I have extensive experience with medical care, including giving injections, liquid medications, and complex pill schedules. I also previously held a Groomer’s License in Colorado, so I am very comfortable handling pets of all sizes and temperaments. I’ve cared for animals with everything from broken limbs to chronic diseases, so your pet is in very capable hands." I moved to Elizabethton just before Thanksgiving to be with my parents and I became the primary caregiver for my father, who has dementia. It’s a responsibility I’m proud to take on. Getting out of the house to walk, play with, and fall in love with your pets is exactly what I need to stay balanced. Since I manage my dad’s daily tasks, I have a very flexible schedule and the time to truly focus on your fur-babies. I’m looking for that 'pet therapy' a reason to get out and about just as much as your pets are looking for a loving caregiver. I’ll be there whenever you need me to even in short notice! Safety and trust are my top priorities. When I am in your home, I am respectful of your space and extremely vigilant about door safety and environment hazards. I am honest about my capabilities; I would never attempt a medical or care task if I wasn't 100% confident I could do it safely. My vehicle is also set up for safety, with plenty of room and when needed a leash that conect to their collar or harness then buckes to the backseat so your pets are secure while we are on the go.

About: I’ve had multiple dogs in the past including one currently and have a lot of experience caring for them. I’ve cared for dogs for multiple years. If I am not home I have another household members that is able to take care of your pet as needed. Other than that I am able to be with the pets as much as possible. I am currently on summer vacation until I start college in the fall so, I will have tubs of free time. I have a fenced yard with one friendly pet to keep your pet company. I can crate your pet if needed, including my own if they do not get along. I’m currently in college and working part-time so when I am not home there are other household members there to make your pet is taken care of. I have a fenced hard in my home that I will usually let the dogs run around a play for a little bit through out the day.

About: I have over 45 yrs of experience in pet care. I was a dog trainer (now partially retired), owned my own pet sitting business for many years, fostered/adopted many rescues and I currently volunteer at and support several rescues. Animals are my heart and soul and I will treat your pets as if they were my own. About: I’ve watched neighbors pets as a young kid and have always loved meeting new animals. I think it’s important that the animals keep to a as normal schedule as possible to mimic every day life. I’m always around and can stay as long as required for your animals. I also have looked after family pets when family goes away. I understand strangers can be terrifying, but I’d love to be a friend or extended family for others pets, someone they can look forward to seeing in the day to know that they won’t be alone. Hi there my name is Brittany, I’m 28 years old and my pup is Mika, he’s 2! I’m new to the Tri Cities area and have been here for a little over a year. I was recently diagnosed with a chronic illness: gastroparesis, so obtaining a full time job has been difficult. I have been put on some medication that helps the majority of my issues, but I can’t manage a full time job, unfortunately. I’m available all days of the week and I’d love to be able to spend that time with your babies and give them the time they need to run around or just to give them some company since I have a lot of time on my hands. I grew up with dogs my whole life and have also been around cats that my grandmother has had. I have my one pup, Mika and my boyfriend has his two dogs. It’s been rough not being able to do much, but furry friends always make me smile and provide wonderful, uplifting energy to myself as well as to you I can imagine. I spend a lot of time with my pet, whether it’s taking them outside to run around in our fenced in yard, lounging on the couch with a movie, playing with toys and balls. My dog gets crated when I’m not around and for travel for his safety. I also have a dog car seat in my car for my dog or possibly your dog if they may fit. My dog is up to date on all his vaccinations and is neutered. He goes to Paws of Hope vet in Bluff City. I’m very knowledgeable in dachshund care, I grew up with them and have one of my own so I have ramps in my house and understand the safety they require for their backs.

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is that I have been taking care of animals since I was 15 years old. I stared working at a vets office and haven’t looked back. Pet care can look like many different things in my week such as, a single feeding, a walk, a check in or the full on in home service with all the feedings and all the walks. While, I would love to have every dog and cat over to my house I can’t realistically do that b/c I own a cat who does love other cats and she tolerates dogs, your dog or cat would have to be cat friendly. So most of my jobs are me coming to your home whether that is a drop in or a full time boarding situation while you’re on vacation.

About: I’ve been around animals my whole life! I’ve done everything from fostering to raising litters of puppies and kittens. I’m an active person so there is no shortage of playtime. I’m very dedicated to providing the love and support pets need! Caring for pets is always a priority of mine as I currently own a dog and cat myself. I work part time so my schedule is very flexible. I have a spare bedroom in my house with a large mattress for pets to rest on. There is space for a crate if needed. My backyard is very spacious. My area is fairly quiet as I live outside the city. About: I am going to school to school currently to become a veterinarian and I hopefully will get a job as a vet tech very soon! I have 3 dogs and a cat of my own and I take care of them everyday while the rest of my family is at work. I love to take my dogs on walks for about 30 minutes at least twice a day. I have a fenced in backyard and my dogs are very friendly and playful and love new friends! We have multiple crates if that is something necessary for your pet. About: I have grew up with dogs all my life and I have been taking care of them since I was 16 they are so awesome and I love every dog no matter what! And I will take care of your dog like it was my own! It fits my schedule fairly good depending on the day some days it would be late afternoon and some days it can be early morning to even most of the day! I have a dog of mine at home that is crate trained and socialized with people and dogs. Also has been crate trained and I have a lot of experiences with bad dogs that act up and experiences with good dogs. I have been trained to help any dog!
