About: I have cared for many animals over the past 8ish years and with that, I have plenty experience in house sitting, dog walking, taking care of senior dogs, as well as bathing them. I’m currently studying at Northeast State, so I’m free most of the time. I usually walk my dogs around my neighborhood and I’d be more than happy to add your dog to the group! I have 2 of my own dogs: Loki (9 y/o Great Dane-Pyrenees) and Max (3 y/o Polish Hound). They both love new animals and will make your dog feel at home. About: I have cared for pets since I can remember! I grew up with two sisters who also loved animals and over the course of my life I have loved many small dogs, cats, turtles, fish, a bird, and a rabbit. I also gained a good amount of experience and knowledge on how to take care of pets through my time working at Pet Supplies Plus, where I would often advise customers on what would be most helpful to get their pets feeling good again. In my time here, I also cared for and helped heal many creatures, including cats, fish, cockatiels, ferrets, hamsters, and guinea pigs. Most recently, I got to pet sit while traveling and house sat for two lovely homes in Scotland. I’m currently in university and may need to adjust for my classes, but I can be free after 1 on Wednesday, before 4 on Thursday, and any time Friday-Sunday and Tuesday. I know the best trails to take your pup around in the WNC area and if they have a preferred place to walk, I always love exploring more! I believe in fitting myself into the natural routine of your furry friend wherever I can. If there's a specific time they like to play, eat, or get walked, I'm more than happy to accommodate! With pets that I'm just meeting, I like to meet them where they want to be met, and if that includes playing fetch all day, I'm happy to do so.

About: First and for most, I love animals of all kind! I am 24 and have two dogs of my own. I would say I am pretty particular about how I take care of my dogs so I would make sure your dogs got the best care. About: Hi, my name is Lindsay! I am an avid animal lover. I have a 8yr old rescue dog named Bear & a 7yr old rescue Siamese cat named Lucy. Both are very friendly and laid back. I love taking bear on hikes and nature walks. My husband Scott and live in an house with a large yard and are close to hiking trails. About: I have been pet sitting for roughly 10 years. It started when I was young just caring for my friends dogs and cats when they went out of town but has evolved into a small client base that I want to expand. I have cared for mostly senor dogs, providing them with medication as it was prescribed, ensuring they were safe when outside, and updating owners on any changes in behavior and physical condition. Recently I have gotten my own dog who is now three years old and that is the most experience I had with puppies but I do know quite a bit about training and am willing to care for young dogs as well. Because she is my own dog, she must be able to come with me to overnight stays, she is very friendly with dogs, cats, and even horses!. I love dogs with all my heart and grew up with them in the house. I don't have any cats in my family but I do know how important they are to their family and I love to take care of the cats I have taken care of in the past. I truly believe our pets are part of the family and deserve care and comfort when their humans are away. I am a full time student currently so I don't have the most time in the world but I am more than happy to take a break from school work to play and walk with pets and then maybe hang out together while I study before their dinnertime! I like to get a rough idea of the pets typical schedule and stick as close to that as possible, making sure everyone is fed on time, walked when walks are needed, and generally keeping them on the same schedule they are used to! I have found this to be the best option as it gives the pets a sense of normalcy in their routine while the family is away.

About: I have a lot of experience with dogs, cats, and birds. I have administered medication for older cats and dogs, fed and rode horses, learned how to intervene safely in the event of a dog altercation, and love just spending time with pets of all types and sizes. As I kid, before everyone had a smartphone, I made fliers for dog walking and petsitting, and spread them in nearby neighborhoods. Throughout late elemtary school and middle school I did loads of dog walking and caring for pets while their owners were away. In high school my time was more consumed by schoolwork and sports, but I was still exposed to petsitting though my brother who did Rover constantly. I am a recent graduate from Appalachian State University with a degree in Agroecology (sustainable agriculture). In Boone I worked on a farm with livestock such as goats, chickens, and pigs. I also worked with children ages 4-14 for two years at High Country Forest WIld- an all outdoor experiential education program. I also balanced taking care of my two cats while having loads of schoolwork and trying to maintain a social life. Now I'm back home in the triangle and eager to continue working with animals, as its one of the things that brings me feel joy. Petsitting allows me a flexible job while I navigate this next chapter of my life and gives me another way to connect with the community in another way. I cherish each chance to meet everyone's furry companions & learn more about people outside of my daily rhythms. I am an avid hiker, runner, and nature lover, so am always happy to take along any pet that's down for an adventure to the nearby trails. I've watched houses with up to 7 dogs at a time, so I'm very comfortable with multiple animals and giving each one the attention they need. No one knows your pet better than you. So whatever information you would like to provide for me to know their needs while you're away would be appreciated. Such as the way they take their medication best, places they love to go, how they handle interacting with new animals/people, and any triggering behavior to look out for.

About: *I’ll be in NC by 1/5/26* I’ve loved animals my entire life. From growing up on a farm with horses, chickens, dogs, cats, etc, I’ve been around them my whole life! I had a wonderful dog of 13 years. I also rescued 3 cats after hurricane Sally who are my world! I’ve rescued and helped foster out puppies and kittens over the years.
