About: I can’t remember an age where I wasn’t helping birth and raise kittens and puppies, turtles, or rodents. From having blind, toothless senior chihuahuas and senile cats…to a litter of brand new pups or kittens struggling to catch their first breath I’ve been part of it. I’ve had several rodents and reptiles, and cared for my friends and family birds as well. Trained puppies and kittens to use the potty and more. Also helped with a few farm animals too. I work only 20-25hrs a week, so I’ll always be home within 6hours or less. Outside of work, I’m home hanging out with my kids and furbabies. I have two e.s.a. Certified cats who tend to hide away when someone new is here. I’ve had them both since babies (13y & 3y). Keep things clean, organized, healthy, I had a cleaning company too. I don’t have crates on hand or an outside fence but I have a huge yard, the neighbor has a spayed female American bulldog, very friendly. There are farm animals next door. However, I do appreciate being where the pet is comfortable and knows its space.

About: I’ve taken care of neighbors dogs for years! I have three chihuahuas and a german shepard hound dog mix! What sets me apart is my dedication to anything I do. I can promise a safe and caring environment for your best friends! As well as someone who truly cares about giving people the best service possible. I am in school and work part time! However even if my availability doesn’t align with your needs, I might still be available! Due to Rover settings I cannot put in hourly settings, but I am available certain times that I cannot put in the app. I am currently looking for a part time job while I am enrolled in school, and want to do something I love as well ! I have a fenced in backyard, as well as a doggy door so they can have access 24/7! Additionally I have a large neighborhood to take any fur baby’s on walks.

About: I have worked in animal medicine for 20 years. My experience has given me a wealth of knowledge to dutifully watch over your furbabies. I want to minimize stress and maximize peaceful interactions. I will monitor food intake and bathroom output closely! I can trim nails, express anal glands, clean ears, brush out and bathe both cats and dogs. I can administer medications that are in pill form, liquid or injectable. I believe communication is key to success by reducing stress for owners and helps provide proper care. Happy to always send pictures, videos or FaceTime. I am also capable of caring for reptiles with proper instructions during a meet and greet. My mornings and afternoons during the week are open to pet care. Weekends too with varying times. I am flexible and communicative to meet both our needs. I believe keeping furbabies in their home environment lessons stress. I prioritize safety when outside of home by making sure pets are properly secured. I make sure home is safe when entering and leaving so that nothing can be chewed or ingested.

About: My name is Drew, and I am the ultimate animal lover! I spent three years in Denver working in management at an in-home pet care company. I will take the very best care of your pets and provide a fun-loving environment! My pitsky, Quest, is friendly with other pups and loves to run and play all day. If you have an animal that does not like other dogs, I will be happy to drop by and spend time with them in their comfort zone. I have owned a husky and worked with many high-maintenance breeds, as well as having experience working with animals with disabilities and administering medications. About: Growing up I had a goldfsh, a guinea pig named Peanut and finally after a lot of begging a beautiful rescue border collie mix named Phoebe. As a teenager I didn't always understand the responsibility and caring of a dog , however Phoebe always loved me, even when she was diagnosed with cancer and not having some good days. Every time I came home there she was so happy to see me. It was then I realized there is no love like a dogs love. Years have passed and so has Phoebe but she was my first dog and I will always cherish that. I now have three golden retriever fur babies. I adore them and love taking care of them even though they really take care of me. I love all dogs and being active so dog walking feels like a great fit! I'm available Monday- Friday's from 6:00am to 7:00am and anytime after 5:00 pm for walks and any time Until 4:00pm on Saturdays. Sundays are flexible and can work with a schedule. Right now I will not be boarding any dogs or house sitting. As far a dog walking I am very punctual, great with meeting and learning new dogs behaviors, I also live in Castle Hayne area and enjoy walking the paved trail at northern regional park.

About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of dogs for most of my life. I’ve grown up around dogs of various breeds such as GSD, collies, and golden retrievers. My childhood dog lived long enough he began developing hip issues so I am well versed in caring for dogs who have special health needs. I’ve been dog sitting for awhile now and am comfortable with staying overnight if that is something you’re interested in! I’ve also dog sat for a dog whose back legs were paralyzed and am happy to assist your pup if they struggle with issues like that! Additionally I work at a doggy daycare (with boarding services) so I am around almost every breed you could think of and am well versed in medication dispersion as well as basic care. With all that being said, I am absolutely obsessed with big dogs (even Great Danes and St Bernards:)) but I am happy to work with dogs of any size! Also I am not scared of trying to work with a dog for them to be comfortable around me if they’re skittish at first. I am in grad school full time and work 25 hours a week at my internship, but I have breaks during the day to let out the animals as needed! I am almost always fully available on weekends, I usually am working on homework, playing pickleball, or reading for fun. I have two dogs and three cats at home so caring for your pets in your home would be a necessity. I am comfortable staying overnight or visiting late at night/early in the morning depending on your wishes. I love keeping the parents updated and can promise multiple pictures per day if you’re gone for a while! I prioritize sticking as close to your usual schedule as possible for your pets so they can keep a sense of normalcy while you’re away.

About: Looking for someone who loves animals more than people? I have been surrounded by all types of pets and animals since I was a child. I have mastered the Shiba Inu and bonded with Catahoulas. I love lap dogs and high energy dogs, big dogs and little dogs. I am trying to make this a full time job because I love dogs so much. I understand body language of dogs and have so much fun providing a safe and comfortable space for my visitors with a large fenced yard and lots of routs for long walks. Growing up i had multiple cats, dogs, reptiles, and other animals. i have always had a passion for caring for animals, and i have 4 years of experience working at a doggy daycare/boarding facility and dog sitting! i am very well versed in animal behavior and body language, and i am also very experienced in medication administration, including shots, as i have a three year old diabetic kitty who receives shots twice a day! i can guarantee your fur baby will be treated just like family with me :) I am a part time college student currently, so I can be super flexible with scheduling! About: Back on rover after a few years off due to travel, hence the lack of reviews, but excited to take care of all the doggies! I have always been a dog lover. I got my first dog when I was 7 as a birthday gift and got my current dog as a puppy. I have a flexible work arrangement in the health and wellness industry so I can take your dog on a good walk. I love all types of friendly dogs and have attended multiple different obedience schools for my pets. I live near a walking trail and would be happy to take your dog there, to the park, or wherever they enjoy going! I have a flexible work arrangement and can be available almost all the time. I tend to be more of a homebody so can give them lots of attention on weekends as well. I have an unfenced yard and live near a walking trail that I take my dog on multiple times a week. We live in a safe neighborhood to walk around as well.
