This stay was unique in that I had to contact Kathy and request to extend Tommy's stay because of a family member's health. She made a real effort to keep him engaged and active, and it was clear she took the time to get to know his personality and adjust to what he needed in the moment. I especially appreciated that she didn’t just “watch” him—she incorporated him into her daily routine, keeping him busy and comforted. I came back to a happy, well-cared-for dog, and I sort of got the feeling he didn't want to leave! I would recommend Rachel to everyone. :)”
