“Diane took great care of our two pups and made them feel right at home. She was great at communicating and sharing photos of our boys during our trip. She was very flexible as well with drop off and pick up times. We definitely will book her again!”

“Tasha provided great dog boarding care for our dog Amber recently. Amber had a great vacation while we were away with a large fenced back yard to romp with fellow dog buddies. Tasha provided plenty of feedback with daily photos. She is a true dog lover. Two thumbs up on her care. Stan”

“Our doggie was very happy at Olivia’s place. Frequent updates and photos and videos showed her playing and relaxing. SOOO much better than being stuck in a cubicle at the kennel!”

“My first experience on rover and Sarah and her family knocked it out of the park. Instantly felt comfortable and knew that my puppers was going to be in good hands. Very responsive and updated me throughout her stay daily. Very attentive and genuinely cared for my sweet girl. Highly recommend.”

“Donna and Calvin were fantastic hosts! I knew my older Pomeranian was in great hands and I didn’t have to worry about him while I was away. Donna sent regular pictures and updates. He went on daily walks, and was given special attention with food because he doesn’t eat right away like other dogs. I highly recommend Donna and Calvin!”

“We felt that Rosie was in great hands while in Allie’s care. Very accommodating with drop off and pick up. Great communication. Will definitely be using Allie’s services again!”

“Angela took such great care of our littles while we were out of town. She gave us such peace of mind knowing they were in the best of hands sending so many pictures and updates throughout their stay with her & her family! Highly recommend.”

“Gabrielle and her family took amazing care of Nash. I received so many pictures and could tell he was having a great time! He came home a very happy and tired pup!! We will definitely be using Gabrielle again!”

“This is my third time having Jerry watch my 2 girls! He is my go-to when I am out of town because he is responsible, communicative, and most importantly treats my girls like his own. They always come back happy and tired!”

“This was our first experience being away from Lexi and we were nervous about leaving her while on vacation. Our first interaction with Ashley put us at ease. It was clear that Lexi would be well cared for and enjoy her stay. We were updated daily with pictures and an update on how she was doing. We were very happy with Ashley, Jon and their family, highly recommended them, and will be reaching out next time we have to be away from Lexi. Thank you Ashley, Jon, and your children for taking great care of Lexi while we were vacationing!”

“Andrew is an excellent dog sitter, highly recommended. He took great care to keep us informed with updates and photos of our dog. He was understanding of flight delays and plans changing to make for a stress free vacation. Thank you!”

“This was our second stay with Jordan, and I realized I never left a review after the first one. However, I definitely should have! As a first time Rover user, in fact the first time ever leaving my 9-year old pup with a stranger, I was incredibly nervous about leaving my dog with someone new. Jordan completely exceeded my expectations. He sent thoughtful updates throughout the stay with a plethora of photos, which gave me so much peace of mind, and it was obvious that my dog was being loved and well cared for. Not only is Jordan amazing, but his family is so kind and welcoming. You can truly tell they care about the dogs they watch and treat them like part of the family. Knowing my pup was safe, happy, and surrounded by so much love made all the difference. I can't thank Jordan enough for taking such great care of my dog, Lily. If you're looking for someone trustworthy, caring, and communicative, I highly recommend booking with him. We'll definitely be back!”

“Steven really helped me out in a pinch when we had to go out of town suddenly. He welcomed our crew of four into his home, including our special needs dachshund whom his youngest son fell in love with him. I would definitely use Steven again. Thanks”

“Our girls love being with Kate, her husband Quinn, and her dog Lucy. We received multiple pictures of them going on long walks and runs off leash in a safe environment, zonked out on the floor of the living room after a day of play, and getting love and pets from Quinn. We feel very comfortable having our two stay with Kate and would recommend it to all.”
About: You can trust me to take excellent care of your pet! As well as owning my own pets most of my life (dogs, cats, ferret, bird, rabbits, etc.), I also have a Bachelor of Science degree in pre-veterinary medicine. I have pet-sat for several friends and clients, volunteered at shelters, worked at veterinary clinics, boarding facilities, and for a professional dog walking / cat sitting company. You can rest easy as your pet will be safe in my care. I follow directions well and get the details right! Why I love dog walking and sitting: I have been a dog lover since the day I was born. My first dog, Chief, helped raise me! Since then, I have owned a dog most of my life. Some have called me the "dog-whisperer". I have a pretty good perception of dogs and connect very easily with most. My last dog, Wendell, was a 150 lb. mastiff whom I adopted when he was 4.5 years old. He had never been socialized and was scared of most people, so in the six years we were together, I gained a lot of first-hand experience working through behavioral issues in a very large and strong breed. Our current dog is Lucy, a happy-go-lucky bull terrier who is deaf. She loves every living being! I’m also comfortable taking care of cats and other pets. My experience administering medication: I've given lots of oral meds and various ointments, eye drops, ear drops, etc. My schedule is pretty flexible. I’m typically available any day of the week and can do early mornings and late evenings if needed. Let me know your needs and I will do my best to accommodate! ONE DOG FAMILY AT A TIME Boarding and Doggie Day Care: It will only be your dog(s) and our one dog staying at our house. We have a secure, fenced yard, a doggie door, and a covered back patio with doggie beds perfect for lounging in the sun or shade. Our friendly bull terrier, Lucy, will happily keep your dog company! We can easily keep your dog in a separate room while we are away from the house if you prefer. Lucy’s dad/my significant other, Pedro, also lives here and also loves animals.
“Cosette was great with keeping us up to date with pictures and videos throughout my dog's stay. She even gave her a bath on the day we picked her up for us! Thank you Cosette.”

“Raquel is a god send! I have a senior dog that required more attention than expected during an extended vacation and she went above and beyond in taking care of him. I appreciated her daily updates and timely communication. Highly recommend her services if you are looking for boarding :)”

“Amanda made Buddy feel right at home in the first minute! We were leaving him for the first time in months and she quickly put us at ease. In a short few hours, she sent pics and it seemed like he was feeling right at home. We are making plans for another stay soon. Thanks, Amanda, tell the girls he'll be back soon.”

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
