“Morgan was amazing with our crazy crew. Even the shy difficult ones warmed up to her very quickly. She really went out of her way to take the best possible care of our pets. We’ve already booked her for our next trip!”

“Teresa was great! Good communication, lots of pics, and easy to work with. Definitely made our trip less stressful knowing someone was watching our pups and home. This was our first time using Rover in this area and I am so happy we chose Teresa. Hope to use her again in the future!”
“Regina took great care of our fur babies and our house while we were away and we are very happy. She provided regular updates and ensured our dog had plenty of play time and even socialization. We would not hesitate to hire her again”

About: Former Rover sitter from high school with years of continued pet sitting for family. Responsible, communicative, and active. I provide loving care, updates, and dependable routines. Currently in real estate school from home, giving me a flexible schedule. I travel occasionally, go on daily walks, and have lots of time for play and cuddles. I have a fenced yard and puppy-proof, clean home. I live with my boyfriend and best friend, both dog lovers, creating a safe, trusted, loving environment always.

About: I have experience with exotics, dogs, and cats. I have owned dogs for all of my life and the last 7 years I have owned many exotics. I am available full time 7 days a week. I can also do overnights at the pet owners’ house or my house. I also have a fenced back yard. I would take care of the client’s pets the same as I would treat my own pets. I would feed and give fresh water, as well as walk them. If I see anything that concerns me, I would contact the client’s vet or go to the Emergency Vet Clinic.
“Samantha was so great with our dogs and took great care of our place, too, while she stayed with them overnight. She sent us updates and communicated well about questions etc. We’ll definitely be repeat customers!”

About: My 14 year old dachshund passed away last spring. I was unsure of jumping right back in so we fostered. Charlie, my dachshund was not a good social fit for most dogs and we were very limited in taking her or leaving her with anybody. I loved her but she was a total pill. LOL!! Dottie our new cattle dog mix is just wonderful with other dogs, and because she loves to play...here we are on this site! I do not want the responsibility of more than one dog as an owner but Dottie is such a great host to all dogs in our house I thought why not try this out? I work from home and also have times where I need to be gone but never for more than 3 hours at a time. I will never book if I am too busy to be a good dog parent. That is a promise. I have a flexible schedule that I am in charge of at all times. I do not clock in at a job but I always need an appointment prior. I am not looking to make this my primary business and only want to cater to the right pets that fit our life. I am not a dog trainer and do not want to be. A good fit for us is a typical fun loving dog that likes everybody and wants to play and walk. I do believe another good fit would be the super lazy or old pet that just likes to lay around or be petted. I am all about them. They need to be house trained and crate trained and have no aggressive tendencies toward kids, cats or other dogs. I would also like to avoid dogs that have intense anxiety or tend to be destructive. If our home sounds like a good fit reach out! Our days start early at 6:00am Monday-Friday, the weekends depend on our Schedule. We are also early to bed at 8:00pm so no late pickups. Honestly I have never been a dog sitter to anyone professionally. It's always been a family and friends deal for free or trade. I Have a nice house in an awesome south east Springfield neighborhood, It comes with a wood 6ft privacy fence. I have a 9 year old kid who loves pets as well. We have Felix, a 3 year old male tabby who comes in and out on his own free will at all times of the day. He is indifferent to dogs, doesn't want to hang out with them but not going to bite or attack anybody. He is a good boy. Dottie is our new adopted dog. We got her from care rescue shelter in August to foster and just fully adopted her this week. She is a lovely little creature that loves to play and run around the backyard with her other dog buddies. Dottie has a crate and we still use it at times but mostly she is pretty well allowed to roam around the house all the time. She is crate trained and potty trained. She was not two months ago but man she has came a long way in a short amount of time. Basically I am pretty easy dog mamma. If they need rest, they get it. If they want to play and run they can. They come in and out when they want. That's how we roll at our house.
About: I have taken care of many kinds of pets ever since I was 10 years old. I have experience giving baths, giving medication, leash walking, post surgery care and scheduled feeding times. I am currently working full time but have free time on the weekends to stop in or take your precious fur babies on a walk. I have a small fenced in area for potty breaks and am comfortable crating your pet if needed. I have two dogs of my own that are very friendly and can keep your babies company as well.

