Another wonderful stay for my dear Netty with Caroline and Sam! Great communication and very flexible with pick up and drop off times. Netty is exhausted today from all the play time. Booking with them made my time away so much more relaxing. Will certainly book again soon!

I have used Caroline and Sam for pet sitting when I have taken vacations with my friends and family. After my dog’s first stay with them, it was clear that caring for animals is second nature to both of them. They have a large fenced in yard that offers lots of room for dogs to run, explore, and play. It’s a safe and comfortable space that any pup would enjoy. Their own dog is friendly, well-mannered, and obviously well cared for, which shows the kind of attention and love they each provide. In addition, I’ve seen how responsible they are about safety, how patient they are with both dogs, and how much joy they get from spending time with them. Beyond being a caring pet owners, they are also both reliable and trustworthy — qualities every pet parent looks for when choosing someone to care for their furry family member. I’m confident that Sam and Caroline would be an outstanding Rover provider, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a kind, dependable, and animal-loving sitter or walker.

Schedule
Both my husband and I work jobs out of the home but our schedules are regular and allow us lots of time after work to play in the yard or go for a walk. On the weekends we like to bop around town so we may be in and out of the house but since our own pup is home we never are gone for too long.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a 6 year old golden retriever in the home who is pretty lazy when we are not home. We also have a toddler (2 years old) that gets along with dogs well and we are constantly monitoring him and teaching good manners around dogs. Because of this we have gates that can be put up to give the dogs and the toddler some space but we would prefer to only have dogs that are tolerant of kids. We have lots of kid and dog toys and we keep a good eye on those of the dogs are around and showing interest that may cause them any issues (tearing, eating, choking hazards). We also have a fully fenced back yard with a 4 foot clearance that the dogs can enjoy in all seasons.
Pets
A typical day
A typical weekday involves dogs getting up and an initial quick potty break before breakfast. Followed by a longer play & sniff session in the backyard. Since we work out of the home the dogs follow the same schedule as they would at home. Crated dogs are crated and free roaming pups free roam. We monitor the dogs via baby monitor while we are away. We only accept 1-2 dogs at a time and have the ability to separate dogs into large comfy areas for them to hang if needed. After work the pups enjoy lots of yard time or indoor play. Walks as well, weather permitting. We cater to what your pup likes to do most. Followed by dinner and another yard break before bedtime. Again pups follow the same routine as they do at home for bed.
