When I dropped off our dog there was an introduction to the other pets in her home so our pup could get acclimated. Karlee has watched Pongo several times. In fact, I don't travel unless she can watch him. She sends pictures daily without having to be asked and even gives cute stories that warm my heart when I'm away from my baby. Karlee answers texts right away and I never have to worry about a thing. I can live life. She is a godsend
I never have to worry about my dog when she is with Kimberly. She’s great about sending pictures and videos so that I can see how my dog is doing. My dog has never looked stressed in any of the pictures at Kimberly’s, and that is unusual for my tender hearted dog! I will continue using Kimberly as long as she’s available!!
Jessica was wonderful watching our dog Alfie! We met prior to make sure she and her dog would be comfortable with him. She’s very flexible and accommodating with timing and was so great with sending updates and pictures while we were gone. I would highly recommend her, she’s very caring and responsible! :)
I had a wonderful experience with this sitter! She took great care of Morty and Archie while I was away and made sure all of their needs were met. She kept me updated throughout their stay with plenty of photos and videos, which gave me so much peace of mind. It was clear that she genuinely cared about them and treated them like her own. This was my first time using Rover or even boarding my dog with someone who wasn’t a family member. Needless to say, I was pretty nervous about it and when I dropped my dog off, she was so worried and upset. But Hannah was a pro. She never made me feel like I was asking about my dog too much and alleviated any worries I had, always with a calm and understanding demeanor.
