Imari was AMAZING with my Frenchie puppy! I got constant updates and pictures. Imari communicated well with me throughout the stay. She was even kind enough to wash her potty for me. I will 100% be bringing my Frenchie baby to Imari if I ever need a sitter! Thank you Imari. Do not hesitate to book Imari if you are in the uptown area and need a sitter.
Ariadna was amazing with our older dog. He's a bit tempermental and not great with other dogs but Ariadna was very calm and patient with him. She sent us pictures and updates daily, and even offered to take him to the vet when she thought he had a UTI. I highly recommend Ariadna and I would definitely use her again the next time we go out of town.
Yarisbel was an absolute angel. Our family has been with Haze since we have rescued him and we were unsure about him being away from home for a couple of days but Yarisbel made it completely comfortable. From communication to the photos we have had the best experience with having a pup away from home. During the initial video call, Yarisbel was in tune with asking about all the requirements for Haze while he was with her. She was so comforting and encouraging with Haze when he 1st arrived at her home. Her family was also so nice and accommodating for Haze as well. Haze now has a 3rd brother (lol) at Yarisbel home. We love the attention to detail when it came to her and her family caring for Haze and we will definitely be in contact with Yarisbel via rover whenever we need to do a boarding again. Very happy with Mika’s stay at Lucy’s (Chialing). Lucy sent consistent updates and made communication about my pupper very easy. There was an issue with Mika’s ear and Lucy was very helpful in tending to it, while also letting us know what was going on. Lucy was accommodating, friendly, and very caring toward my dog. Glory was sooooo good with my Snickers!! My fur baby was very nervous and missing me but Glory made sure he got all the love and attention he needed. She kept me updated at all times with pictures of him and how he was doing. She treated my baby as if he was one of her own and I’m so grateful and thankful for her being there for me when I needed to go out of town. I would definitely recommend her to others as their doggy sitter because she is definitely mine officially!! Lol
Jeanine was amazing with our Gracie. She sent us pictures and video, and we could see how happy our baby was. Jeanine was so thoughtful, she saw that Gracie wasn't eating and she gave her broth for dogs. Also she gave her a bath and trimmed her nails. She pampered Gracie and gave her love. Emmanuel is one of the best house sitters we ever had. Due to some unexpected house work at his place, we ended up switching to him staying at ours. Every day we got thorough updates and lots of pictures of very happy puppers. The house we returned to was in better condition than when we left (he cleaned). Emmanuel clearly loves this job and is fantastic with dogs. Our two have medical needs and he handled them with ease. Honestly, the dogs seemed disappointed we were home and seem sad he's gone. Looking forward to many more sittings with him. :)
Katherine kept us up to date throughout our dog tonya’s stay with pictures included! She kept our mind at ease as it was 4th of july and our pup needed medication to stay calm during fireworks! She administered the medication perfectly and let us know when she did!
