About: Ever since my family got a collie as a pet when I was a kid, I have been in love with dogs. That has only enhanced as I’ve grown older and cared for my own. I am currently working remotely from home with a flexible schedule, so I have plenty of time to care for and love on your pets. Prior to walking your pets or stopping by for feedings or playtime, I would like to meet you and your pets first, if possible. That way we can make sure we all feel comfortable! It will also give us a chance to talk through instructions and expectations. I know this isn't always feasible and that's ok.

About: II’ve loved animals my whole life and have a natural gift for connecting with them—especially cats! I have extensive experience with medical care, including giving injections, liquid medications, and complex pill schedules. I also previously held a Groomer’s License in Colorado, so I am very comfortable handling pets of all sizes and temperaments. I’ve cared for animals with everything from broken limbs to chronic diseases, so your pet is in very capable hands." I moved to Elizabethton just before Thanksgiving to be with my parents and I became the primary caregiver for my father, who has dementia. It’s a responsibility I’m proud to take on. Getting out of the house to walk, play with, and fall in love with your pets is exactly what I need to stay balanced. Since I manage my dad’s daily tasks, I have a very flexible schedule and the time to truly focus on your fur-babies. I’m looking for that 'pet therapy' a reason to get out and about just as much as your pets are looking for a loving caregiver. I’ll be there whenever you need me to even in short notice! Safety and trust are my top priorities. When I am in your home, I am respectful of your space and extremely vigilant about door safety and environment hazards. I am honest about my capabilities; I would never attempt a medical or care task if I wasn't 100% confident I could do it safely. My vehicle is also set up for safety, with plenty of room and when needed a leash that conect to their collar or harness then buckes to the backseat so your pets are secure while we are on the go.

About: Hi, my name is Lindsay! I am an avid animal lover. I have a 8yr old rescue dog named Bear & a 7yr old rescue Siamese cat named Lucy. Both are very friendly and laid back. I love taking bear on hikes and nature walks. My husband Scott and live in an house with a large yard and are close to hiking trails. We are always taking our dog on new adventures every day to keep things interesting. I am all about communication and will keep you updated and informed on every aspect of your pet and our time together. My husband and I grew up with dogs and are responsible, trustworthy and will treat your fur baby as our own. I currently work a few mornings a week at Watauga Medical Center. Other than that it’s all about our dog Bear. He gets a hike or park time once I get home and on my days off..we are hiking or at the lake or river. We have a large yard that we hang out in with our dog and lots of trails nearby that we like to hike every day.

About: Hi, I’m Chelsea! I’m 21 years old & live in Butler, TN with my husband. I love animals & have plenty of experience caring for pups! I have experience in dog bathing, walking, sitting & feeding. I treat dogs I’m watching like they’re my own. While your pup is with me, I will also work on any training you’re currently doing & help reinforce positive behaviors! I would love to watch your pup! I do have three cats in my home, but can easily separate them into a separate room in my house if need be. I do have an unfenced yard, but will always take your pup out on leash to ensure their safety. I can also take them on any of the hiking trails in the area if you’d like! I’m an aquarium/aviary service technician & am only gone 2-3 days a week & am normally home on weekends. I’m home fairly often, but when I do need to leave for work I’m only gone for 6 hours at a time. While your dog stays with me, I will send as many (or little) pictures & videos you’d like! While my yard isn’t fenced, your pup will always be on leash with me to ensure their safety. If we go hiking, I have a doggy first aid kit in my car at all times in case of any accidents. While I’m in your home, I’ll respect where you want me to go & where you don’t. I’ll make sure to clean up after myself, & hopefully leave your home looking cleaner than when you left!

About: I’ve always been an animal lover, from horses to reptiles! I’ve had dogs and cats my whole life, and some of the others throughout. We recently lost our dog to cancer at just shy of 13 years old, and I’m currently volunteering as a dog walker at the animal shelter to help fill that void. With the limited hours available there, I thought we could try this avenue as well. I work full time, but my daughter and I would love to find a dog to walk Wednesday through Friday evenings, or weekends! We are available some weekends for dog/cat care while you’re away as well. We love walking dogs, playing fetch, petting them, and providing lots of love. We enjoy playing with cat toys, and giving them plenty of attention as well.

