“We were initially apprehensive about hiring someone to take care of our beloved Shih Tzu-Yorkshire terrier mix, Nikko. However, Cindy’s exceptional service quickly put our worries to rest. She went above and beyond in every aspect of her care. Nikko had a fantastic time at Cindy’s daycare and even made some new doggie friends. Cindy kept us updated throughout the entire process, sending pictures and providing detailed updates on Nikko’s activities and well-being. It was clear that she genuinely cared about Nikko and his happiness. We are incredibly grateful to have found Cindy and highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring doggy daycare provider. Thank you, Cindy, for taking such wonderful care of Nikko!”

“Very last minute had availability for us and overall great experience! Great and fast communication and updates with pictures. Will definitely book again ❤️”

“Lindsey has been absolutely amazing with my dog. She's always on top of communication and pictures and not once have I ever had to worry. My pup always looked forward to going over, to the point where if I say "Lindsey's" she would go nuts with excitement. My dog was always happy, tired, and immediately ready for bed when I pick her up, which is a true feat given she's part border collie. I recently moved away, but when I visit I know I'll be booking a day. Someone of this caliber is a true rarity and I'm so glad I found her.”

“I was so pleased with the services provided by Amber while watching my little one. She interacted with her wonderfully and gave her lots and lots of attention. Amber kept me updated with pictures and messages and I feel truly comfortable with leaving my dog with her, and I look forward to the next opportunity.”

About: My intro to pet care started in my childhood, including an unexpected pregnancy of our family dog resulting in the birth of 13 puppies! 15 years into adulthood I adopted a dog and currently have a 2 y/o goldendoodle. I currently work from home with a flexible schedule. I get my own dog out for walks daily and a game of fetch as often as possible. Available for morning, lunchtime, and evening drop-ins, bringing your dog along with mine, or devoted individual attention. Can crate in my home or drop in to yours. Walks, parks, hikes, games of fetch, cuddles, and treats. My home includes extra attention from elementary and middle school aged kids.
About: *** If your dog is not crate trained or you are not comfortable confining your dog I am not the professional for you!*** I am a certified professional dog trainer; I own my own small business, Good Dog Society LLC- I’m currently offering boarding, day training, and board and trains. Business hours are 8am - 6 pm. We do ask for pick up and drop off requests that you’re within business hours. If you’re unavailable to fit between those, please message, we try to be as flexible as we can be. If you are interested in a board and train program while your dog is boarding please reach out for availability! I have 6 high drive dogs of my own who currently compete in disc, dock diving, agility, and who are also performers for the Aim High Canines and Extreme Dogs! I’m a full time trainer and am home 24/7 so I can ensure your pups will be cared for throughout the day. During their stay all boarding dogs will get to participate in daycare if dog friendly, which is supervised 24/7, Playtime will be separated in groups depending on dogs temperaments. They will all be kenneled for a nap time and let back out around lunch time for another round of play and potty time! We will play games and do some mental stimulation! The dogs will roam until the evening and will be fed. Then they have their final nap time of the evening before being let out for the night to play, hangout, snuggle, or whatever they like most! Then everyone will be kenneled for the night to make sure they are kept safe! I run a board and train with lots of space for all my clients dogs! I have a dog room which is equipped with training tools, raised beds, kennels, and cameras. All dogs will be kept in kennels over night and when I’m not at my home to ensure optimal safety at all time. I have a fully fenced yard and an indoor area that’s used for play if it’s gross outside!
About: Animals have my heart. ❤️ While I've only been on Rover for a year, I've cared for animals for over two decades. I've had lots of my own and fostered many, many others from bottle-fed to seniors. I currently have two Pomeranians (ages 9 and 5) and a one year old King Charles Cavalier Spaniel. All my dogs are very socialized and great with all sizes. My two oldest human children are grown and in college leaving just my 15 year old at home with my husband and I. We are a proud military family and love living in Columbus! I know how tough it is for you to leave your pet, I've been in your shoes as well! I'll send lots of updates and pictures to help ease that anxiety! We have a two story home with a fully fenced in backyard...and my home is animal-proofed! We go on daily walks if the weather cooperates and like going on adventures to the state parks to walk some trails and even go for a dip in the creek if you're comfortable with that! When your pet is here, it's one of our pack! I will only have pets from ONE family at a time but I'm happy to take more than one pup from the same family! I work from home in outsourced accounting so I'm always available and present for your pet in my home or yours! My schedule is flexible so if you only need me to run over periodically or walk your pet, I can do that, too! Safety and trust are important and each pet and client is different. We'll discuss in clear detail what you and your pet need prior to sitting for them. I'll provide pictures and updates to help ease any anxiety about you being away from your furry best friend. Only one family's pets are boarded at a time. Your furry friends will get our focus and attention during our stay!
“Naomi was an amazing dog sitter for our puppy, Alexis. We met her ahead of our initial booking for her to get to know our dog and for our dog to feel comfortable around her place and with her lovely puppies. Everything went well and she took care of Alexis for a day. She kept sending lovely pictures and videos of Alexis playing with her and the dogs. That gave us peace that she was having a good time. We will definitely use her services again. Highly recommend her.”

