About: I have taken care of animals since I was 10 years old. This includes cats and dogs with special needs such as permanent injuries, animal aggression and seizures. Volunteered at animal shelters all of middle and high school. Very loving and kind with all animals. I work full time as an electrician, however my schedule is very flexible and I have all weekends off. I only work a regular 8 hour day and have plenty of time to spare after work for your beloved furry family member. I live in an apartment but fortunately it has its own dog park area, nearby parks, walking paths and hiking locations. About: Hello and welcome to our little side of dog paradise! I will need a meet and greet before I can commit to any extent of stay. All dogs must be current on shots and show no symptoms of infection or intestinal issues. Charlie, my last dog was a dachshund, she was not a good social fit for most dogs and we were very limited in taking her or leaving her with anybody. I loved her dearly but she was a total pill! Dottie our new cattle dog mix is just wonderful with other dogs, and because she loves to play...here we are on this site! Dottie is such a great host to all dogs in our house I thought why not? I work from home and also have times where I need to be gone but never for more than 3 hours at a time. I will never book if I am too busy to be a good dog parent. That is a promise. I have a flexible schedule that I am in charge of at all times. I would like to see a complete profile with photos to consider a booking. I am not looking to make this my primary business and only want to cater to the right pets that fit our life. I am not a dog trainer but do love them dearly when they are in my care. A good fit for us is a typical fun loving dog that likes everybody and wants to play and walk. I do believe another good fit would be the super lazy or old pet that just likes to lay around or be petted. I am all about them. They need to be house trained crate trained is a plus. I can’t take any aggressive tendencies toward kids, cats or other dogs. I would also like to avoid dogs that have intense anxiety or tend to be destructive. If our home sounds like a good fit reach out! Our days start early at 6:00am Monday-Friday, the weekends depend on our Schedule. We are also early to bed at 8:00pm so would like to avoid late pick ups but can understand if it’s a late flight or a long drive in a day to get back home. I Have a nice house in an awesome south east Springfield neighborhood, It comes with a wood 6ft privacy fence. I have a 9 year old kid who loves pets as well. We have Felix, a 3 year old male tabby who comes in and out on his own free will at all times of the day. He is indifferent to dogs, doesn't want to hang out with them but not going to bite or attack anybody. He is a good boy. Dottie is our new adopted dog. We got her from care rescue shelter in August 2025 to foster and eventually sealed the deal for keeps. She is a lovely little creature that loves to play and run around the backyard with her other dog buddies. Dottie has a crate and we still use it at times but she is pretty well allowed to roam around. She is crate trained and potty trained. Basically I am pretty easy dog mamma. If they need rest, they get it. If they want to play and run they can. They come in and out when they want. That's how we roll at our house.

About: I've been around dogs for as long as I can remember and have spent most of my life caring for and training them. My experience includes breeds such as American Staffordshire Terriers, Cane Corsos, and Pit Bulls, as well as many other types of dogs. I also fostered 12 dogs through the Humane Society of Southwest Missouri, working with a wide range of breeds including Mastiffs, Huskies, Heelers, and Terriers. Through fostering, I’ve helped dogs recovering from hip surgeries, heartworm treatment, and other medical needs, while also learning how to adapt to different personalities, energy levels, and care requirements. I'm available to board during the weekdays a majority of the time and sometimes weekends depending on availability. I'd be with your pet all day unless a quick grocery run or other short side quest. I have a fenced yard of about 0.40 acres, providing plenty of space for dogs to run and burn energy. My neighbor also has dogs, allowing for possible socialization if appropriate. I also have an XL crate available if needed, ensuring a safe and comfortable space for any dog. Mushu’s special care is we wipe his wrinkles & ears daily with a weekly bath. Buddy is a tank who can eat anything but he needs his paws trimmed once a month. Buddy deals with anxiety from being a sheepdog with no sheep so he has lots of toys and an occasional cbd treat.

I have had many different breeds of dogs that require or prefer a number of different things. I have a fenced in back yard with plenty of room to run. There are trees and bushes and plants and squirrels running along the fence top to keep them busy. I have multiple hydration stations through the house and yard and a room that can be set up to accommodate new guests and their crate, beds, and toys.

I’m currently working full time 8-5 Monday-Friday. But can come let’s your pers out to pee during the day or stay the night at your house if needed! About: I have taken care of pets for over 33 years ever since getting my first dog at 7 years old. I’ve had dogs of all sizes and shapes including a Lhasa Apso, King Charles Spaniel, Golden Retrievers, Pitbull, Shihpoo, and Heeler/Daschund mix. They’ve ranged in ages from 8 week old puppy to 5 year old rescue when I brought them home and I nursed many through their senior years. Of course I love all pets so I’ve also had Bunnies, Fish, Cats, hermit crabs, frogs, and more. I love them all! Currently in my home I have a 1 year old Shihpoo name Mocha and a 5 year old Heeler/Dauschund mix named Luna. I promise to take care of your fur babies just as if they were mine! I am a single mother with lots of time on my hands to love on pets. I have a daughter in Junior High and a son in High School so I do run them back and forth to their activities but otherwise I’m ready to spend time with the fur babies. I have loved animals since I can remember! Making sure they are happy and well cared for is a must! I will treat your pet as my own and I understand your pet is not just an animal but rather a member of your family! Ensuring they are treated as such is important to me.
