“I booked Steve after a communication issue with the previously booked sitter very close to the holiday. It was a little nervewracking because he's new to the platform, but Steve was great with Sammy! When I dropped Sam off, he asked a lot of questions about his routines and behaviors and you can tell that he really cares about your dog's experience. He was good about sending pictures and details throughout our trip about how Sam was doing. He was even able to get Sam to play fetch a bit, which he never does! Dropoff and pickup were easy to coordinate. Even when we returned a bit later than anticipated, Steve was easy going about it. I picked up a very happy, rested pup! I'll definitely be using Steve again!”

I have a big & powerful dog who is doing her best to be good & calm, but does not always nail it! He was AMAZING with her!! I could tell that she felt totally comfortable and loved the whole 2 weeks I was gone. He walked her a lot and was very understanding about her special attributes & need to destroy toys. She slept in bed with him & was allowed on the couch, which was really comforting for her. I booked him the day before I left town and he was professional, pleasant & flexible with timing. He obviously has a great connection with animals & is an overall lovely person to communicate with on the daily (he sent pics & videos everyday). This is the first time I have picked her up after being away that she is genuinely happy & chill. Def book him!! I have recommended him to my whole family & all of my loved ones who own dogs. “We recently had Brad look after our four cats for ten days, with twice-daily visits, and we couldn’t be more pleased. When we returned, the apartment was clean and the cats were clearly content and healthy. It was obvious they had been well cared for. Brad was a fantastic communicator throughout and sent us regular photos from which we could see even our shyest cat had warmed up to him, which was really reassuring. We had an issue with our door keys when we got back (our fault), and Brad responded quickly to get the spare set back to us. He’s clearly knowledgeable about cats and took the time to meet them beforehand, making sure everyone was comfortable. He also flagged when we were running low on cat food so we could reorder. We’ll absolutely be using Brad again and highly recommend him to anyone in need of a reliable and caring cat sitter.”

“I had such a wonderful experience with my first-time dog sitter Kiara! 🐾❤️ I immediately knew she was the one I wanted to care for my twin boys, and she did an amazing job taking care of them for 5 days. I would usually text her to check in, and she was always quick to respond with updates and photos of the boys. It was so reassuring to know they were in good hands. The twins seemed to really like her and gradually became comfortable with her, which made me so happy! I would absolutely rebook with her again, if she’ll have us back! 😊 Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of my fur babies. “I’m a first time Rover user and Omar went above and beyond to make everything super easy. I had to head out of town kind of last minute and needed boarding for my Pitbull Border Collie mix, Sage. We met up beforehand so he could meet her and I could meet him, and I really can’t say enough good things. Omar made me feel at ease right away and was great with Sage. She was instantly comfortable around him. When I dropped her off she didn’t even look back at me, which honestly says it all. He sent daily updates with pictures and videos, and was always on time for drop off and pickup. Definitely a 10/10 experience. I’ll absolutely be booking with Omar again. 🐐”
“Natali took wonderful care of Griffin while I was away. She was very patient with all of his quirks and special needs. She was very communicative and regularly let me know how he was doing. I really felt like she made Griffin very comfortable in her home and cared for him as if he were her own. I’m also very grateful to her for being so accommodating when I realized at the last minute that I had booked for the wrong dates! I would absolutely trust her to watch Griffin again in the future.”

He's an older dog and grumpy with people he doesn't know but Maria was patient and understanding and won him over right away. She communicated every day with pictures and updates so we felt confident he was safe and sound in her care over the holidays. I would definitely use her again!”
“I can’t say enough good things about Stephanie! Leaving Nova with someone new while I was away was a little nerve-racking, but Stephanie made the entire experience so much easier. Her communication was outstanding — I received multiple updates and pictures every day, which gave me so much peace of mind knowing Nova was happy, comfortable, and in great hands. What I appreciated most was how genuinely caring Stephanie was. It never felt like Nova was just another dog she was watching. She treated her like one of her own, and as someone who considers his dog family, that meant the world to me. I was able to enjoy my trip without worrying about Nova because I knew she was being loved and well taken care of. I’m incredibly grateful to Stephanie and would absolutely trust her with Nova again. “Naomi was amazing! She was so communicative, comforting, and kind. She was ON TOP of things in every single way. I needed a sitter last minute about a week out from my family vacation. I was scrambling to find someone on rover and Naomi was available and excited to watch Genevieve! On top of that, Genny had a rough grooming appt a few days before dropoff, and got a corneal ulcer in which she would have to take eye drops and pain meds. Naomi without question agreed to helping administer them and make her comfortable. You can imagine how worried I was as a dog mom, leaving her with someone new and with a medical issue! Naomi made me feel so at peace leaving Genny with her. She's truly created a doggy haven at her place, with full range for them to hang out inside and out. I am so thankful I found her when I did, and that Genny had such a wonderful time! She was whining when we picked her up, she didn't want to leave! I would recommend Naomi many times over and would give her more than 5 stars if I could!”