About: I’ve had a deep passion for animals since I could remember. I currently live on my families compound farm where animals take up the majority of my day! Dogs in particular have been a very serious part of my life. The last 3 years I have taken dog training seriously and learned the techniques and canine behavior behind almost every breed. There hasn’t been a dog i’ve met that I haven’t loved! Booking with me will provide your dog with proper care but also socialization to goats, cattle, chickens and lots of new smells (all within the safety your dog needs). Im currently a student at a local college during the fall and spring months and work part time during the summer so I have a lot of free time to tend to your animals! I have a fenced in yard and two friendly dogs in the home to keep your dog company! As well as many open fields to go on long walks and play!
“Olivia took great care of our three dogs and an axolotl. She stayed at our house and was a very considerate guest leaving the house clean upon her departure. She was very easy to work with. I can’t be more happier with my decision to hire her to watch after our dogs. I highly recommend her.”

About: Experienced in puppy training, special feeding/medication needs, and senior dogs.I have been caring for animals in some form or another for all of my life. Rest assured your pets are in good hands. I currently am a stay at home dog/bird dad! Therefore, my schedule is open, flexible, and able to suit the needs of you and your pets! About: I've cared for dogs since I was a young boy when they would follow me home. I discovered I loved spending time with them. I've cared for a variety of dogs, small to large, pup to senior and dog's with disabilities who need extra TLC. I am able to assess and adjust my attention based on a dog's needs and desires, energetic and playful or gentle and loving. I've spent many hours training my dogs and will follow your instructions and commands to ensure best experience for you and your dog. I look forward to caring for your dog as if he or she was my own. I have lots of time most evenings (Wed-Fri) and all day on Saturday to care, walk and play with your dog(s), giving you time and peace of mind. I currently do not have a dog as my last rescue, Buddy, crossed the rainbow bridge last year. We are waiting for a move to the country before getting another dog and fostering many more. I will walk your animal on leash or use a dog park as you desire. Safety is always top priority. I stay aware of my surroundings and on the look out for potential threats to the dog I'm walking.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats for my friends and neighbors for as long as I can remember. I have a huge passion for animals and LOVE loving on them! I’ve taken care of of every kind of little pet-from dogs and cats to lizards and rats. I do have little ones in the house but we have taught them from a young age to be very respectful of animals and their space. We also have two Corgis in our household. Both Corgis are very friendly with other dogs but we understand that some owners may be uncomfortable with having new dogs around their furry friend. With this being said, the corgis are used to following my husband’s schedule who works from home during the night so they can easily be separated from your four-legged friends! As a Stay-At-Home-Mom I am able to offer 24-hour care! We do occasionally like to get out for an activity so do let me know in advanced if around the clock care is needed so we can accommodate! We love to take morning walks and would love for your furry friend to join us! If a walk won’t work-we have a giant fenced-in back yard to run around and play in! I am currently a stay-at-home-mom so most of my day is spent in the home following whatever schedule my boys keep me on:) We would love to incorporate your furry friend into our schedule! I am able to crate your dog (if needed) during the night or when I’m away. If a crate is not needed during the night then your furry friend will be allowed to sleep wherever!
About: I spent the first 19 years of my life surrounded by dogs and personally cared for seven of my own, especially large and intelligent breeds. That hands-on experience taught me how to understand dog behavior, build trust, and provide the kind of love and structure dogs thrive on. Every dog has a unique personality, and I enjoy connecting with them in a way that makes them feel safe and happy. Whether it's morning walks, midday check-ins, or evening cuddles, I’m happy to adjust to meet your pet’s needs. When caring for pets in their own home, I focus on creating a calm, safe, and familiar environment where they feel completely at ease. I stick closely to your pet’s usual routine and I always respect your home as if it were my own. Whether I’m stopping by for a quick visit or staying overnight, I’m attentive to both your pet’s needs and your instructions.
