About: Growing up with a variety of pets has really helped deepen my love for animals. I grew up a family of German shepherds, I’ve had snakes, ferrets, cats, even a hedgehog! All my friends and family have relied on me for watching over there furry friends. I am a newly post grad from Kent state and just recently moved to Cleveland. I work as a bartender and my shifts are usually at night up to 8 hours and I always make sure my apartment is set up to assure any pet I am watching is comfortable while I am gone. I was born into a family with two older dogs, and grew up with 2 family dogs, Maggie & Henry, whom I loved and adored as family. When I moved to graduate school, I adopted two cats, Plum & May. I have 3 lil kitties who I love- I can definitely work with any animal ranging from reptiles to horses :) volunteering at sanctuary’s and zoos helped me gain that experience. I work full time, but remote/hybrid. I have the ability to schedule many breaks within my schedule for play time and potty breaks. I can provide as much attention needed for your little pups and/or kitties. Please feel free to shoot me a message to check availability if my calendar is blocked! I do not at this time provide boarding, but I live in a two story duplex! My cats have their own area and I have the ability to keep them separate from other animals if needed. If I am sitting in your home, i’ll make sure to provide enrichment and maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
About: I have a lot of experience with dogs of all sizes, cats, and small animals. I do have some basic experience with training. I am very comfortable with giving medication as well. I work in the hospital setting 3-4 days a week, but I have a lot of flexibility before and after shifts and on my days off! I will cater to your furry friend's needs. I will treat your animal like my own, and make sure that they get all of the love in the world. I have a flexible schedule and I will personalize their care.
About: I have taken care of dogs since I was a child. I always had large family dogs and then during my 20s I had my own dog who was my best friend. She recently passed and my friends started asking me to dog sit for them since they knew how much I could be trusted and how well I was with dogs. This has been a wonderful way to get dog time while helping others! I only take one client at a time but up to 3 dogs per client My work is very flexible for any scheduling needs. My prior dog before passing was extremely Ill and needy. I am use to tough schedules, medicine, watching out for any side effects or red flags, vet appointments, frequent bathroom breaks, I can navigate issues with other dogs or children. Anything you need to make sure you dog is as comfortable as possible! If watching at my own home, your dog is welcome to roam free, I live in a community with fields and easy walking paths. ( no fenced in area ) your dog will be allowed to sleep in bed with me or on any furniture! Let’s be honest, most homes are the animals home- not ours ;)
About: I’ve had multiple cats and dogs growing up! My animals are one of my top priorities. In the past I would stay in homes of families who were in need of a pet sitter. I did this for multiple years before I began to work at a pet store. During this time, I continued to board puppies for multiple weeks at a time. I have flexible availability throughout the weekday. I am open to work around an owners schedule for what best suits their availability as well. I am open for last minute inquires, if needed. I have two bunnies and two cats! It works best for me to come to you and your pet. I am able to come by your home/apartment or even take your animal to the park, if requesting.
About: Growing up with a variety of pets has really helped deepen my love for animals. I grew up a family of German shepherds, I’ve had snakes, ferrets, cats, even a hedgehog! All my friends and family have relied on me for watching over there furry friends. I am a newly post grad from Kent state and just recently moved to Cleveland. I work as a bartender and my shifts are usually at night up to 8 hours and I always make sure my apartment is set up to assure any pet I am watching is comfortable while I am gone. I also love to go on walks and would love to be accompanied by your pet! Most of my shifts are at night usually starting around 4 and ending around 12 so I always make sure to take any pet I am watching on a long walk before leaving and spending as much time with them in the mornings! I also always try to get off my shift as early as possible while I have a current pet over! I like to treat any pet as my own no matter the size, personality, or behavior. Not only is rover beneficial to you but to me as well for allowing me to spend time with your furry friend!
About: Hi, my name is James Dalla C. I love pets and wish I could own a pup pf my own full-time. Unfortunately, I am currently in graduate school for sociology and do not have the time to take care of a pet full-time. Therefore, summer-time is the perfect time for me to interact with pets for people who need them taken care of (and taken care of with compassion and love). “Thomas was absolutely awesome ! I am so thankful that we were able to find him. I have a 2 year old intact German shepherd and my husbands work closed on short notice for 2 weeks so we decided to take a vacation. I was scrambling to find some boarding for him but if you have a large power breed who isn’t neutered than you know it can be difficult to find places that accept them. The only boarding option I could find was a no contact facility where he would have been in a kennel the WHOLE time except for 3 30-1 hr potty breaks which were on a LARGER kennel area. Totally unacceptable to me. That’s when I started looking on Rover and was so glad to find Thomas. Not only does he care for your pet he also puts in the time and energy to exercise them which is so SO important to me. He was super flexible, gave me a ton of updates and still took Bear on walks/runs during this insane 95 degree heatwave we had. I totally trusted that he kept Bear safe during that time (walking in hot weather wise). This is a person who truly cares about animals and takes care of their physical, mental and emotional needs. I don’t know how to add pictures here but if I find out how to I will. Can’t say enough good things.”
