I received so many great pictures and little stories about their day. These two were so enthusiastic about loving my dogs and letting me know. Sarah even works from home some days so you know your pups are happy 24/7. My dogs just got home and they are completely passed out so I know they were active and happy. Karin took the time to ask questions about Sonnie, and Sonnie and Chubb interacted and played like they had already met. This was my first time leaving Sonnie with her, and 2 minutes after I left she sent me a note and picture, putting me at ease immediately. She communicated and sent pictures a few times a day.