About: I’ve raised and trained 2 dogs since fifth grade and have been the primary caregiver for both of them. My most recent experience was in Alaska working with sled dogs. There I was made responsible for daily feeding and exercise of the dog teams, as well as loading and unloading procedures to get 15-25 large, high energy huskies into kennels or harnesses for excursions. Experience working with high energy dogs. I’m currently going to school at Lees McRae college, so I have a flexible schedule for your dogs! I’m available for those early morning check ins or walks, and from 2pm onward everyday for afternoon to evening visits. I’m can uncrate your pup in the mornings or afternoons and make sure they get a nice break and a chance to potty and get some exercise. I’m comfortable leashing and unleashing dogs, as well as taking them on walks and making sure they get enough exercise. On walks I love active training with any commands they’re supposed to learn, as well as just giving them enough work and time to get out any wiggles!

About: First and for most, I love animals of all kind! I am 24 and have two dogs of my own. I would say I am pretty particular about how I take care of my dogs so I would make sure your dogs got the best care. I have had animals in my life since I could remember and have been a reliable source for animal care since I was about 10. It’s something that I have enjoyed doing and love to meet new clients! You could not find a better person to watch your fur babies! I have a ton of recommendations from amazing people that have trusted me and continue to do so. I have trained dogs as well! I have a wild child at home (my husky mix) and am not afraid of a challenge! I take my dogs out multiple times a day to ensure they are comfortable and I’m meeting their needs. My dogs get fed once in the morning and once at night. Of course if I am watching your dog or cat, I can adjust to your animals needs.

About: For the majority of 2020 I was working at an animal sanctuary with more than 60 dogs and 30 cats. My duties included feeding, cleaning, walking the animals. I also maintained their enclosures and of course played with them! I work part time at Hachimi, but would prefer taking care of some doggos. Tuesday and Thursday nights I have class , other than that I have a pretty open schedule. I live by the tweetsie and love to walk my dogs on it. Or they like going out of town for some hiking by the lake or in the mountains ⛰

About: I have took care of dogs and cats since i was 9 years old. I have always had animals in my house and I love to take care of them. I have looked after my friend’s and family’s cats and dogs both. I am free most of the time! I want to find a way to help others by also doing something I love which is taking care of dogs. I do not have a fenced in yard, however i do own leashes that I would take dogs out on in order to insure nothing happens to your fur babies!

About: I have taken care of many animals over the years. The most recent and frequent are for a few farm animals, horses, goats, chickens, etc. While there I feed them, keep the yard clean, and take care of their basic needs. I have also worked at a Veterinary office. At this office, I work in the kennels as well as perform the duties of a vet technician. This includes administering medications and making sure animals are fed and happy. I am a current college student that does sports as well, but I still have time to walk and take care of anyone's furry friends.. While working with larger animals and working at a veterinary office I have learned how to spot different behaviors and have the skill set to be able to adapt and work with your fur babies to keep them as happy as possible.

About: I have over 45 yrs of experience in pet care. I was a dog trainer (now partially retired), owned my own pet sitting business for many years, fostered/adopted many rescues and I currently volunteer at and support several rescues. Animals are my heart and soul and I will treat your pets as if they were my own. I'm currently working part time and I will make myself available for your pet 24/7 whether it's late night potty trips outside or long walks during the day. I will care for your pets however you would like. I can do long walks, short walks, provide medications, specially prepared meals, play games, etc. I specialized in elderly dogs, hospice dogs and medical needs dogs when I fostered.

About: I have gained experience dog sitting for friends and neighbors as early as elementary school! I love all animals from chickens to frogs, cats, and dogs! I'm a college athlete, so I will work around my school and practice schedule! Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays will be the best days for me!
