I had a wonderful experience with this sitter! She took great care of Morty and Archie while I was away and made sure all of their needs were met. She kept me updated throughout their stay with plenty of photos and videos, which gave me so much peace of mind. It was clear that she genuinely cared about them and treated them like her own. This was my first time using Rover or even boarding my dog with someone who wasn’t a family member. Needless to say, I was pretty nervous about it and when I dropped my dog off, she was so worried and upset. But Hannah was a pro. She never made me feel like I was asking about my dog too much and alleviated any worries I had, always with a calm and understanding demeanor. Sent plenty of pics and updates and it wasn’t long before my dog warmed up to her. Thanks again Hannah!
Devon was awesome! She took great care of my GSP while my husband and I were away. He is a special needs dog and she unfortunately had to experience two episodes while we were gone. She handled it amazingly and kept us updated. Our dog requires medication and Devon was on top of it. Know your dog will be in great hands with Devon! Would highly recommend. She was very accommodating and took great care of our guy.