“Michelle was AMAZING! We have a 3 month old puppy and she was truly incredible with him. We got tons of updates and lots of pictures and videos. I highly recommend using Michelle to watch your fur baby - I will definitely be using her again!”

“Jeff and Lynn took great care of Tucker! Communication was great and he came home safely after a great day of play! I definitely recommend them without hesitation as great caregivers.”

“Shanelle is amazing with Zoey. She is always extremely excited and happy to have a play date with Shanelle’s dog Ray. She keeps us updated with pic and communication is excellent.☺️”

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs, cats, parrots, hamsters, fish during all my life. Not only mine, also my friends’ pets. Now I feed squirrels on my backyard (nobody in the house should know about it) I’m available to see my fluffy friends on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - before 6 p.m. and after 9 p.m. , any other day - full-time. I create such atmosphere so that pets can have the time of their life: play hide-and-seek, pat their bellies as much as needed. I don’t give bones to them (if only it’s a toy-bone or kind of snack you bring)!
About: Hi there! I’m Amy, a lifelong dog lover and dog mom to Riley, a sweet and sensitive 3 year old Mini Australian Shepherd. I’m from the DC area, lived in NYC and Philly after college, and moved to Columbus in fall of 2024 with my partner Jake. We live in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath house on the border of Victorian Village and Harrison West. We both work from home and have a fenced backyard, so your dog will have plenty of space to explore and lots of attention throughout the day. Whether your pup is playful or prefers alone time, I’m here to make sure they feel safe and loved. One of the reasons I started doing Rover is because I wanted to find friends for Riley to spend time with during the day. He enjoys playing with dogs who are around his size (30lb) or smaller. I’m excited to meet your pup and would love to set up a meet-and-greet to learn all about their unique personality and needs. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine since I work from home and have a flexible schedule. I’m home the majority of the day, so I’m able to provide plenty of attention and potty breaks. When caring for pets in my home, I focus on creating a safe and comfortable environment. I’m mindful of each dog’s personality and I follow their usual routines as closely as possible to help them feel at ease.
“Katie was extremely professional and we knew our fur baby was in good hands. We only needed day care for a quick trip in town but she's the first person we'll call if we have needs in Columbus again. Highly recommend!”

“Tracie and her family took such good care of Neela! Our dog is very nervous and anxious, especially with new people, and they went out of their way to make her feel as comfortable as possible. They even quickly learned the hand signs we use to communicate since Neela is deaf. Thanks again for the wonderful stay!”

“Taylor took great care of Nia! Nia can get anxious when meeting new people and Taylor made sure to make Nia feel comfy in no time. She was super kind and attentive!”
