“They were extremely accommodating with our pick up and drop off schedule. I have used river maybe five or six times in the past, and that last time I use them I had a very bad experience with poor communication and people were so polite and had a beautiful property and kept in constant communication with plenty of pictures and when it was time for me to pick up my dog, we had a lot of traffic and we’re over an hour late and they were happy to oblige. I will definitely leave my stellar with him anytime and I plan to leave her with them in the future anytime I need a sitter. They sent me lots of pictures. They even went as far as printing out some pictures for us, and they gave Stella a little bandanna like she would have when she left a groomer. They were very polite and had a great backyard, and my dog was very happy when I picked her up, so I know that they treated her well. They are definitely an A+ sitter. I highly recommend them and I have used the multiple times was good and bad and I had nothing but good things to say about them.”

Karla sent me photos of him all throughout the stay. She has a backyard so he was running and playing all day. I picked him up an hour ago and he’s already sleeping like a baby. Karla is incredibly kind and trustworthy. She even gave us a card with pictures of our Apollo along with some gifts🥹 thank you Karla! By the end of the stay when we picked Rome up, I could tell they had formed a bond and Rome has a new buddy in the nearby neighborhood. I’m so glad we met Bryndon.
