding schedules, exercise, outdoor exposure, and rest. I’m comfortable juggling different routines and planning time and resources around an animal’s specific needs. I’m very conscientious about safety and environmental risks. I pay close attention to doors, gates, toxic plants, household hazards, interactions with unfamiliar animals, and changes in an animal’s behavior. I rely on observation and experience to distinguish between normal behavior and something that may need attention. If something seems off, I communicate clearly and directly, providing context and details without being alarmist. I also enjoy sharing updates and photos so owners feel informed and connected while they’re away. I have experience filming and taking photos of animals especially dogs and cats that don’t sit still - so you’re bound to get a good photo or two of them.

About: I was a certified veterinary technician for 4+ years with experience in small, large, and exotic animal care. I also have 2+ years of experience working for a boarding/doggy daycare and grooming company. I regularly dog and cat sit for friends and coworkers. I am free for early morning, lunchtime, and evening walks and drop in’s! I am also available anytime on the weekends as well! I enjoy being able to split my days between work and animal care. I always start with a meet-and-greet with the pet and family beforehand as it builds trust with the owners and the pet. I also have a checklist of information that I ensure is completed for both my and the families peace of mind which includes information like an emergency contacts, allergies, medications, preferred potty times, and favorite toys and treats. Making sure your pet feels safe and comfortable with me is my top priority.

Over the years, I’ve cared for dogs and cats with different personalities, energy levels, routines, and needs. My goal is simple: make sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, happy, and cared for while you’re away. I understand that every animal is different, and I’m happy to follow the routine you already have in place. Whether that means specific feeding times, walks, potty schedules, crate routines, medications or special instructions, lots of exercise, or simply keeping them company, I’ll make sure your pet receives the care they’re accustomed to. I’m also attentive to body language and behavioral cues, which helps me recognize what an animal needs and adjust accordingly. I also have hands-on training experience. I personally trained my Siberian Husky, Atlas, and completed training classes with him through Petco. For dogs who love to stay active, I have a large, securely fenced backyard with plenty of room to run and play, along with trails and walking routes nearby. Whether your cat wants to follow me around all day or would rather have their own space, I’ll respect their personality and make sure their normal routine is maintained. Most importantly, I know how much trust it takes to leave your pet in someone else’s care. I’ll treat your pet like a member of the family, follow your instructions closely, and keep you updated so you can enjoy your time away knowing your pet is in experienced and caring hands. I normally have a flexible routine that can be worked around whatever is best for you and your furball. I do ask for a few hours notice to be available. I treat your home as my own and your pets as my own. I normally like to keep things clean, cozy, and respectful. I feel like that’s the normal experience anyone wants when walking into a home or meeting someone for the first time. So why not make it any everything you do type of thing!

About: I've been around animals all my life! From as small as a mouse to as big as a horse, I love spending my time with animals. I have experience with training dogs (not certified), and love going down animal behavioral rabbit holes (pun intended). My goal is to make sure your babies are taken care and safe while you are away! I am disabled and mostly work several gigs jobs so my time is very flexible! I am willing to work with clients on their needs. I want to respect your and your pet's space and will be very mindful of where they feel comfortable. If you have crate instructions, I am comfortable doing that as well.

About: I’ve fostered dogs with the company Animal pad in San Diego, I adopted one of those dogs and I volunteer for the Kitsap humane society. I’m recently out of the Navy and about to start school. Looking for short term income where I can have a flexible schedule on the new journey in my life. I also have vet tech experience and am in school to become a veterinarian so you pet will always be safe in my hands. I’m very active so pets that need lots of exercise are no problem for me as I love to hike and run. I love all animals big and small so if you have cats or other pets I can care for them as well. About: Grew up on a farm with horses, raised kareem’s bear dogs as a kid! Lots of puppy training as well as. dogs of all kinds around the barn with visitors. great at training dogs to run and use the leash. I know all the best spots around seattle for dog walks and sunset gazing. i work from home full time and constantly taking my own dogs for walks! usually an shout at a park in the morning and neighboorhod school yards at night or spins around the neighborhood. making sure i follow detailed pet care instructions, sending constant photos, lots of toys and snacks to keep them entertained. Current dog gets raw food twice a day.
